I used to live in San jose for four years. I'm super picky with my boba. I will be more critical compared to most residents in concord. Service: service is good. When the customer flow is down, they will clean up. Tea: the drinks are more than 6 dollars without tapioca or toppings which is overpriced for me. I've had both the milk teas and fruit teas. I think there is more syrup for my personal taste. Ambiance: super cute cafe with lounge chairs and a tent for children to play in or take a quick instagram photo. Once again, I'm very picky with my boba. I'm glad that quickly got changed to something better. Overall, it's a nice place for desert after visiting one of the resturants in the plaza. read more

Noticed this new spot that took over the Quickly, so I had to try it out yesterday evening! Hello sweet is so cute - first thing I noticed walking in was that the decor was fun and whimsical. The service was awesome and everyone working behind the counter were really helpful answering questions as guests came in. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea with boba and some mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious and so fresh! One thing that really blew me away was the kindness of one of the owners- my mozzarella sticks took a bit longer to prepare and he hand delivered me my order along with a complimentary drink due to the wait (I think it was some sort of strawberry lemonade refresher, which was fantastic). I thought that was so incredibly kind! Thanks Hello Sweet for such a wonderful experience! Can't wait to return and try more items soon. :) read more

The drinks were nothing special. No better than Quickly's other than the very cute elastic band around the cup (see other people's photos). The place is brighter and looks cleaner than how Quickly's was. The bar was pretty low. I'm giving this place only 3 stars because there's really no reason for me to go out of my way to come here. It doesn't really have anything special to offer me that other boba places don't. The prices aren't great either. But check out the menu photos. Maybe you'll find something that interests you. I first found this spot during its soft opening and wanted to give it a try. They didn't have the full menu available yet, which was understandable for a soft opening. They have a bunch of different smoothie flavors and I asked if I was allowed to mix flavors, which they said I can. I then ordered a 2 flavored smoothie (I think it was taro and coconut) and left without trying it. By the time I got home and tried the drink, I realized it was completely wrong flavors. I decided to stop by yesterday and give them a second chance seeing all the good reviews and figured my last experience was due to the soft opening and them working out the kinks. This time they had a lot more on the menu including food items. I asked again if I can mix flavors for the smoothies and she again said yes. I asked for honeydew and coconut smoothie (I know.. weird combo, but it's good I swear!). I was paying attention to what she was typing and she put honeydew smoothie and mango flavor add on. I asked her to verify if that's correct, because I asked for coconut and she said yes, honeydew coconut, she just needed to put something in the computer. I thought it was odd but trusted her. I again didn't check the drink when I was leaving (my mistake again..), and when I got home lol and behold it was wrong flavors again. It was a mango drink with I think honeydew flavor mixed in. I was going to give a 1 star, but bumped it up to 2 stars, because the drinks tasted good for what it is. If I return again, I will either keep it simple or double check my drink while in the store. read more

Fantastic experience at hello sweet! Drinks are great and super delicious. Their tea has a unique and fresh flavor and the bobas are perfectly chewy. The store is recently remodeled with very lovely decoration. Located in a very convenient plaza with a lot of parkings. Definitely will come again once around. read more

I'm so happy this place exists! They are so nice and friendly. I've really enjoyed each drink I've ordered but my husband has an addiction to peach oolong tea and they don't have that on the menu, but they make it for him anyways! And it's so good everytime!! Cute new boba shop that took over the Quickly at Park n Shop. The decor is cute! While the chairs and tables are on the smaller side, lower to the ground, they are still comfy to sit in while you wait for your order. The employees are so nice and welcoming. They have a pretty big menu which includes drinks, yogurt bowls and savory snacks. Drinks come in two sizes, large ($5.75) and jumbo($7.25), which is literally served in a bucket, handle and all! Tried their large mango slushee with boba and the mango flavor was great! A combo of fresh cut mango, mango juice and maybe artificial powder flavor, but nonetheless tasted refreshing. I especially loved their chunks of fresh mango. Their boba has no flavor so don't expect honey boba. It did have a good chew although some boba pieces in my drink were under cooked. I'm sure they'll get more consistent over time, it's still their soft opening period. Looking forward to coming back and trying more off their menus. read more

Stopped by for the first time and it was amazing! I usually came to Quickly since it is local to my school. When I got here I was surprised it was under new ownership but decided to give it a try. My drink was PERFECTION! I am picky about my boba and tea drink and usually are either to sweet or don't have enough sugar or flavor. It this was so good! My friends and I were impressed! If im honest, this place has been a really great place for boba. BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF THE TOPPINGS I SAW, MAN. I NEVER THOUGHT I EVER SAW LYCHEE POPPING BOBA. Of course i got it. Mango slushie and Lychee popping boba. Real good. The drink was 7 dollars but they should get a small and a medium size other than a large and a extra large. Altho im curious about the extra large. Love this, I've been to a ton of bubble tea places, but nothing has topped this place. The vibe is so on point, I love the decor. The boba is always perfectly made, and the flavors are so rich and authentic. This place is very cute - the decor is like a campsite and has a good mix of real and artificial plants. The service was very friendly and prompt, and they answered my questions about what the drink I got is. The drink was unique and not too sweet, like a fruity smoothie. Refreshing after having the delicious noodles next door. I haven't had something like this at other boba places, I really liked it and would definitely get it again. The packaging seems pretty expensive, not sure if it's for the soft launch but I liked the heart stopper and the band around the cup. It was ok. I'm giving 4 stars because the service was good and the ambience was super cute. However, the drink was more of a 3-star drink to me. It was just so-so with slightly watered down flavor and the boba was a little on the hard/chewy side and just not as tasty as at other places I've had. Oh, and although the cups were cute, it felt so wasteful to add the little decorative sleeve around all the plastic that already goes into these things, including a plastic lid and lid stopper. The usual cup and straws are wasteful enough without all those additions. I would come back here in a pinch but with so many other boba places nearby I would try those first before returning. read more

I was thinking about giving one star but because the staff was so kind to us I am giving three stars. The reason why we went here is because Sharetea is so expensive now, so we tried here for the first time. I got the taro smoothie however it tasted like absolute junk and was way too sweet, (I only drank 1/4 and threw away the rest... yea) definitely using a different kind of powder than some of its better competitors, I think it's a way cheaper powder and junkie.
