We needed our carpets and an upholstered chair cleaned and after a bad experience with a well advertised brand which (to the contrary they advertised) left residue everywhere and the carpet afterwards became dirty again quickly. We decided to go with a local family owned business our neighbors used. Joe showed up on time and didn't blink when we added a rather large room to our order. They did quickly cleaned our large white easy chair and our coffee stained carpet in my husband's study look like new again. We left the ceiling fans on overnight (as suggested) to be sure the carpets were completely dry. But in the morning, the carpets were both dry and lovely. We would definitely recommend and use Bishop Carpet Cleaning again. read more

hello i can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. he is amazing. i hadn't had my carpets cleaned in 2 years and he showed up on time, was done in 1 1/2 hours (even with his friendly chatting), and can i say he move things for me and when i came back and he was finished they were there with little pads under them. amazing amazing amazing i am so sorry i hadn't used him before. the prior company i used was horrible always late and drama. please do not hesitate to use this service you also will want to leave a 5 star review. thank you joe! ps i called on a monday and he came that saturday at 9 am sharp! even a few minutes early read more

Can't say enough about the service I received . Wonderful family owned business . I am a clean freak. With two German Shepherds down stairs , adult kids here during covid , cats upstairs and I constantly vacuum and clean . I saw the reviews and I can attest they are earned . We have tile down stairs . I have owned the house three years and the grout never was cream color . Pretty sure the prior owners never had this done . Carpet was good condition but it needed a clean . Super happy with the results . I will be having them come in once a year for sure ! We do not wear shoes in the house but imagine what you track in if you do with all this covid stuff and whatever else is on your carpet ! - ewwww! Love Bishop !!! Bishop carpet cleaning rocks. A friend told me about them. I live in Ramona. I didnt think they could come this far but, i called them just before the holidays. My (once white) carpet was a nasty shade of brown.They were not only able to come out on such short notice they came all the way to ramona. Now thats service. Iv'e hired other local companys in the past and they came with not only a cooler of beer they came with a attitude. They had the nerve to tell me how dirty my carpets were, duh thats why i had called them in the first place. I recently adopted a puppy and he has brought in some not so good stuff into the house. I have beige carpet in LR and DR and they were stained with food, dirt, drinks and wine. I called the company and they were able to accommodate the date i requested. About a week in advance. The only thing I didn't get was a call confirming the appnt like day or two before. (I like when places do this) The gentleman was on time, he walked through the areas I was concerned with. He was certain he could get all the stains out. So I hung outside with the dog. It took him about 45 mins to do both rooms. He even cleaned the hallway. (Wasnt exepting )He pointed out one spot that was tough to get out. But I didn't see it. The carpet looks like new! Also I originally asked to do 3 rooms, but on the day I changed my mind down to two rooms. And he was cool with it, didn't try to sell me on the add'lt room :-) the cost for 2 rms was $110 . I've used many carpet cleaners over the years. It seems that most of them leave a residue behind in the carpet after their done & they still charge a lot of money. I called around to get quotes because I did not want to get nickel & dimed to death once they showed up because I had pets. I called "Bishop's Carpet Cleaning" & talked to his Joe's wife, who set me straight on charges. I was very grateful for her Honesty & what she told me really resonated :) Nobody shared that info with me before. I knew then, I wanted them to clean my carpets. Joe came out on time & left us with smiles on our faces. Very Professional, friendly, courteous & even left us with one of their fans to help dry our carpets out quicker. Joe even said to call him back & said "Don't be afraid to" if the stains reappear. Well, the stains never reappeared. So, we will be calling him back for future cleanings. Great job! I can't live without "The Bishops" cleaning my carpet. I live in a little farmhouse in the Vista/Bonsall area with three dogs and a horse trainer husband. The Bishops come out a couple of times a year and turn my "shack" into a home.
