Great concept great choices of protein. Order and pick up is easy and simple. We ordered few wraps to go, came in little boxes and unfortunately it was cold when we got home and all the wraps tasted bland. not much flavor at all. Hello Shawerma had a large variety of different shawerma and even falafel sandwiches. The employees were very nice and welcoming. I was surprised to see they even had turkey shawerma just like back home. It was fresh, juicy and delicious. I loved the bread as well it lives up to its name- fluffy pita. Stopped in to get food to have a little picnic at Lake Catherine and we were blown away by the food and amazing service. We were warmly greeted and had the menu described to us. They're proud of all their items but especially excited about the different breads and pickles/olives. We ordered a variety of sandwiches and wraps, plus hummus, olives, and allllll the sauces. BEST SHAWARMA IN BRIDGEVIEW!! Always fresh, hot and tasty! I love how their garlic sauce is not too overpowering and they also offer a sweet and spicy sauce on the side as well. The fries are soo good and seasoned to perfection! The bowls have cucumbers, olives and feta which is a nice difference to a lot of the other shawarma bowls around the Bridgeview area. I was a little skeptical about this place at first because I thought it was like a fast food chain but it's not and serves authentic and fresh Arabian food! The owner, a younger guy, was very helpful and friendly my first visit and continues to be every time I stop in. The service there is probably the best I've experienced in years! The food is excellent too! They have 3 rotisserie spits with lamb, beef, and chicken. All meats are fresh and excellent! My favorite dish is the lamb mansef bowl with a side of garlic sauce! And if you like pickled vegetables, they have an assortment that seems endless! They have this sandwich that has a sesame bun, I can't remember the name of it but it's like a Mediterranean Philly cheese! Hands down the best Shawarma sandwiches in Chicago area. The owner is always present no matter what time of day or night I stop by and he is always looking over everything and ensuring customers are taken care of. Food is made to order and fresh. You can't go wrong with the shawarma on a baguette. There is a good amount of seating but sometimes it gets so busy you may have to wait to catch a table but it's never been more than a 10 minute wait for me even at the busiest times. This is a well run restaurant and always lively for good reason! Also open late which is a plus! read more

Place was very busy when I went but the service was solid. The owner came and took my order himself. They also have an automated screen near the entrance to place your order to speed things up. I ordered the chicken shawarma meal and mansaf. The chicken shawarma was solid and the seasoning on the fries was excellent. For a fast food restaurant, the mansaf was REALLY good. It was made with lamb shawarma and the laban wasn't heavy or salty like some other restaurants. I'll be coming here regularly. read more

One of the best shawarma places to go to if you're craving authentic middle eastern dishes. Owner was extremely sweet and gave us free side dishes like pickled veggies and helped guide us through the menu when we were wondering what to get. the shawarma was so juicy not dry at all and they PACKED it with meat!! it was extremely flavorful and delicious and the fries were so crispy and sprinkled with garlic and seasoning. we came from charlotte north carolina on our way to detroit and we are SO GLAD we stumbled across this amazing restaurant. the interior is so clean and nice and lots of lighting makes it feel so spacious. thank you to the owner for being so extremely sweet and i definitely recommend to anyone who's craving some good shawarma!! Not many issues with the food it was really the service. Firstly when we ordered we specifically said no almonds cause my son has an allergy and we get the food and there is almonds on the shawarma. We thought it was an honest mistake and so we went down to get it fixed but then they started being rude and giving us an attitude. Then we went back to the car and we noticed we were missing another sandwich but at that point because of how bad the service was we didn't even bother to go down. We drove 5 hours and we were already running late and it didn't help that each time we went down it was a 30 minute wait to get it fixed. Not gonna waste my time next time I'm in town. read more
