One lasts 5 years and is more expensive and the other doesn't last as long and is cheaper. I asked him for a discount on the better wax and he gave it to me, for which I was grateful as a startup business with limited funds. After the job was done, I asked again if he had used the "better wax" and he said he had and I should be good to go for 5 years. It wasn't until later when I was mopping my newly waxed floors that I noticed multiple areas where hair had been waxed into the floor. The wax was also partly placed on the baseboards, which are black and it shows in the pictures provided. If you're part of a cleaning service, I would assume you know to clean the floors prior to waxing all the hair, dirt and grime into them. I'm not even sure where so many long hairs came from since this was a construction site so I'm wondering if it came out of his machine, not sure on that. And even if you feel that cleaning the floor prior to waxing is not your job because you gave me a discount, at least tell ME to clean the floors prior to you waxing hair into it. I still can't get the hair out a year and a half after the fact, and it makes the place look like we never clean it. Contrary to Meza's guarantee, the wax didn't last 5 years. It's already going away and I'm currently searching for someone else to strip and re-wax the floors and get all the hair and nastiness out.
