I was early for my haircut appointment next door, so I figured I'd get boba and I see that Quickly was replaced by an aesthetic new (Taiwanese?) boba & dessert shop! The interior was totally redone and fit to a camping theme. This is definitely cute and creative, but not functional in my opinion. The chairs and tables were really low to the ground making it difficult to sit comfortably while eating or working. I ordered the strawberry coconut milk, and it was simple, strawberry purée and coconut milk. I got it 50% sweet and it was good. Boyfriend took me here to visit the new rebranded place. It used to be Quickly. Boyfriend knew I would love this place especially the little cute tent LOL. Of course we had to do our little pictorial. Most of the drinks are classic I was actually looking forward if they have any Dirty Boba but sadly they didn't. Strawberry Yogurt was kind of sour for my liking but then it was pretty delicious. My boyfriend drinks are always extra lol Green Apple Jelly Ice was kind of new to me I had a taste and it was really tasty and chewy with all those toppings! I love avocado so I got me avocado. However I don't recall getting asked for the sugar level because it was honestly bland. Though it was freshly made so that is a good thing :) I also wonder if there was creama/salted cheese but they did not have it so I was kind of disappointed. I used to come to this location when it was Quickly, and now it's changed to Hello Sweet, I wanted to give it a try. The inside looked really cute and cozy - they even set up a cute tent inside the store. Perfect for people who want to take pictures with their boba drinks. The drinks came in two sizes: large and jumbo. We decided to go with the jumbo size, and boy oh boy, the jumbo cup was basically a mini bucket, so cute. We decided to try their Okinawa milk tea with boba. The milk tea was pretty good; it was sweet and milky. And the boba topping was pretty decent - boba was perfectly sweetened and it was nice and chewy. The staff who helped us at the cashier was nice, and their service was pretty quick. I would definitely come back again to try their other drinks. And they also provide a loyalty stamp card. read more

I also changed my mind 2 or 3 times but the person helping me got the order right. I ended up ordering a vanilla milk tea. The price was good. The tea itself was alright. Sweet, with not too much ice. Just a heads up, you don't get to choose your sweetness level like some other places. It wasn't necessary though. I don't really care for boba so I just had it plain. Was craving the Fried Mini Octopus that Quickly's used to have when I was attending DVC. Looks like this place took their place. They didn't have Octopus but did have Fried Calamari. A group of four of us came in and tried a variety of drinks (black milk tea, earl grey milk tea, taro, some fruity concoction), and we were all disappointed with what we got. The tea and sugar taste like cheap, powder-based stuff, and the results were generic and fake-tasting. At around $7 a piece, they were on the expensive side, too. This store used to be a Quickly, the Bay Area's lowest-rated boba chain. The quality of the drinks had us wondering if "Hello Sweet" was just a rebadge job while they continue to use the same suppliers and ingredients. read more

The staff were very kind and we got our drinks pretty fast, though it was a rainy weeknight. We got 2 drinks, Dragon Milk Tea and Honeydew Smoothie. The Quickly's here finally changed into a new shop. The store interior itself is really cute and full of decorations, including a tent with some kitchen appliance toys kids can play with. The drink menu has lots of variety and reasonable prices. I tried the Osmanthus oolong milk tea which I liked a lot! The drink was the perfect amount of sweetness and had a light, floral taste. The small pearls was also soft and chewy! We also got the Okinawa milk tea and the Earl Grey milk tea. Unfortunately, both of these drinks were pretty disappointing. The Okinawa was way too sweet and did not taste like the typical Okinawa flavor I've had at other places. Noticed this new spot that took over the Quickly, so I had to try it out yesterday evening! Hello sweet is so cute - first thing I noticed walking in was that the decor was fun and whimsical. The service was awesome and everyone working behind the counter were really helpful answering questions as guests came in. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea with boba and some mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious and so fresh! One thing that really blew me away was the kindness of one of the owners- my mozzarella sticks took a bit longer to prepare and he hand delivered me my order along with a complimentary drink due to the wait (I think it was some sort of strawberry lemonade refresher, which was fantastic). I used to live in San jose for four years. I'm super picky with my boba. I will be more critical compared to most residents in concord. Service: service is good. When the customer flow is down, they will clean up. Tea: the drinks are more than 6 dollars without tapioca or toppings which is overpriced for me. I've had both the milk teas and fruit teas. I think there is more syrup for my personal taste. Ambiance: super cute cafe with lounge chairs and a tent for children to play in or take a quick instagram photo. Once again, I'm very picky with my boba. I'm glad that quickly got changed to something better. Overall, it's a nice place for desert after visiting one of the resturants in the plaza. read more
