Got a crispy beef schwarma wrap togo from here and it was really good! It was a little over $15 after tax so it wasn't cheap but it was definitely a good size and packed with meat. I didn't have to wait long (10 min) at all and I could see them making each order fresh. The flavors all went well together and all the ingredients seemed high quality. The store itself is beautiful and very clean. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area! read more

We always end our road trips with a great meal in Bridgeview and Hello Shawarma's food is all over social media. It was not all hype, the crispy shawarma is delicious! They have an amazing pomegranate molasses dipping sauce that makes it really unique. The checkout out guy was nice and answered all of our questions. The place was packed with families and couples, it's a casual spot. read more

Tried their viral crispy chicken shawarma after seeing stories on insta about this. It was pretty good but it was little bit on sour side ? Not sure if it's suppose to be that sour. Overall was pretty good. The service was quick. read more

Great food I love their Chicken Cheesy Wrap it is the best and also their Chicken Zinger Bowl is also amazing too

i've only been to the Bridgeview location. The place is bright yellow which gives it a nice family friendly feel. The service is fast and friendly, it's pretty casual. I got mine to go, the menu can be overwhelming but the wraps are really popular. I was apprehensive about the price for just the wrap being $12.99 but as you can see, the quantity is huge and it's well worth it. As for the shawarma, the wrap itself was kind of dry which means they didn't use a lot of oil (if any) to toast it. Which is fine but unfortunately i found the inside to be dry too. There is plenty of meat and veggies in the wrap, but the tahini based sauce gives it a dry feel that ends up muting out the big flavors. It is good and definitely leans more on the healthy side, but I haven't craved it since then. Overall not a bad option if you're really hungry and just want a solid wrap! read more

With so many shawarma spots in the area, it's hard to pick the best, they truly are pretty good, but I will say that Hello Shawarma has the advantage because of the beshka sandwich. It's like the Arab version of a Philly sandwich. I'm not Jordanian/Palestinian so this sandwich is a totally new concept for me and we are in love with it. I also love their pickle station. Those peppers and the cauliflowers are my favorite pickles and to have access to all that is a dream. Sometimes I just stop by for the pickles. Then of course, the bowls are delicious as well. Seating is always ample and service is always great. Overall, it's a must stop on your shawarma journey. read more

Noticed this Restaurant when I pulled in to the Walmart Shopping Center. West side of Harlem Avenue. Very catchy sign. Nice logo and well designed restaurant. Nice seating area outside. Both Thai & Shawarma Share a dinning hall, so it's very busy. It's congested to get in, as the order counter is in the back of the store. If I could make very helpful suggestion, they need to somehow have an "order only" counter and "pick up" separate. Not the best design on that part. Love the open concept to watch the Chefs prep the food. Very clean place. They seemed to be enjoying their lives in the kitchen and I love to see that. The wait was pretty long, many customers. I did order the pickle bar take away , $2.99 , definitely must try. Mansaf bowl with lamb. I'm not sure if it's a Lebanese interpretation or another culture, It's not what I'm use to. It didn't have the bread soaked or any bread at all, at the bottom and the yogurt sauce was lacking flavor. I'm super picky about Mansaf , my Khalto made the best Palestinian Style/Jordanian Mansaf. For a take away Quick Serve restaurant, it does taste pretty good. Was a large meal for $25. Their packaging and take away bags are fantastic, they need additional credit for that in itself. Was a pleasant visit. Ty. Busy area. Must try Selma's Sweets across street when you are done; South. They are amazing also. read more

Interesting a delicious shawarma! I didn't really understand the concept until I looked around but you order what you want in a kiosk and your food is brought out to you, or handed to you if you're taking it to go. I ordered the Shawarma Saj, and tbh I should've ordered it in a stuffed pita because it comes with more pickles and such. To make up for it, I ordered a side of pickles where I can fully my own container and it was delicious! The sandwich was filling and full of flavor. The fries are also well seasoned and delicious. Friendly staff and clean. Really enjoyed coming here and will do so! read more

I really enjoyed the new crispy chicken sandwich! It had a wonderful pomegranate molasses coating that leaves you wanting more!

So I love this place you know I like it a lot. It's my top restaurant to go to when I'm in Bridgefield and my daughter. She loves it too. I've never seen her eat a sandwich except when we're there the only time I ever see her eat a sandwich, but I'm gonna be frank with you. I'm not trying to make a big deal about something but you know I go there. Maybe I don't know three times a week at most three times a week sometimes four when I take the family, but I always go there by myself with my daughter with me I'll bring her three times a week sometimes four I know I don't order a lot. I get usually a sandwich couple pieces of falafel and wrap the door but honestly that's $60-$80 a week spent over there but when I ask for a ramekin of hot sauce like they charged me for that like it's a man why would you charge people for a ramekin? I never understood that. I hope they don't do it again. They never usually charge me today. This guy charged me. I don't understand why dude why would you charge me for a ramekin of hot sauce? What is that nonsense? I don't know. I was going walking into a Jewish restaurant. just joking, just joking. I still love the spot. You guys gotta realize stop being so greedy if somebody asks you for a side of hot sauce, you know just give it to him, especially when five guys ordered after him and the five guys got their food before him like oh thank me for my patience. Tell me you know what I'm gonna deduct the hot sauce that you ordered sorry for the long way because really they forgot about my order. That's the truth. I didn't make a big deal about I don't care. I'm not one of those people above like the side charges for hot sauce. Come on man. We're ready in recession stop that no nonsense but I still like the place. I'm just saying giving you guys my two cents that's it. read more

Best Shawarma in whole US.Specially in Illinois.Every time fresh delicious.Even Shawarmas smell makes you full

I ordered our food through Uber Eats. Everything was there, minus the drinks that were supposed to come with the combos. When I questioned the Uber driver he blamed the restaurant and said I needed to straighten it out with Hello Shawarma and then he took off instead of going back to get our drinks (it was only less than 5 minutes away). I tried calling Hello Shawarma numerous times but nobody would answer the phone. Uber Eats wasn't any help either. read more

I only heard good things about this spot and had to try it. My shawarma cravings were tingling. Not only was the flavor of the beef and chicken rich - but it was so hearty and fulfilling and fluffy. Not to mention the vibe is pretty cool and fun and the owner is extremely generous and welcoming. He offered a free yogurt drink that they also sell. Hello Shawarma - Shawarma In A Wrap ( only sandwich) - Halal Near Me - Bridgeview, Illinois

Hello Shwarma is another Middle Eastern food staple in southwestern Chicago suburbs. The joint is a minimum of a 45-minute drive from my place, but every couple of weeks, I make the trip down for some amazing shawarma wraps and white sauce. Whatever is in that sauce must be kept in a safe, because it's contender with the best in the city. I wish they'd use more fun fries. The service is friendly. The environment is energizing inside the restaurant. read more

Hello Shawarma - Chicken Shawarma Wrap - Halal Near Me - Bridgeview, Illinois

Best shawarma around! Service is impeccable, and the interior reminds of new school Ramallah shawarma shops. Plenty of options like pita, shrak wrap, baguette, and bashka! Just like overseas. This place is the most comparable shawarma I've had yet. Bashka is a new fad in Ramallah I believe it originated in Jordan? Not too sure but nonetheless I highly recommend it! It's like a Mediterranean cheese steak. I was also pleased to see amba being offered! Another niche i've only ever had overseas. Definitely try it! It especially goes well with beef shawarma. This place is really busy with both dine in and take out so be patient.. it's worth the wait! Not too many people seem to notice the kiosk near the front door to order so skip the line and order there! With it being so busy I was pleasantly surprised at how well the service was. They remembered me from my order and delivered the food to our table, brought us our drinks, and checked in on us midway through our meal. Where else do you get service like this at a walk up n order place? read more

The service and food here is amazing! Every time I come it's a 10/10 experience. The staff is extremely attentive and kind. I am a vegetarian and the falafel options here hit the spot. The most recent time I went I got a falafel rice bowl, and my friend got the steak rice bowl. We both loved everything and the portions were large enough to make two meals out of. We also shared an order of fries and they were seasoned so well! All around a really great meal and I will continue coming back to this spot :) read more

Food is so great. Chicken shawarma is my go to and the seasoning is amazing. Food is out quickly. Comfortable seating

Holy smokes is this place busy! Stopped in to pick up some food to go & almost turned around because it was late and they were so busy! Ultimately decided to order, my son and I from the shawarma side, my husband ordered pad thai. My waited for a little over 5 minutes to order and it was chaotic inside because there's no real idea where the lines start or stop and lots of group of people lingering. Then we waited about 20 minutes for our food. I'm surprised to say, the pad thai was the best thing we had! The shawarma was dry and falafel were also unfortunately over cooked, we ended up throwing them away. The hummus was tasty and I'd bet if the shawarma wasn't so dry, it would have been tasty. I don't think we'd go back.. so many other local options that are done much better without the chaos. Maybe we just caught them on on off day? read more

The hummus is seriously one of the best I've had. My wife is Palestinian and she said that it's just as good as back home in the Middle East. The falafels also tasted phenomenal and homemade. I love that they have delicious pickled vegetables too. My only critique is that I've had tastier steak and chicken shawarma. With both, I thought they were dry and lacked flavor. I have to try the chicken schnitzel next time. Otherwise, the service was good, bathrooms clean, and ambience were solid for a fast casual. read more

We saw this place once while driving by. Today we stopped in to try it for lunch. The interior is clean and well-lit. You can order from a touchscreen right by the front door. A gentleman asked if it was our first time here. When we answered in the affirmative, he explained the menu and placed the order for us. We went with a beef bashka, a lamb mansaf bowl, and a side of fries. Wow! The bashka was an amazing sandwich. Nice meat, nice bread, and filled with peppers and melted cheese. Nice presentation on a wooden platter. They even gave latex gloves to eat with, as it can get messy. The mansaf was okay. The presentation was really nice, but it seemed to lack in flavor. However, that could be our fault; they provided a container full of some sort of white sauce, but we only drizzled a little bit of it over the food. The fries were awesome. Perfectly seasoned and crispy. Food and service were excellent. I liked how they provided different sauces like bbq, tahini, sweet chili, and garlic. I also liked that there were sinks outside the washroom just for hand washing. Would definitely eat here again. read more
