I even told him we're planning on ripping the carpet put next year so my goal is just sanitation at this point. He still provided extremely high quality work and was pleasant to have around! I'm sure they're fine for regular cleaning, but I cannot recommend them for cat urine…read more First, whatever they used did not remove the stains. When I called about the missed spots, I was told it was "permanent damage." However, a pet stain remover I bought on Amazon removed it in one spray. Second, their cleaning method seemed to spread the urine -- the smell transferred to clean cushions that had never been soiled and should not have been cleaned. Third, they completely missed cleaning the inside of the cushion. Had they unzipped it, they would have seen it's made of three layers, with urine pooled on top of the center foam layer. This was left untouched and continued to smell. Their cleaning method was only on the surface and was not a deep clean. Had they unzipped the cushion, they would've been able to easily clean it. Finally, they placed the cushions on our dining room chairs and an expensive gaming chair, leaving a permanent residue and odor on the chair while also staining some of the pillows. You can see a picture of the pillow stain and the residue on the chair with a side comparison of an unused chair. Scratches are on the chair that they did not use / touch. I am referring to the white film / water damage. In the end, they spread the smell to 2 pillows that didn't need cleaning and three chairs that now smell like cat urine. I notified the cleaner who came out, and after acknowledging the issue, he stopped responding. When you hire a professional cleaning company, you expect a thorough job, knowledge of proper deep-cleaning techniques, and awareness of how cleaning products react with cat urine... Not making the problem worse. This experience fell far short.

Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. All of them were OK, but Triple Fresh Solutions was more than OK. They were great, or should I say he was great. We won't try any other company in the future as long as he is still in business. I spent some time studying the machinery he had in his truck. Extremely high tech. I'm kind of an engineering nerd and i always look at machines and machinery. His machinery was amazing, and to my eye looked much more sophisticated than what I've seen in other vendors' trucks over the years.
