We lost contact with the owners entirely, and our attempts to reach out for clarification or resolution were ignored. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Clear policies and reliable communication are basic expectations when working with any business, especially for something as important as a venue. I strongly suggest others proceed with caution and get everything in writing before committing. It was evident that the owners were only interested in scamming us out of our money.
