One of the best moving companies I've ever used. So often movers give you this uncertain feeling that you are being cheated or stolen from. NOT THESE GUYS!!! Friendly, super upbeat, professional, efficient, honest, and priced nicely. No surprises. The way moving should be. They have their own truck. None of this haphazard renting of a truck just before the job. The truck comes fully equipped, complete with a killer platform liftgate--largest I've ever seen a mover use. They come with everything they need. Including their own strength and vigor. It was Noah and Akeem. They were fast but didn't rush or do anything sloppily. They had a particular difficult job, packing and moving an elderly person who had become a hoarder. Not the nicest situation, but they handled it like champs with no complaining or snide comments. We gave them a video of the room they were moving and they were pretty close time-wise to the estimate. They had to discard some old furniture, break down several things, and pack a lot of things too. The move was from Anaheim to Thousand Palms, CA (near Palm Springs). They very quickly unloaded the truck at a storage facility there. I give them my highest recommendation to anyone who has to move in this tri-county area. The company is also a member of BNI, and BNI member business have some pretty high standards. These guys met and exceeded those standards. Just outstanding. read more

I had a great experience with Helpful Moving! I was needing to move house appliances and our boxes into a storage unit as we are downsizing right now. Noah sent out his crew that comprised of 3 guys (Henry being the lead) that communicated with me their arrival time the morning of. After they arrived I walked through the house to explain what will be packed and they quickly got to work. They did an amazing job wrapping and protecting all major appliances and TVs with blankets and wrap. I explained to them our appliances were going into storage long term so I had bought moving blankets that they used to wrap and protect them during transport and storage. We even had a Glass table top they took extra time to cut cardboard to help protect it from any damage. Once we got to the storage unit they were able to unload and organize everything quickly and I was able to be Stress Free throughout the whole process. read more

horrible moving experience. please save your money and go with literally ANYBODY else. They moved about 50% of what they promised they would do and spent most of the day standing around (we have footage on our ring cameras of them doing so). Noah (the owner) charged over 3 grand to have him and only 3 other guys barely move 1/4 of the house and when we expressed to him how unhappy we were he told us that there is nothing that they can do about it and brushed us off. horrible customer service and work ethic from these men. save yourself the stress and hire someone else! just to edit after their response: they admitted in person to not completing the list they promised they would and completely brushed us off. if you would like to take your chances with them i wish you good luck! read more

Super Impressed! I don't usually leave reviews, but Helpful Movers totally earned this one! I hired them to help with a move, hang my TVs, and even do some junk removal -- and they crushed it. Seriously, these guys are the real deal. They showed up on time, super professional but also really personable and easy to talk to. You can tell they care about doing a great job. They handled everything carefully, worked fast, and made sure I was happy with where everything went before they wrapped up. What I loved most is that they went above and beyond without me even asking -- small things like cleaning up as they went, organizing cables neatly when mounting the TVs, and making sure nothing got scratched or scuffed. And for the quality of service, the value was awesome. No surprise charges or weird add-ons, just honest work at a fair price. If you're looking for movers (or just a solid team to help with home projects), don't even hesitate. Helpful Movers are it! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Helpful Moving! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Henry and Dre were absolutely amazing. They were professional, polite, respectful, and handled all of our belongings with exceptional care. Every item, from large furniture to delicate pieces, was treated as if it were their own. What impressed me most was their efficiency. When you're paying an hourly rate, having movers who work quickly and intelligently makes a huge difference. Henry and Dre never wasted a minute. They stayed focused, worked hard, and completed the move smoothly while still taking the time to ensure everything was protected and transported safely. Moving can be stressful, but these guys made the entire process easy and worry-free. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and strong work ethic truly set them apart. If you're looking for a moving company you can trust, I highly recommend Helpful Moving. Henry and Dre exceeded all expectations and delivered five-star service from beginning to end! read more

Helpful Moving was a breath of fresh air. The movers were prompt, professional, and such a pleasure. I was debating even utilizing a moving company (thinking maybe I can rent a uhaul etc) but I am so glad I did. When they showed up I had to empty a few last items from a dresser drawer in my daughter's room. By the time I was done they had already cleared one wall of stacked storage bins. I was like, oh yeah, I made the right decision. The transition to my new home went smoothly. Everything got picked up and relocated to its perfect place and we stayed under the minimum time required. Highly recommended, they truly value their customers. I am so grateful. Thank you guys so much!!! read more

Noah and his team did a good job moving me and my family from Santa Ana to mission viejo, I would highly recommend!

I have struggled find a good, reliable and professional moving company due to my employer having me relocate every 6-9months. This team came through scoring all 5 stars in every expectation. Noah was so positive and energetic through the entire process. He was respectful and thorough making sure they were able to get my stuff relocated from one place to another in a no hassle environment. Truth be told they had the best price available compared to many other competitors in the area. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and use them again. read more
