    Slash on tire
    Patrick F.

Buyer beware. On my wife's 3rd ride on her 2011 Fatboy purchased at Classic Iron the back tire flattened on a 6 lane highway. I called CI and they said even though it was within the first 30 days they weren't responsible for it. After getting the bike towed to Richmond Harley they informed me that the tire was 9 years old. Between the tire and damaged wheel I will be hit with a. 1400 dollar repair. In the pictures you see the date on the tire and how tire separates from the wheel. We are lucky my wife (after not riding for 7 years) was able to safely get the bike stopped without going down. I emailed them again but no response. There are plenty of Real dealerships in Virginia. I suggest you go to one that will not put a dangerous bike on the road.

A few minutes and a few papers and it was a painless transaction, far better than any I've ever had at a Harley dealer.

The original service work was good in that all the issues were addressed, though it was in the shop for 3 weeks for it. Decided to go back for my first service (600 mile) and have a new aftermarket part installed (required removing the gas tank) and removing dust filters installed by original selling dealer. Ask that the computer be upgraded to KTM latest firmware for on screen navigation while in the shop. It was there for 2 weeks for this work to be done. Had already performed an oil change ($126 in parts and oil) so I told them not to change the oil given I had already performed it. When I picked up the bike I was charged for oil change even though I told them not to do it. The new bike had a scratch down to the metal on one of the protection bars, mark on the front fender, and scratch on the color instrument screen. They would only acknowledge the scratch on the bars and said they didn't do the other damage. On top, my bike had 50 more miles on the odometer when I picked it up. Bad overall experience and advise others to look elsewhere for KTM service.

The "check engine" light went on and the brakes seems squishy now. Freddy would not even discuss taking it back within hours of the purchase. He sold the car to us dirty. There is a small spot/crack on the driver side windshield which he said he didn't see but we can see there was an attempt to repair it. When I tried to discuss all this calmly with Freddy he accused me of not "liking" him because of his accent. I couldn't understand him when I was asking for his email; he kept saying it too quickly; I asked him to repeat it. He summarily accused me of bigotry for asking him to repeat it. Nothing could be further from the truth. Feddy was chatting a lot and told my son that he'd been an immigrant "without papers" BEFORE we even purchased the CRV. I am a language arts and ESL tutor for mostly children of immigrants. I deeply resent being accused of bigotry. I asked by phone, text and email to hear back from the owner of the dealership 6 days ago and we have heard nothing. I feel badly for my 21-year old son who has had three emergency surgeries on his lungs this month. He missed a lot of work, is worried about money, and now he's driving to work from Arlington to Chantilly with a "check engine" light on.

!!!!!!WARNING CROOKED DEALER AHEAD!!!!!! !!!!!!!DO NOT BUY…read moreHIS CARS!!!!! POS Auto Sales....more like Piece Of Sh!$t Auto Sales.. Ryan is the definition of a corrupt and crooked used car dealer. He lies and knowingly tries to deceive innocent customers just trying to get a reliable means of transportation. Like most people during COVID who are out of work, money is tight. Just a few weeks ago we purchased a used car from him. He told us as well as advertised that the car runs good, and that it was in very excellent condition. And that there were no major problems to worry about. THIS WAS NOT TRUE!!!! Ryan has a few deceptive practices that he uses to lure and con customers into corners and trick them into his scheme. 1: He demands Cash ONLY. And won't start the paperwork until the cash is in his hand. Listen close cause this is were he gets you. 2: He tricks innocent car buys into signing an Odometer Disclosure Statement. Reading the odometer amount is in excess of its mechanical limits. A DMV employee told me this is consistent with someone removing and replacing the entire Odometer. This means his Odometer reading that he displays on his ads may not be fully genuine mileage. 3: But even if u caught it...its to late now for u to change your mind because he already has your money in his hand. 4: He advertises that a State inspection is completed. Be fails to let u know ur responsible for the Emission inspection. And our newly passed "state inspection" vehicle couldn't pass an emission test. 5: He has u sign :As-IS Sold without warranty" document. Knowing that your car probably will have some issues as soon as u leave the hotel. He's got u now. So i took it to mechanic and they told us there was so many issues. Such as no oil in the vehicle, leaking oil, and the entire engine was bad. The mechanic also said someone had unplugged things in the engine compartment and thats somethings weren't being read properly. He informed me that the entire engine would need to be replaced if it was to pass a state emissions test. It took the mechanic 3 days to work on it. I was perplexed on how the car even passed a State Inspection. He probably lied about that too. 6: Lastly to keep this whole scheme going and to prevent any bad reviews from reaching his next victims. This dealer takes advantage of Facebook's review policy. Where they do not publish buyers reviews until after the Seller (Ryan) does his review on them. So by him never reviewing his customers there negative experiences involving him are never publish publicly.

Ed increased the price after my bike was in the shop after we agreed on price. I came in for a valve check or possible adjustment after getting multiple price costs from other shops. Other shops told me about the same prices Ed told me at around 3 hours of labor for check and extra hour added for adjustment. Me and Ed agreed to 3 hours labor. I took my motorcycle all the way down about 40 miles to his shop. Two days later he called me and told me it was 6 hours of labor instead of the 3 hours labor we agreed on. He said because they guy took a longer time to get to the valves. (Ummm ok, Everyone quotes this at about 3 hours labor, it is not my fault the guy took twice as long to do it). After coming down to pick up my bike, i told him i was unhappy that he doubled the cost after we agreed on price , and also he never called to tell me it would be more and ask. He said he will work with me and take off ONLY ONE HOUR LABOR LOL. So he added on 2 hours labor for no reason and didn't ask me and told me he's "working with me" to reduce costs lol. I should have gone to the other bike shops. I will never return. On top of that, i made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to drop it off on a certain day so that i had transportation to pick it up the next day. The next day i was in route to pick it up and they said it wouldn't be ready that day. (So what was the point of me scheduling 3 weeks in advance?! LOL). It was a big burden on my and my schedule to pick up the following day. ON TOP OF THAT, after i got my bike home and parked it i noticed a screw jammed completely into my rear tire. It wasn't there before taking to his shop, i know because i worked on it a few days prior and haven't driven except to she shop since. Its highly unlikely i got a screw in the tire from the highway driving there and back, more likely it was a screw laying on the floor of his shop. OFCOURSE he didn't take responsibility and instead blamed it on the highway home. Save yourself the headache. He will bait you in with one price, then change it without telling you to put more of your hard earned cash into his pocket. It is unjust. Turned 3 hours of labor into 6 lol.
