This place is violating COVID safety measures. Came here to pick up an order and it was packed to capacity with people standing packed together with zero distancing and no markers on floor. It was hot, sweaty and no room to move - a perfect COVID spreading environment. In addition, they made me wait over an hour to pick up an order they said would be ready in 10 minutes. Unacceptable. I even brought up the lack of safety measures to the staff and they just laughed it off. I will be reporting this business to the safety inspectors! read more

This place just opened up. The staff were friendly and helpful. The samosas and tiki masala were excellent, both had such great flavors!!!! It is also a mini grocery store where you can get all kinds of Indian ingredients as well as Halal meat. I'm so happy this little place opened, what a treat. read more

During COVID situation these guys are just fooling around people, they think like customers are coming to their shop like beggars. Two experiences in just 2 days 1. For chicken wrap they made me to wait for 10- minutes, but actual was 45 minutes (telling me there are lots of customers ) when I really got, it was ALL COLD ( I checked next day, whether you serve it hot or cold, answer was we always serve HOT, NO REGRETS, she was busy, just said sorry it won't happen again. 2. Next day, I believed the the first day could be a human errand, ordered a chicken biryani, again same situation, a biryani with lots of white rice, and just one leg piece of chicken, is that justified for spending 11 dollars for just a white rice, these guys do this randomly, with no shame. read more

What an amazing selection of delicious Indian food! A group of friends, were we, that decided to stop in to satiate our craving for great Indian food. We certainly were not disappointed! The buffet is stocked plenty full of great food, clearly labeled, and even an indicator on what is spicy and what is not. I, myself, hit every spicy thing I could find and I was not disappointed. The best part is, there is even a small selection of typical American food for kids and those who don't dig the whole Indian food experience. This store is very untidy, no social distancing measures and worst customer service among the Indian stores. They don't know how to treat its customers and the people at the check out counters are useless. Not me or my family circle is going there back again. If you want halal meat go some where else. Prices are not competitive either. I was at this store today 07/25/2020 @ 2PM for some groceries and one of the plastic bag they used was torn up.. and when I try to pick it up after billing, a pickle glass bottle fell and broke. They shamelessly claimed that it was my mistake and don't want to replace the item. Eventually got it replaced. This is very disrespectful. First time there. Had two bites of a dessert called paan. Stay away. I was very sick for several days; enough to need treatment for toxicity. After googling, I find the betel nut in it toxic to some people. The leaves also have psychoactive properties. This is an adult dessert and should come with a warning label. This place highly avoids food safety and regulations. People be smoking very next to windows and the shop smells like a smoking place. Wow... this place is the best around me (which is a very crowded Indian restaurant neighborhood) for fresh meat, food (biryani, appetizers, tandoori meat). You might grab some grocery while your at it too. Deserves a 10 out of 5. They are supposedly really popular for Hyderabadi Irani chai, haven't tried yet. read more

Service is terrible. We didn't eat because the hostesses were not friendly. We are very chill people and let a-lot of things slide. When we approached the first person, she was on the phone, texting. She was paying absolutely no attention to us. We signed up on the wait list eventually and gave my cell number so they could call us. 25 minutes go by and we call them to see where we were in the list. Someone answered and said they had been calling us. I told them we did not receive any calls. I asked them what number and whoever had taken number had written it wrong. So the person then said we can get you a seat now. I had said to the person I was with that they had written the number wrong and that is why we didnt get a call. The hostess on the line with us then said sir you don't have to have an attitude with me. I said to her I was not talking to you but to the person I was with. She said i heard it. I was merely stating to my friend what was the problem. So we promptly went back to try and clarify things. She was still argumentative. Decided to go to not eat there and went to whiskey cake to eat. Food is excellent if you're willing to wait in a freezing store waiting an unreasonably long time. I even ordered ahead 45 minutes before and still had to wait 30 minutes more. The hot chai tea was the best I've had. The endless line was as bad as Starbucks. If the cashier could get over his hesitation to speak to Caucasian females we might get somewhere. It's quite annoying when you order something online and still they make you wait once you reach there after an hour. After you wait for 30 mins they say we can not serve your order and can we replace with something else. Got the replaced alternative chicken fry biryani and it had 2 small pieces of cornflour fried chicken with rice for $16, what a shame. Some elderly woman roaming without masks and even can see in kitchen they do not quite cover their face. Great place to get halal organic cut up meats for a good price. Groceries are good but not too large. Restaurant-biriyani and chicken 65 is delicious along with chai. Food has just the right amount of spiciness. Fridays around 4pm, the place is packed with people wanting afternoon snacks. The line to the restaurant and the grocery line is chaotic and confusing. Would suggest that the cashier open up the grocery line closest to the rice for better flow of traffic. Def is a hangout for young people. read more

Being a hardcore and very picky foodie I can say this place comes the closest if not replicable to my home Hyderabadi food in US. The Bone in Chicken Dum Biryani is the best I have had and the taste was very consistent. As everyone say Irani chai is also very good. To my surprise the pulao's are stunning if you adore the biryani's of Sri Kanya (Rajahmundry & Hyd) this is the closest replica of them... especially shirmp pulao. Not to mention the food is on the spicy end which i like but lot of people may find it too hot even for Indian standards. read more
