Went to Hello Sweet soft opening after AYCE! This place use to be Quickly but now changed to a more outdoorsy camp themed boba shop. The interior was cute, clean inside and the drink came out almost a minute after we ordered it. This spot would be nice just in and out, not to study or hangout with friends. The cashier didn't know what was the most popular drink or have recommendations for us so we just settled on a "Mango Green Tea" with lychee jelly (7/10). It wasn't anything special the place was cute! I recommend if you like trying new boba spots like me and it is also in a plaza with many other places to explore! read more

My husband and I were out for a date night and decided to stop here for tea. The customer service was very friendly and very helpful. I ordered a warm sour apple tea with boba and my husband ordered a mocha. So delicious! The atmosphere was very cute and well lit. Definitely a good setting for an impromptu date to sit down and talk. I am looking forward to coming back here. read more

This is one of the cutest Boba shop around the plaza! Hello Sweet has camping vibes w/ the little tables and chair ... there's even a make shift tent in the shop. Just a few minutes before closing as we dashed over from 99Ranch. They have many combo milk teas & yogurt & smoothie options & all the added toppings. We ordered pretty basic milk teas w/ less sugar...very customizable! Staff is extremely friendly and patient, as we fumbled around deciding on orders 20mins to close. We would most definitely come back when we're back in this area again! read more

Hello Sweet Booba is such a fun and delicious spot! The drinks are super tasty, fresh, and beautifully made -- especially the boba, which is perfectly chewy. The shop has a cute and welcoming vibe, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to relax, grab a sweet treat, and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommend stopping by if you love bubble tea! read more

Super friendly staff and the decor inside the shop was so cute. I ordered the okinawa milk tea and it was incredibly sweet though, and I wish I had been able to adjust the sugar/ice levels. I didn't see that being an option while ordering and the cashier didn't ask. The okinawa milk tea almost tasted like a drink from Tiger Sugar, with brown sugar coating the sides of the drink. I felt the need to dilute it with more tea of my own when I got home, otherwise I seriously don't think I could've finished it with how sugary it tasted. I might try another drink here because I had a bit of my husband's almond milk tea and it definitely wasn't as sweet. read more

Cute boba spot with friendly and quick service. We haven't gotten around to trying the food yet, but seems pretty promising. We ordered the mango yogurt and mangonada this time and were satisfied with our orders. The boba is decent and the drink flavors haven't disappointed. They have a pretty good selection of drinks. Looking forward to trying more drink items. read more

Rose milk tea with agar boba. Even at 50% sweet, almost unbearable sweet. , was thinking about buying another drink somewhere else to mix this into. Even the agar was obscenely sweet. read more

Came here during their soft opening and was pleasantly surprised by how cute everything is and how many options they have on their menu. It's a family run spot and the logo features the owner's son, who was actually there in the kitchen and looks just like the drawing :') the drinks were great and reasonably priced, so I'd come here again for sure! read more

I was early for my haircut appointment next door, so I figured I'd get boba and I see that Quickly was replaced by an aesthetic new (Taiwanese?) boba & dessert shop! The interior was totally redone and fit to a camping theme. This is definitely cute and creative, but not functional in my opinion. The chairs and tables were really low to the ground making it difficult to sit comfortably while eating or working. I ordered the strawberry coconut milk, and it was simple, strawberry purée and coconut milk. I got it 50% sweet and it was good. This place is probably more ideal for young families with kids. read more

This place took over the old Quickly! shop. It hit the spot after some AYCE bbq nearby. There was a sign advertising their soft opening. We received a friendly greeting when we walked in. Their decor was bright and forest-like. There were a couple trees and a teepee setup in the front. We ended up ordering a chocolate milk tea with boba, and a green tea slushie with jelly and boba. Drinks had a cute design with ribbons. We saw another family using a cool folding to- go drink holder. We'll be back! read more

What a cute little boba shop. So fun for the kids while we wait for our drinks to come. The team working there are so friendly, patient and was able to provide great suggestions. The drinks tasted great. Nothing too extravagant just back to basics but totally worth it. They have two sizes large and extra large so if you're thinking of getting a small probably won't find it here. The location has food and smelled delicious! Overall was a pleasant experience and would definitely come back. read more

I used to come to this location when it was Quickly, and now it's changed to Hello Sweet, I wanted to give it a try. The inside looked really cute and cozy - they even set up a cute tent inside the store. Perfect for people who want to take pictures with their boba drinks. The drinks came in two sizes: large and jumbo. We decided to go with the jumbo size, and boy oh boy, the jumbo cup was basically a mini bucket, so cute. We decided to try their Okinawa milk tea with boba. The milk tea was pretty good; it was sweet and milky. And the boba topping was pretty decent - boba was perfectly sweetened and it was nice and chewy. The staff who helped us at the cashier was nice, and their service was pretty quick. I would definitely come back again to try their other drinks. And they also provide a loyalty stamp card. read more

Boyfriend took me here to visit the new rebranded place. It used to be Quickly. Boyfriend knew I would love this place especially the little cute tent LOL. Of course we had to do our little pictorial. Most of the drinks are classic I was actually looking forward if they have any Dirty Boba but sadly they didn't. Strawberry Yogurt was kind of sour for my liking but then it was pretty delicious. My boyfriend drinks are always extra lol Green Apple Jelly Ice was kind of new to me I had a taste and it was really tasty and chewy with all those toppings! I love avocado so I got me avocado. However I don't recall getting asked for the sugar level because it was honestly bland. Though it was freshly made so that is a good thing :) I also wonder if there was creama/salted cheese but they did not have it so I was kind of disappointed. If only Kimmy could add it to the menu as toppings that would be nice! Will visit again of course and try other drinks! read more

Cute little shop with an adorable water fountain on the counter. They had the walls decorated nicely and there was even a tent set up in the corner and I noticed little lanterns in a few spots, too. It did look slightly cramped though, tbh. The people there are very nice. I was contemplating which milk tea I wanted and asked for suggestions. I also changed my mind 2 or 3 times but the person helping me got the order right. I ended up ordering a vanilla milk tea. The price was good. The tea itself was alright. Sweet, with not too much ice. Just a heads up, you don't get to choose your sweetness level like some other places. It wasn't necessary though. I don't really care for boba so I just had it plain. I did like the drink. However it seemed to have a bit of an aftertaste, imo. read more

Hours said that they were open and I was able to place an order online. After payment went through it stated that my order would be ready between 3:40-4:00 but when we arrived they had a paper on the door saying they were closed for three days. Was craving the Fried Mini Octopus that Quickly's used to have when I was attending DVC. Looks like this place took their place. They didn't have Octopus but did have Fried Calamari. I got an Almond Milk Tea as well. Glad they still have chili powder available and Siracha packets when I asked. I prefer the spice as opposed to the S&S sauce they gave with the Calamari. The Almond was good and boba sweet & fresh Feels like an improvement of Spicy Satisfaction! read more

This location was Quickly and got replaced by a small family-owned cute boba place in the late of Dec 2023. The atmosphere is very cozy and cute. We tried passion-fruit green tea and peach black tea. The taste is above average and the price is reasonable. Some recommendations : 1. The straw is a bit short for the cup 2. Boba tastes good but no flavor. Try adding some black sugar while boiling boba. The shop owner is very kind and polite. Will definitely come again. read more

Boba drinks were lacking flavor. My almond drink was gritty. Strawberry drink was overly sweet.

I can't imagine where these stellar reviews are coming from. A group of four of us came in and tried a variety of drinks (black milk tea, earl grey milk tea, taro, some fruity concoction), and we were all disappointed with what we got. The tea and sugar taste like cheap, powder-based stuff, and the results were generic and fake-tasting. At around $7 a piece, they were on the expensive side, too. This store used to be a Quickly, the Bay Area's lowest-rated boba chain. The quality of the drinks had us wondering if "Hello Sweet" was just a rebadge job while they continue to use the same suppliers and ingredients. read more

Really cute place that just opened in place of Quickly! I got the jasmine milk tea and it was pretty good. The tea flavor really came out and when we asked for less sweet it was actually less sweet and not just watered down. Overall would visit again! read more

I noticed a soft opening banner under the Quickly sign (this used to be a Quickly location) and decided to check it out after dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the cute camping-theme interior. The staff were very kind and we got our drinks pretty fast, though it was a rainy weeknight. We got 2 drinks, Dragon Milk Tea and Honeydew Smoothie. Sweetness is around the 75% level of most other boba shops. The smoothie was smooth with no ice chunks. Also got a very cute stamp card, so I will come again! read more
