I was on vacation in MN, so did a walk in. Service was quick & friendly. I had a $10 coupon expiring that day and repeatedly told the front desk worker to use that, NOT my rewards points...get a follow up email...what did they do? You guessed it. They used my points. Good lord. I have the manager call me back. She did it wrong. I call back the next day. At this point I'm a bit perturbed. This isn't rocket science. After much back & forth, they finally fix it. Had the screwup not occurred, this would've been a 5 star review. Had it been fixed the first time, it would've been a 4 star review. I walked in there and said I want it all gone, every single hair lol and she made sure to get every single one. I think I've gotten so many nose waxes at this point that I am immune to pain but I've never had any issues. The store is clean and cute, always smells good. I've never had any issues. If you are having booking issues.. just call them, it makes it so much easier. The online tool is convenient but not easy to edit (in my opinion) and calling just always is a safe bet.

Conversation was zero. I got ready for the sugaring, she got started, and about halfway through I mentioned how this was the most painful sugaring experience I've ever had. It was painful because Jenn was using wax. She didn't bother to check on her appointments or confirm with me what I wanted. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience. We finished out the waxing and just a few days later, I had hair because it all was broken off. I've never had my lashes tinted or lifted before this, but they are basically crimped upward, not curled. I have nothing to compare to, but I'm guessing she just did a poor job. She also remarked how "coarse" my lashes were, which was insulting. All around bad experience. I would not recommend her nor will I ever go back.
