My go-to place for gel mani and i am so satisfy with the outcome of my nails every time. The gel stays on longer than i expected. I showed the lady the nail color that i wanted and she found the exact match. She also did the marbles design so perfectly. Prices are reasonable and my overall experience at this place is great. read more

I go here for the sugaring and I love it! I always book with Rena (the owner) and she's sweet and very efficient. The first time I came here I was referred by a friend and that was the first time I used sugar wax instead of standard hot wax on my Brazilian. The amount of hair growth has drastically reduced and you barely experience any pain. Visit her Instagram to book your appointments online. If you have questions, she responds promptly and professionally. read more

Just got my lashes done for the first time ever by CHELSIE! I had an appointment at 5:15, showed up a little earlier and she was already ready to take me (unlike most places where they wait until your actual appointment time to get started). She asked me if this was my first time and I told her yes. I then told her that I use wispie-like falsies and so I showed her a picture of the type of falsies that I use, and she asked me if I like my lashes long or short, or dramatic/not dramatic. I loved the fact that she asked questions and not just went straight in to applying the lashes. My appointment lasted about an hour and 45 minutes which was totally fine with me, because she took her time and not rushed it at all. After I was done she told me how to take care of my lashes, what to use, and answered any questions that I had. SHE IS AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES, and I was more than happy with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back here to schedule my lash fill in a few weeks, especially with her. Thank you Chelsie!! read more

Hello Bombshell is an awesome place to go for waxing! Beautiful, CLEAN facilities and all of the equipment in the salon is state of the art. I had Gay for my brazillian and she did a great job! She was so nice and very professional. I never felt uncomfortable or too exposed. Loved the wax she used too, no hair was left behind. As an esthetician, I'm picky about where I go for my services, but I was really impressed with everything I saw and experienced. I will definitely be back! Thanks Gay! read more

Tbh, if it wasn't for their monthly specials I probably would have never came because their prices are on the higher price. For my first appointment I had my eyebrows sugared by Rina, she was very informative and afterwards asked me if I liked the shape or if I wanted it thinner. However, she did accidentally burned me and left a scab which lasted for a week. My next appointment was for partial volume eyelash extensions. The session was overall relaxing, however even though the girl who did my eyelashes asked/knew it was my first time she didn't go into much details about the steps she was doing etc. I would've liked if she was more informative about it. They also didn't last long, I found that my lashes looked pretty junk by the 2nd week. I thought it was normal but I recently went to a new place and their lashes lasted for 2 weeks +. Even though the session wasn't informative and the lashes didn't last long, I still really liked the end product, Wispy long lashes! read more

Had a classic lash set done by esthetician CHELSEA and absolutely in love with them!!!! I've had lash extensions before and they are usually a pain to maintain but Chelsea was super quick with the application process, informed me on after home care, and they still looked amazing after weeks!!! The price point is incredible and her customer service is spectacular. I would recommend Chelsea for eyelash extensions to anybody who is wondering on whether or not they should get them. Chelsea knows exactly how to frame your face and accentuate your natural beauty with the lash designs she creates and she's super sweet!!! Will be back again!!! read more

The ladies here are amazing! Got my first Brazilian Wax here today from Amanda and it was great. Very little discomfort, and a very friendly staff. Definitely gonna return for more waxes and to do my nails! Thank you so much ladies for the great service! read more

Waited 30 minutes before even being asked how me and my friend could be helped. And then after that we discovered that the lady scheduled the appointment times for a different day when I told her several times in the phone what day we wanted exactly. She didn't say sorry what can I do to make this better she was just basically like oh well. I really had high expectations and it was less than mediocre for that short encounter we had with the shop. read more

Alyssa really takes the time to make sure your lashes come out looking fab. She doesn't rush and her work is always top knotch. She never disappoints me! Ive had my lashes done 2 weeks ago and they are still looking so good!! She instructs you thoroughly on how to care for them and is always so helpful. If I ever have any questions on what I can't use, she's always there to text right away. I can honestly say , she is the only person I can truly trust with my lashes and she's very funny always has these amazing stories to tell and very funny jokes she doesn't make it awkward at all :) read more

Was able to get a same day appointment for mani and pedi. The salon is so cute! Had an awesome experience and my nails looks great. Will definitely go back and take my girl friends with me. Would be a great place for a girls day. read more

First time I went I got the classics done and over all it looked really nice...until most of it came off couple days later. So I went back thinking I should try out their fluffies and so I did, results looked good. Went to a nice brunch and couple hours later noticed the lashes were poking my lid causing the skin to be a bit sensitive. As soon as I got home I honestly ended up ripping out the one that was bothering me the most and the others were bearable. But yesterday, after waiting 24 hours I took a long awaited shower and of course cleaned my lashes as well gently. After that the lashes that were poking my lid felt worse than ever, noticed that some were super clumpy, and started to really irritate my skin, causing it to be red and sore so I tried to pull through but it got to be too sore for me so tried the home method of taking it off and holy moly it is not budging and my lids were so sensitive and sore. UPDATE: Ended up leaving some oil on my lids over night and went to another placebto get them removed. Which took 3 hours btw. It was stacked and the glue wouldn't budge but its off now. read more

Jordann has done my nails several times and always does a fantastic job. I rarely get my hands done, so when I do she walks me through my options and really takes her time on shaping and cuticle cutting so that everything looks perfect afterwards. I have a number of friends that see her regularly whose nails are always beautifully designed, healthy and long. She is definitely not the type of technician to rush through a service or do anything detrimental to the appearance or health of your nails, and does not offer acrylic services for this reason (which I admire). She is highly skilled and well trained and very sweet and easy to talk to! read more

I came back from Kaua'i after winter break and needed to fill my lashes somewhere. I decided to book an appointment online with Hello Bombshell, super easy and user friendly. Although my previous lashes were awesome...they were applied improperly. Rina redid my lashes and they came out gorgeous! She's super sweet, down to earth, and funny. She definitely makes the experience a pleasure; I wouldn't go to anyone else to get them done. I got so many compliments on my beautiful lashes and Rina is truly a sweetheart! read more

Definitely recommend this place. Needed some eyelash work and stumbled upon this salon through yelp. Lashes were professionally done by Alyssa, she made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. Customer service is a big deal to me with that being said You won't feel forced to add extra services. Ask what you need and she'll get the job done just the way you'd like it. I really would recommend you to see Alyssa for any of your eye lashes needs. Will definitely be back here. read more

I wanted to like this place. The owner Rina is so sweet. But the shop had clutter all over in the waiting area and in the treatment rooms. The woman who did my pedi did not do a very good job as my feet are quite dry and rough. While in my treatment the technician answered the phone twice for clients and continued to work used on me and talk on the phone at the same time. I didn't feel it was the most professional. The main reason I went was to get my legs sugared. I have had my legs sugared when I lived in la. And unfortunately this place did a terrible job. She said she couldn't get all the hair because I hadn't been sugared in a while. But in la the woman made my legs amazingly smooth the first time I went. She tried to get all the hair and used special wax at no extra charge. Which I appreciated. That helped a bit but looking at it when I came home she missed a lot. I was at the salon for over 3 hours. Again Rina was so nice and she did do q nice job in my upper lip and eye brows. I hope it gets better. read more

I was looking for a good place to get my nails done and I found Hello Bombshell. Shaianne did an amazing job with my nails. She was very friendly and was a great conversationist. She had a nice pedicure deal going on too so that was a bonus! I was very satisfied with my visit and will definitely come back next time I'm in town. read more

Before moving here from Maui a little over a year ago, I always got my lashes done religiously. Always was on top of fills and always kept them right. When I moved here, I had a hard time finding a place that did lashes the way I liked it and lasted awhile then I came across Hello Bombshell, read up on all the reviews and read nothing but positive ones! The first time I made a visit was for my nails last year in September for my birthday and I got the sculptured acrylics done by Albee. I don't get my nails done often, but when I do, it's for special occasions. Albee did such an amazing job and she is so sweet! My nails lasted me forever! For the past 6 months or so, I have been seeing Alyssa for my classic lash extensions. One word for her work - AMAZING. I love how she does my lashes! I never like them too long or too short. Every time I leave with a fresh new set of lashes, I am never disappointed. I ALWAYS go back to Alyssa! Her work is why I always come back. I've referred a few of my girl friends to her and they are never disappointed too! Hello Bombshell will always be my go to place when it comes to papering myself! Keep up the great work, ladies! read more

This place is great! It has the ambiance that I find many nail/waxing salons lack, and the waiting area is adorable. My friend and I called to make a pedicure appointment, and at first they were not able to fit us in, but later she texted about an opening later that day! Both my friend and I were very satisfied with our pedicures, and after discussing waxing services with Rina, I scheduled a sugaring Brazilian bikini wax for the next day. Rina did a GREAT job. I've been getting Brazillian's for about a year, and I would say painfulness wise, sugaring is probably about the same as traditional waxing, maybe a little less painful. She was very thorough, she even extracted some ingrown hairs that I had. The best part is that over time, sugaring is supposed to lessen the hair grow-back, which was something I found didn't happen with traditional waxing. It was very reasonably priced, and I HIGHLY recommend it. read more
