Being new to the area and recently purchasing a GSA out of the area, I needed a dealer for parts &…read moreaccessory support. I attempted to use a slightly closer dealer in MD, but many of their prices were over MSRP on parts. Morton's is a slightly longer drive, but the good service and friendly staff make it worth it for me. It's a nice experience to walk into a new dealer and get a warm welcome, and Morton's provided that. The staff knows their bikes and even through advice my way; It's saved me multiple trips. They keep a pretty good selection of parts and accessories in stock, which is nice because I love seeing and touching accessories before I spend the money on them. Their prices are always better than the other dealers I've visited in the DC area, and many of the items have been cheaper prices than I've found online. As an added bonus, they offer a slight discount to uniformed service members; this is greatly appreciated! Thank you, Morton's. Check out signing up for their email newsletter's which include events and even training seminars.

They do pick up and delivery in the off season and they seem more personable and patient than bigger dealers I have tried to do business with in the past. The original service work was good in that all the issues were addressed, though it was in the shop for 3 weeks for it. Decided to go back for my first service (600 mile) and have a new aftermarket part installed (required removing the gas tank) and removing dust filters installed by original selling dealer. Ask that the computer be upgraded to KTM latest firmware for on screen navigation while in the shop. It was there for 2 weeks for this work to be done. Had already performed an oil change ($126 in parts and oil) so I told them not to change the oil given I had already performed it. When I picked up the bike I was charged for oil change even though I told them not to do it. The new bike had a scratch down to the metal on one of the protection bars, mark on the front fender, and scratch on the color instrument screen. They would only acknowledge the scratch on the bars and said they didn't do the other damage. On top, my bike had 50 more miles on the odometer when I picked it up. Bad overall experience and advise others to look elsewhere for KTM service.

Indian Motorcycle of Fredericksburg - 2022 scout rogue

I went down to Indian of Fredericksburg and got more than I bargained for. I've been riding sports…read morebikes for more than 30 years and figured it was time to get a cruiser. I was looking for a 2018 Indian Scout 60 and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by one of their topnotch salesman Quincy who was both chill and mellow and was focused on what he could do for me. I met the owner Frank who was mad cool and a fellow vet such as myself. I told Quincy that I was interested in a Indian Scout 60 and wanted to ride one so they pulled one out for me to test ride but they also had a 2017 Scout sitting outside waiting for a new owner to buy. Brandon and David were two of the guys from the service dept. who were part of the process and were very professional (like Frank and Quincy) and they brought out the 60 for me to take on a test ride. However, the 2017 was the same color (Black) which I was looking for and it had that throaty sound I was looking for based on the upgrade from the previous owner. I decided to go with the 2017 Scout versus the 2018 Scout 60 because of the increase in power and that's what I needed. Brandon took me on a 2-4 mile test ride and it ROCKED! The bike is boss and the test track will allow you to stretch the bikes out. They have curves, straight ways, hills....you name it and you will be able to fully feel these great AWESOME Indian bikes. Once we got back to the dealership there was no doubt that I was riding on my bike. The OTD price was already great but Frank sweetened the deal by lowering the price a little more for me and I couldn't have been more happier.....this is a GREAT guy who has a passion for bikes and bikers and IMO he wants to put everyone on an Indian and I'm proud to be part of the Indian family. Both Wendy and Jelly took care of me at the customer service center and after making my down payment, I will be taking receipt of my Scout within the week once they are done prepping the bike and adding my upgrades. I'm not a Harley "hater" but save yourselves a few thousand (which can be used for upgrades) and go buy yourselves an Indian or at least go to Indian of Fredericksburg and look at some of these great bikes.....THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL and kick massive butt! I look forward to upgrading next year to one of the bigger cruisers and was tempted to do so today but I have some more financial obligations at the moment. Go down to Indian of Fredericksburg NOW and get one or maybe two of these beautiful bikes.....you will not regret it and you will be happy that you did.....the Indian brand is just as good if not better than Harley and just because the price range is lower does NOT mean you are getting a substandard bike, it means that Indian wants to make and sell an affordable bike that the EVERYDAY hard working man/woman can afford....Indian is all about sharing the love and expanding the biking community to everyone......ride on and ride safe........Brooklyn Jay!

The "check engine" light went on and the brakes seems squishy now. Freddy would not even discuss taking it back within hours of the purchase. He sold the car to us dirty. There is a small spot/crack on the driver side windshield which he said he didn't see but we can see there was an attempt to repair it. When I tried to discuss all this calmly with Freddy he accused me of not "liking" him because of his accent. I couldn't understand him when I was asking for his email; he kept saying it too quickly; I asked him to repeat it. He summarily accused me of bigotry for asking him to repeat it. Nothing could be further from the truth. Feddy was chatting a lot and told my son that he'd been an immigrant "without papers" BEFORE we even purchased the CRV. I am a language arts and ESL tutor for mostly children of immigrants. I deeply resent being accused of bigotry. I asked by phone, text and email to hear back from the owner of the dealership 6 days ago and we have heard nothing. I feel badly for my 21-year old son who has had three emergency surgeries on his lungs this month. I contacted a couple local dealerships to ask about the availability in mid-February, since I knew the supply would be limited once the bike was released. John emailed me right away when one hit the showroom floor, so I traveled down to check it out. I immediately turned around as soon as I stepped foot in the building, as so many of the staff members and customers were not wearing any masks or had them tucked under their chins. (Again, this was in mid-February 2021, before the majority of people had access to a vaccine.) However, we had our N95s, so we decided to try to keep away from other customers and ask any employees who would be working with us to mask up. Thankfully, John put on his mask when we reentered, so we met with him. Originally, I thought I wanted the black Rebel, but the one they had in their showroom was already sold, so I took a look at the available red one. The deep merlot color really started to grow on me the longer I looked at it, so I checked out all the aspects of the bike. Since it was such a new model, everyone was learning about its features together, including the phone charging port under the seat. As I had not planned to buy the bike that day, I had to go home to get my checkbook after putting down a deposit. (They don't have options for credit or digital transactions if you aren't financing your purchase. It's cash or check.) However, they did a great job of getting the bike prepped in the meantime so we could take it home. I was also able to pre-order accessories, like heated grips and a front fairing. (The fairing is still on back order, but I know there are supply issues throughout the country right now.) I'm really thankful to John for letting me know about the bike as soon as it was available and being respectful about wearing his mask around us. It would be great if additional payment forms were available when paying outright, but I know many people typically finance. It's a nice showroom floor and they seemed to be very knowledgeable about all the items they sell.
