For reference, I am 5'7 250 lbs and this place did the job! When I walked in, I was great right away by the most lovely woman! She was super friendly! I had a seat and waited my turn. There is a bathroom through the first glass door, just ask the receptionist! The woman who did my wax did not introduce herself but she was nice. We walked into the room and she told me to get undressed from the waist down. Other places I have gone, step out of the room and then come back. So this felt a little weird getting undressed in front of her, but she's going to wax my lady bits sooooo I guess who cares? Hahaha She also asked if I had gotten a Brazilian before and asked where. When I told her she said kind of judgy "oh well I've never heard of them." That place is also highly rated! But I decided to try a new, since this is closer to my home. The wax was a bit too warm for my liking but did not burn. You can tell they do these all day because it went quick! From the time I went back to the time I was done with a full Brazilian plus butt strips- about 10 minutes! When I got home, I noticed there was a little wax that had been left behind, nothing I couldn't take care of. The price was also a little more than I am used to. They do have "packages" you can purchase though to make it a bit cheaper. Overall, I would use their services again. They have many services. Definitely worth checking out.

It was very easy to book an appointment and they have great business hours. I noticed when I got home I had several brown spots which I thought was bruising on my legs but realized it was wax and I was able to scrub it off in the shower. I noticed that there were still hairs in my underarms and bikini area, almost all of which were long so that's puzzling. There were a few dried wax spots in my intergluteal cleft that I had to pull off in the shower which was uncomfortable. The studio is new and they just opened in August. With time likely they will get better.

I was warned of the post treatment burning sensation and of the possibility of inflammation. Those both happened to a degree which I don't feel I was warned about. On day 6, I developed what I thought was a rash/infection by my mouth. I contacted my doctor since it was a Sunday, and was advised to be seen in person. Turned out that I had gotten shingles (I have been vaccinated)! I was prescribed an Antiviral as well as some ointment. I had also sent an email to Belladerm. They did contact me on Monday and offered to call in a prescription for an Antiviral. I feel like some sort of partial refund for the issue would have been an appropriate gesture. I will say that my skin tone from the treatment is a little better, but not TWO THOUSAND dollars better (plus the cost of the doctors visit and prescriptions). It was not money well spent. I did learn my lesson.

The woman who provided my service barely spoke to me or communicated with me at all, which made the entire experience feel extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was charged a significant amount of money for a service that was NOT what was advertised on the website. I specifically booked based on the description of the massage and what was supposed to be included, and what I received did not match what I paid for. If I'm paying that much money, I expect to actually receive the service that was advertised. I went in expecting to leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. Instead, I left sore, uncomfortable, and in so much pain that I had to book another appointment somewhere else just to get proper care for the pain this experience left me with. That alone says everything about how dissatisfied I am. I genuinely regret spending my money here. The lack of communication, the quality of the service, the fact that I did not receive what was advertised, and the pain I was left in made this one of the worst experiences I've had at a massage establishment. I am extremely disappointed and would like a full refund. I paid for a specific service and did not receive what I was promised.
