And Man, am I glad I asked for a referral! John came by within 1 hr of my initial outreach to check out the situation and set up. After it became clear that a replacement was the only realistic option, John walked me through 3 different options to consider, the considerations of each on performance and installation and said he would follow up with estimates later that evening (which he did). I green lit it that evening and John was able to come by the very next day and complete the job in a very timely manner and left the place spotless. I've found my new go-to plumber!

Of course, it's not a common faucet valve/catridge. They had to go back to their shop. Quick initial response and reasonably quick service on a uncommon part. Maybe a little more expensive but not excessive (was hoping it was just the cartridge). I'll keep them in mind for my next plumbing "adventure".

Based on prior positive experiences, I reached out to Stephens to come and do the repairs, having to remove a heavy grate, get down into the space and do the repairs, then test the sump pumps. From the initial phone call with Jeanette, to the technician coming out (same day!) the customer service has been top notch. Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Knowing that the coming week had a heat wave in the forecast I was hopeful that the fix could happen quickly. Not even 3 days later they called to schedule a repair for end of week. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call back from Albert and he said someone would be there in 30 minutes to take a look. Oscar came back and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was once again extremely professional and took the time to explain to me the issue and what he did to fix it. These guys work super hard and provided A+ service. I highly recommend.

Most concerning, after they came for the consultation and took measurements, I emailed them links to the items I planned to purchase to ask if they were okay. They replied, "Everything looks good." so I purchased them. The bathtub did fit and was put in place, but the enclosure panels did not. They then asked for full payment with no intention of installing the enclosure panels, which is why we requested a reduction in price. 2) They left without telling us and left BOTH DOORS of my garage open. We found our cat wandering the streets, thankfully not lost or dead, and no one broke in before we discovered the open doors. I gave them that feedback, and their reply was, "We didn't know you had a cat." I can only conclude based on their response that if you do not have pets, they think it is okay to leave your home open to the public. You get what you pay for. If you're willing to compromise your safety for a job done by people who clearly have zero respect for you, your safety, and your home, these are your guys.
