These guys are still the best around. Claude and James are professional, trustworthy, and nice! I had a leak recently that was flooding the cabinet. My first call is always to Claude, but he was already booked, and because I thought it was an emergency, I then called a 24-hour plumbing company (who shall not be named, but who may or may not rhyme with Spike Miamond). This 24-hour company sent a guy who told me the entire sink/faucet needed to be replaced, and that there was no way to even temporarily stop the flooding. He left and our cabinet continued to flood, until my husband came home, investigated under the sink, and turned off the proper valve. Still leaking, but at least things weren't getting flooded anymore. Claude and James then came and took a look at the leak. They replaced a pipe, told me that everything else looked fine, and that was that! We could have had a very damaged cabinet that would have been costly to repair, and an entirely new sink/faucet which we didn't even need. The 24-hour guy had straight-up lied. Claude and James consistently do a great job. Plumbing problems suck, but these guys take the anxiety out of it. They don't rip people off, they do a good job, and they're fast. He texts when he's on his way, he's usually on time, and if he isn't he is in touch. He's done several big exterior jobs in updating the plumbing in our home, and they've all been successful.
