Our toilet started exploding water out the front on a lovely Saturday morning, panicking I looked around for a good reputable Plumber in the South Bay and came across several recommendations for Mike's Plumbing and I was not let down. Karen on the phone was lovely and got some guys over fast who diagnosed the problem, realized there was a bigger issue than we realized, and told us they'd come back on the following Tuesday. We had an emergency kitchen sink clog. Wasn't sure what it was but I did the Yelp thing where you hit a bunch of different plumbers with the issue. Mike was prompt to respond and the only one who said he could come out on a Sunday. He also said he could walk me through over text how to fix it for free if I wanted to try and trouble shoot it myself. I decided to give it a shot and we ended up texting back and forth for a few hours as he told me how to try and clean the drain then snake the pipe out to the sewer. Long story short, it totally worked. Pipe is clean. Sink works again and Mike didn't ask for any $$$ in return. Talk about customer service! I had several quotes to install a pressure regulator due to my pipes are banging when I am doing laundry. My water pressure is over 100 psi. Mike's crew finally was able to accommodate me even though it is a small job although I will mention here that it took awhile for him to respond because of their busy schedule.
