So I am writing a long over due yelp!…read more I'll start off with why I decided to work with Sidney. I love the fact that I could start anytime I like and I'm never late. My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

The only time I've ever seen it busy is when the owner, Chris, hosts lifestyle events and even then, it still feels like family. You can tell the community that trains here feel like this is their home. I trained with Chris for quite some time and learned so much. Now I have the confidence to come in on my own knowing this is a place where I can put my headphones on, zone out, and completely focus on myself. Nothing compares to this gym, and I've been to a lot. it has that luxury, boutique vibe without losing its personality. You've got every piece of equipment you could need, a sauna to recover in, and I just seen their in house PT today, Dr Phil who is also amazing! The front desk girls are sweet and the other members are always friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a space that's private, exclusive, and actually makes you want to show up, this is it.

What really sets it apart for me is the environment--being surrounded by so many dedicated athletes and knowledgeable trainers is incredibly motivating and inspiring. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and members are respectful no matter what level you're at. Whether you're new to lifting or very experienced, you don't feel intimidated here. The equipment selection is top notch and clearly geared toward serious weight training. This isn't a big box gym filled with endless rows of cardio machines--you won't find aisles of treadmills--but there's more than enough cardio equipment to get the job done. What really sets it apart is the quality and variety of strength equipment you don't usually see elsewhere. The amenities are another big plus: clean showers, infrared sauna, and a cold plunge. Everything feels well thought out and maintained. You'll occasionally see trainers or influencers filming content, but it never feels awkward or disruptive. As a member, you don't feel like you need to avoid them, and they don't care if you happen to walk through a shot--no weird vibes or attitude about it. After being a member here, I honestly can't imagine going back to a big box gym. This place offers a much better experience all around.

Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

It's smaller, private and not super busy like most gyms. I can get my workouts done without waiting for equipment. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, or unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the space.
