As much as I've gone and liked other Pilates studios, it's just something about blue chip that gets me!!! I can really tell the difference as far as teaching, because the instructors I've had (protip: take Jahaan or Yumi's Pilates burn classes) are more helpful with positions and more about the technique of it all. Prolly because this place is bright enough where instructors can see how our feet and backs are positioned, if that makes sense. This helps when I go to other studios where instructors are just encouraging and positive. Not a bad thing but, also, you can tell the differences. Blue Chip is the only place with hand towels as a way of cleaning. The other studios I've been to give you antibacterial wipes or paper towels that get sprayed down as a way of cleaning the reformers or equipment. Blue Chip has actual rags that get laundered at the end of day. So, you get a freshie for every class. read more

What a fun class! The instructor was great and the class was a good beginner to intermediate class. I haven't been on a reformer in a couple months so this was a good class and a good workout. Been curious about Pilates for the longest time so during my trial run of ClassPass, I decided to drag my husband with me to take a Reformer Pilates class at Blue Chip Conditioning. We opted for the Level 1 class since both of us have never taken a reformer class before. When we arrived, the front desk went over the waivers with us, gave us a thorough overview of the establishment, and checked us in. Before the class started, our instructor gave us a quick overview and inquire about our injuries. I forgot her name but she was extremely friendly and welcoming. I think the Level 1 class is a great beginner class for those who don't have an active background or have never taken a reformer class before. The instructor did a great job explaining each exercise and going around to make sure your form was good. She would also help adjust equipment if need be. I think for my husband and I, if we take another class, we would most likely take the level 1.5 or the level 2 class -- we were chilling in the level 1 class. If you are ever interested in reformer Pilates, I would definitely recommend Blue Chip Conditioning. They were informative, friendly, and just overall amazing. Absolutely love Blue Chip Conditioning! I've taken the reformer level 1, 1.5, and jump board cardio classes. Even though I was very new to reformer Pilates, the level 1 class was a bit too easy for me. I found level 1.5 more my speed and look forward to jump board cardio with Jo every Saturday! The studio even sells cute grip socks and take Venmo payments for them. My favorite part is that the classes are small and very clean. From start to finish I LOVED Blue Chip Pilates! I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist and she quickly walked me through the liability formalities. Next I met Daniel, one of the owners who was so friendly and professional. You can tell she's very passionate about her business. She mentioned a business partner who I saw n action giving a pilates training. I can't remember her name unfortunately but she was friendly as well. This might just be my new favorite reformer Pilates place. I love that they offer mid day classes on the weekend and weekday evening for beginners. A lot of studios don't do that. Staff greeted me and walked me through signing up and told me about the app to check in next time, which is also provided in an email. Jahaan was my instructor and the class was definitely a class for beginners. She walked us through everything at a really good pace and made corrections on form frequently as needed. She also didn't make me feel any guilt for not being able to do something. The studio is super clean as they use towels and everything is sprayed down. Wanted to try this place out for their instructors. I am an avid student at Sunday Pilates so I wanted to try out other studios to check out what the valley had to offer. I was very disappointed to say the least. Movements were just stretches so if you are anticipating getting in an actual workout, take your hard earned money elsewhere. I had an awesome experience at Blue Chip Conditioning. I've recently started to go to more Pilates classes as a beginner, and my experience here was a positive one. I think this is the 4th or 5th studio I've been to. The girl at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and pleasant. The instructor, Christina G, had clear instructions. She was also attentive to a girl who said it was her first class. And attentive overall, I liked that she also gave some breaks in between even if it was only 30 sec. Their bathroom is big and clean. They have a nice water bottle refill station as well. So far this has been my favorite place to do Pilates. If you're a beginner, the vibes are great here from the front desk, instructor, and those around you. If you're more advanced, they do have more advanced classes available. I've taken a few Pilates classes here & I'm a fan. I found Blue Chip on ClassPass which is always super easy to book. The location is a bit hidden behind the Dunkin Donuts so it can be easy to miss. Inside they have a restroom that you can change in if needed, a water bottle filling machine & two rooms with reformers. Unfortunately there's not any lockers so it's best to come ready with what you need. Since the Pilates room isn't very big the instructors are really able to focus on giving corrections as needed and adjusting any positions to any injuries or restrictions. I enjoyed the more personalized environment since I like to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. I'm super glad I found this place. I always have a great work out! read more

I showed up at Blue Chip a little over a month ago feeling weak and depressed over an on going hip issue. I can honestly say I haven't met one person that I haven't liked and learned so much from. The ladies that work here genuinely care. They are all extremely positive. The owner even sent me to a hands on PT. I am so much stronger. I now feel like there may be hope in healing my hip/back issue. I have been to multiple professionals, leaving without answers. I was in the 82nd airborne division with five deployments so I came here with my brother as I'm interested in doing Pilates. Danielle and Cindy had a great mixer they seem very organized and it's a very nice studio I only gave it 4 out of 5 Stars cuz I haven't tried the Pilates yet;) the last time I did it the instructor wanted me to force myself and I think I reinjured my back... My back hips knees and ankles are shot and I'm missing an Achilles heel from an injury... Anyway I plan to try Pilates yourself Daniel gave me a car so I'll try reaching her directly. This studio was so great! Took my first ever Pilates class here and im so glad I did. Cindy (owner) and Beth (instructor) were so kind, warm, and welcoming. It was an early morning class and the vibes of the studio were just right. Cindy walked me through the reformer and class structure prior to starting and was really encouraging. My daughter got me to join her for a week trial. I went 5 of the 6 days and got hooked. I'm now on 30 day membership with the goal of going 30 days straight. All the instructors are awesome and have different routines. At 50 I have a lot of wear and tear on my body, and in the two weeks I have been attending Blue chips I can feel a difference in my everyday activities walking bending lifting and pickleball. I am a new fan of Pilates thanks to this place! My first experience of Pilates with the reformer machines was at Blue Chip and I feel so lucky to have found this place. The classes are small and intimate (I think around 8 students per class) so the teachers are really able to give hands on attention to each student. I have taken about 5 classes now with 4 different teachers, and I must say all the teachers are excellent! The place and machines are so clean and such a cute interior and all the staff working here are so kind and helpful. I also really appreciate that this facility is privately owned (the Owner is so sweet) and not a big corporate greed machine as most places are now a days unfortunately.
