I did see a parking ramp close as well. The Edina location had a free parking ramp next to them. When I walked in, I was not greeted. I stood awkwardly at the door, waiting for someone to say something. Finally the receptionist came, did my check in and again, I just stood there awkwardly waiting. I was not offered a drink like at the Edina location. There really isn't a good place to sit while you wait, so you just feel "in the way." I went in to get a full Brazilian wax. The woman who did my wax was lovely. She was quick and did a great job. I appreciate that they let you get dressed and undressed by yourself. Sure she is going to see everything anyway, but it's nice to get yourself ready. I then got a mani and pedi. The woman who did my pedi grabbed the wrong color. When I noticed, I didn't hate the color so I left it. She finally realized what she did and apologized. No biggie. Unfortunately a week later the gel polish on my toes was already chipping. When I got them done at the Edina location, they lasted quite awhile. The manicure seemed like it was now a rush for some reason. The gel polish came off a week later as well. But it started to crack just 3 days after I got it done. Normally there is lotion at the end and this time there was not. It all just felt like people did not care. I had 3 services done that were not cheap. I did over hear an employee asking if someone wanted something to drink, so I know it existed. Overall, I would not recommend coming here. The Edina location is so much better!

The treatment area is a little busy with so many treatment tables and no actual rooms, but rather curtains between stations. This is the Face Foundrie design, so nothing different than any other location, just felt a little more noisy at this location. That said, their white noise does drown out much of the ambient noise. Natalie was my service provider and she was amazing!! I had the Foundrie Glow service and it was awesome! Natalie was very knowledgeable, took time to listen to my concerns and offer recommendations. I didn't feel rushed at all during my service. I will definitely be back. Parking can take a little time (either street parking or paid lot behind the building) so plan accordingly.

I walked in at 11:30 am on a Saturday and it was BUSY! That's always a good sign, right? The space is rather small and people were everywhere. They were even painting someone's nails up in the waiting area. This was a bit odd to me but they were taking care of their customers. They told me it would be about 20 minutes. I didn't think that was too bad a wait so I stayed. It ended up being a little over 30 minutes but again I was a walk-in so no complaints here. The lady who did my pedicure was really sweet but overall it wasn't a great one. My cuticles weren't trimmed so the overall look just wasn't great. It did quiet down a bit after an hour or so. I would recommend making an appt or if a walk-in go at an off time. This is in a small strip mall and parking can be difficult as it's a small lot.

Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations.
