That was my situation as I faced the ending support of Win 10 and programs that required Win 11. Enter Dr PC Fix to the rescue! I took my Tower in for as estimate and was presented with 2 options. Buy a new device, or upgrade by salvaging what still works. Since our home network is more ethernet based than wifi, and we still use our CD drive, SD card readers, and connect devices and peripherals through cables, we elected the upgrade, knowing it could be complicated. Everything turned out wonderfully, and I'm learning how to navigate and use the new features. The upgrade process had a hiccup, but Dr PC Fix came to the rescue by immediately and courteously resolving things, while displaying their superior customer satisfaction policy. Their communication and patient explanations were greatly appreciated. I'm still learning about new features and will use their remote service if I encounter any roadblocks.
