I had several quotes to install a pressure regulator due to my pipes are banging when I am doing laundry. My water pressure is over 100 psi. We had an emergency kitchen sink clog. Wasn't sure what it was but I did the Yelp thing where you hit a bunch of different plumbers with the issue. Mike was prompt to respond and the only one who said he could come out on a Sunday. He also said he could walk me through over text how to fix it for free if I wanted to try and trouble shoot it myself. I decided to give it a shot and we ended up texting back and forth for a few hours as he told me how to try and clean the drain then snake the pipe out to the sewer. Long story short, it totally worked. Pipe is clean. Sink works again and Mike didn't ask for any $$$ in return. Talk about customer service!
