The instructions clearly stated "Saturday was supposed to be the eCourse Classroom" not the in person riding. This is not acceptable and clearly not a good way of doing business. I will not sue or make anything out of what I had experience with Instructor Mike, but it is very wrong and against the law to physically assault (pushing me off the bike) or even touch someone without consent. I was caught completely off guard that their service would be this good. I had been told they were good, but this was better than I had even been told. It took an extended period of time for the parts to come in, due to COVID delay backorders, but once they were received by LL7, they immediately let me know and set up an appointment to get my work done. Casey and Jamie are a complete class act and make you very comfortable before you even meet them in person. They were very responsive to my text messages, typically responding in just a few hours (They do have a business to run, after all). When I dropped my bike off, on Saturday morning, I was told that my bike would be ready by Wednesday. I considered this more than reasonable and agreed to picking it up on Wednesday... They called me on the afternoon of the day that I dropped it off to let me know that my bike was ready to be picked up! I was completely blown away by their same-day-service. I hope they never lose this incredible level of service. These guys are fantastic!

It has been 10 years and this place still makes my blood pressure skyrocket when I see it…read more I took a bike there for warranty work and they kept it for so long without touching it that by the time they got around to it, it was out of warranty and then they wanted to charge me full price for repairs that were supposed to be warranty. I was active duty military at the time and did not have the time or resources to sue them in court. I picked up my bike that they had for over 3 months without fixing a single thing, and had to repair it all myself. I love that bike and in the 12 years since new, my absolute WORST experience ever at a motorcycle dealership was at this one. That bike has been with me in 5 states and three countries and it wasn't until I took it to Quantico, while also being active duty military, that I was treated like absolute shit and scammed on warranty work and forced to eat it. At one point they said "go ahead and sue us. We get sued all the time. We have the money set aside in our operating budget to settle lawsuits like this." Real nice.

I was looking for a 2018 Indian Scout 60 and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by one of their topnotch salesman Quincy who was both chill and mellow and was focused on what he could do for me. I met the owner Frank who was mad cool and a fellow vet such as myself. I told Quincy that I was interested in a Indian Scout 60 and wanted to ride one so they pulled one out for me to test ride but they also had a 2017 Scout sitting outside waiting for a new owner to buy. Brandon and David were two of the guys from the service dept. who were part of the process and were very professional (like Frank and Quincy) and they brought out the 60 for me to take on a test ride. However, the 2017 was the same color (Black) which I was looking for and it had that throaty sound I was looking for based on the upgrade from the previous owner. I decided to go with the 2017 Scout versus the 2018 Scout 60 because of the increase in power and that's what I needed. Brandon took me on a 2-4 mile test ride and it ROCKED! The bike is boss and the test track will allow you to stretch the bikes out. They have curves, straight ways, hills....you name it and you will be able to fully feel these great AWESOME Indian bikes. Once we got back to the dealership there was no doubt that I was riding on my bike. The OTD price was already great but Frank sweetened the deal by lowering the price a little more for me and I couldn't have been more happier.....this is a GREAT guy who has a passion for bikes and bikers and IMO he wants to put everyone on an Indian and I'm proud to be part of the Indian family. Both Wendy and Jelly took care of me at the customer service center and after making my down payment, I will be taking receipt of my Scout within the week once they are done prepping the bike and adding my upgrades. I'm not a Harley "hater" but save yourselves a few thousand (which can be used for upgrades) and go buy yourselves an Indian or at least go to Indian of Fredericksburg and look at some of these great bikes.....THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL and kick massive butt! I look forward to upgrading next year to one of the bigger cruisers and was tempted to do so today but I have some more financial obligations at the moment. Go down to Indian of Fredericksburg NOW and get one or maybe two of these beautiful bikes.....you will not regret it and you will be happy that you did.....the Indian brand is just as good if not better than Harley and just because the price range is lower does NOT mean you are getting a substandard bike, it means that Indian wants to make and sell an affordable bike that the EVERYDAY hard working man/woman can afford....Indian is all about sharing the love and expanding the biking community to everyone......ride on and ride safe........Brooklyn Jay!

Communication is a bit lacking, but when speaking to multiple individuals it can be expected that there will be some confusion/conflicting information. The ATV was initially deemed ready, but as they went over the list with my husband they realized they'd forgotten to address the brake issue. A day delay, but not a big deal. Will happily return for routine service of our ATV's and Motorcycle's without question.

Began taking my new KTM 1290 Super Adventure to Extreme Powersports to fix issues during the…read moreaccessories installed by selling dealer in PA. The original service work was good in that all the issues were addressed, though it was in the shop for 3 weeks for it. Decided to go back for my first service (600 mile) and have a new aftermarket part installed (required removing the gas tank) and removing dust filters installed by original selling dealer. Ask that the computer be upgraded to KTM latest firmware for on screen navigation while in the shop. It was there for 2 weeks for this work to be done. Had already performed an oil change ($126 in parts and oil) so I told them not to change the oil given I had already performed it. When I picked up the bike I was charged for oil change even though I told them not to do it. The new bike had a scratch down to the metal on one of the protection bars, mark on the front fender, and scratch on the color instrument screen. They would only acknowledge the scratch on the bars and said they didn't do the other damage. On top, my bike had 50 more miles on the odometer when I picked it up. Bad overall experience and advise others to look elsewhere for KTM service.

This repair action was over 15 months ago, but I felt like I needed to add my reviews to the mix. I have since moved to Richmond but I will continue to use Brian as often as he'll agree to work on my bike. I didn't get any attitude because I don't have a ponytail and beard...I have been riding for 20 years but just never got with the stereotype biker dude look. Didn't matter to him, which is refreshing. Some shops I have been to have made a point of judging me, with my clean-shaven, short haired look, as a Rube wannabe, but neither Brian nor his technical team gave off that vibe. Like I said, refreshing to meet folks who judge people based on their character.

I have heard good things about Elite Speed and Performance through a few acquaintances and decided…read moreto check them out for to get another performance mod installed, which was a flex fuel with e85 tune. After meeting Landon and Mike and having a nice chit chat with them about mods I have already had done to the car, I made known that my goal was to make right at 700 rwhp. I expressed that my thoughts were that I should be able to with no problem after my previous engine internal upgrades, but I fell short and was about to hit 678 rwhp. So coming to them for a a flex fuel install and e85 tune I felt that would get me to my goal. They told me to hold off on wanting to get the flex fuel installed and they can get me to the 700 rwhp I wanted just on pump gas. They said just needed 3 days for tuning and for drivability and reliable testing. After those 3 days and boom! I was about to get me to 735 rwhp. Exceed my expectations. My current tune wasn't bad, but it needed a few tweaks for improvement and ESP was able to do that. Landon and Mike both know these LT engines and knows performance. I will be back to get my headers wrapped to help reduce some of the heat under the hood. And I still might get them to install a flex fuel sensor and tune for e85 to get some more horsepower. Can never get enough horsepower from what I'm told. Lol! Oh, and these guys helped improved my drivability as well. Since the bigger cam upgrade on my '17 Whippled Camaro SS, drivability has been a little "off" but not to an annoyance. ESP has also fixed that. Drives like stock, but when hitting it, it feels like a beast!
