Great service and super nice owner.. I will definitely use them again. The price was reasonable and affordable.. glad I called them

Had a white sofa and four white chairs that were a disaster thanks to a giant puppy dog and another pet! Bisho was able to make them look like new which I didn't think was possible! They also cleaned a large carpeted room and did a great job there too! I definitely recommend this business for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs! read more

Joe and Phoenix did a wonderful job. On time and experienced! We will call you again for future needs.

We needed our carpets and an upholstered chair cleaned and after a bad experience with a well advertised brand which (to the contrary they advertised) left residue everywhere and the carpet afterwards became dirty again quickly. We decided to go with a local family owned business our neighbors used. Joe showed up on time and didn't blink when we added a rather large room to our order. They did quickly cleaned our large white easy chair and our coffee stained carpet in my husband's study look like new again. We left the ceiling fans on overnight (as suggested) to be sure the carpets were completely dry. But in the morning, the carpets were both dry and lovely. We would definitely recommend and use Bishop Carpet Cleaning again. read more

Just had my whole house done by Bishops. Super friendly crew and willing to go the "extra mile" and even vacuumed my throw rugs. The cleaning services made my carpets look like new again and they really did a nice job for a fair price. Highly recommended! read more

If I could, I'd give Bishop Carpet & Upholstery six stars! We had two white couches in storage and when they came out, they were filthy! Joe was able to get them looking as good as new! Joe, you are the best! read more

One of the best cleaning companies out there! I am really thankful for all their hard work in my grandmother's house and aunt's house over the years. Can't say enough about the service I received . Wonderful family owned business . I am a clean freak. With two German Shepherds down stairs , adult kids here during covid , cats upstairs and I constantly vacuum and clean . I saw the reviews and I can attest they are earned . We have tile down stairs . I have owned the house three years and the grout never was cream color . Pretty sure the prior owners never had this done . Carpet was good condition but it needed a clean . Super happy with the results . I will be having them come in once a year for sure ! We do not wear shoes in the house but imagine what you track in if you do with all this covid stuff and whatever else is on your carpet ! - ewwww! Love Bishop !!! I would sign a recurring maintenance contract if they had one to keep me on a schedule ! read more

Used Joe Bishop for over 20 yrs. Reliable and does extra special job every time. Highly recommend him.

I hardly write reviews but felt compelled. The team went above and beyond today. They were careful with my wooden floors, and explained the process for my sofas. I also had added two small chairs and they never charged me - wow, I only noticed later when I reviewed the invoice. Thank you guys, you are awesome - so very much appreciate all the care you took. My sofas and chairs look like new. read more

Great service and very friendly. Joe also does carpet stretching if you ask.

I recently adopted a puppy and he has brought in some not so good stuff into the house. I have beige carpet in LR and DR and they were stained with food, dirt, drinks and wine. I called the company and they were able to accommodate the date i requested. About a week in advance. The only thing I didn't get was a call confirming the appnt like day or two before. (I like when places do this) The gentleman was on time, he walked through the areas I was concerned with. He was certain he could get all the stains out. So I hung outside with the dog. It took him about 45 mins to do both rooms. He even cleaned the hallway. (Wasnt exepting )He pointed out one spot that was tough to get out. But I didn't see it. The carpet looks like new! Also I originally asked to do 3 rooms, but on the day I changed my mind down to two rooms. And he was cool with it, didn't try to sell me on the add'lt room :-) the cost for 2 rms was $110 . Im happy no more dog prints or food stains. Thanks guys. read more

They fit me in right away, moved or put my furniture on foam, were fast and thorough, had great service, really friendly, great prices (I'd gotten other bids, they beat one by half)! Bishop carpet cleaning rocks. A friend told me about them. I live in Ramona. I didnt think they could come this far but, i called them just before the holidays. My (once white) carpet was a nasty shade of brown. They were not only able to come out on such short notice they came all the way to ramona. Now thats service. Iv'e hired other local companys in the past and they came with not only a cooler of beer they came with a attitude. They had the nerve to tell me how dirty my carpets were, duh thats why i had called them in the first place. Never again now that i have found Bishop carpet cleaning i'll never call any one else. read more

I've used many carpet cleaners over the years. It seems that most of them leave a residue behind in the carpet after their done & they still charge a lot of money. I called around to get quotes because I did not want to get nickel & dimed to death once they showed up because I had pets. I called "Bishop's Carpet Cleaning" & talked to his Joe's wife, who set me straight on charges. I was very grateful for her Honesty & what she told me really resonated :) Nobody shared that info with me before. I knew then, I wanted them to clean my carpets. Joe came out on time & left us with smiles on our faces. Very Professional, friendly, courteous & even left us with one of their fans to help dry our carpets out quicker. Joe even said to call him back & said "Don't be afraid to" if the stains reappear. Well, the stains never reappeared. So, we will be calling him back for future cleanings. Great job! We can't recommend Joe enough! Honest, Professional, efficient & Oh, "Very affordable" compared to what other carpet cleaning companies wanted to charge us. read more

I can't live without "The Bishops" cleaning my carpet. I live in a little farmhouse in the Vista/Bonsall area with three dogs and a horse trainer husband. The Bishops come out a couple of times a year and turn my "shack" into a home. Bishop's is a well run company and they're really good people. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and were friendly, knowledgable, professional and on-time. Day's after they left I found a few spots made by contractors that the original carpet cleaning didn't get. I called Bishop and they came back out quickly and removed those spots by hand one by one. My partner and I had our carpets cleaned in Fallbrook by Bishops and the job was less than good. And we paid them almost $100 more than other companies wanted. Why? We thought they would do a great job. Wrong. The job was less than average and the guy got in and out as fast as possible! Don't use this company. Grade D read more
