Shortly after buying the vehicle, I had to pay out of pocket for a replacement/programmed key, and diagnostics later identified an engine misfire (P0300), wheel bearing concerns, and brake/rotor issues. Before purchasing, I raised concerns about warning lights and visible damage on the vehicle and was told the issues were minor or cosmetic. I was also told the vehicle was good to drive. After contacting the dealership about the issues, I was initially told in writing that I could bring the vehicle back and unwind the deal. However, the dealership later refused and stated the vehicle was sold as-is. I attempted multiple times to resolve the matter professionally and have since filed complaints with the Virginia DMV and BBB. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership have the vehicle independently inspected before buying.

After Audi of Bethesda Dealership did a $900 diagnostic because it's a Audi hybrid I was told the engine would have to be taken out and the timing chain would need to be replaced which is a $9000 repair. The warranty I bought through my credit union would not repair because I only had the car for a few days and it didn't have at least 500 miles on it. Resultingly the credit union returned my $3000 I paid for the warranty. I reached out to Marcos and wanted to return the car to but he would not take it back. I guess that what I get for paying for the car outright. Marcos owns an electric car which he mentioned to me and that he is saavy with reprogramming computers in cars. Thus, I believe he tinkered with this vehicle computer to get it sold before the engine light came on. Marco referred me to an "Audi Specialist" in Manassas who gave me false information about the car but not before he sqeezed me out of $1200 in repairs. He claimed he fixed the problem and turned off the check engine light so I could drive it the 500 miles for a warranty to fix the problem. BIG FAT LIE!!! Once I got a warranty with Car Shield and the 500 or so miles, I took it to the dealer again and got the same diagnostic. I contacted Car Shield after I put it back in Audi of Arlington and they came in with a forensic engine specialist that put cameras through the engine to prove they were not responsible for the issue. According to the computer it was able to provide a freeze frame of the actual time and date of the original check engine light after I got the car and of course it was before Car Shield warranty was obtained. I was stuck with a car that needed fixing so I took it to another Audi repair shop in Pasadena, Md that offered to fix it for $3600. That did not happen!! He made so many excuses such as my dog died, Covid issues, parts stuck on ships in the ocean from Germany, blah blah blah. The car left his shop worse than it came in. I don't know where to start. Reached out to VIP Auto and was greeted by Mallie. He's not a bad guy;…read morehowever, the vehicle I received was in horrible condition. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and had a mobile pre-inspection done. I'll get to that later. If I had flown to VA, I would have saved myself the headache and the tens of thousands in negative equity. There were many scratches, dents, and touch-up paint all over the vehicle ($2,000). Cheap aftermarket AMG replica rims with snow tires ($3,500). Lower center chrome trim damaged ($250), driver headlight cracked. The interior was also in terrible shape. Cigarette burn in the headliner, missing rear console door ($185), overly discolored leather seats, rips in the leather, and if there is a clip to hold something together, it was either broken or missing. Two main clips that were broken and missing held the chrome strips on the door handles ($740), a car that is supposed to be quiet was filled with rattling noise when driving. After 3 months with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Hooked it up to the computer; 3 cylinders are misfiring ($1,000 in parts, work done myself). The dealer wanted to charge $4,000. Rear window stopped working ($385). The mobile mechanic stated that the brakes were in excellent condition; however, they were as thin as a sheet of paper and squealed even when the transporter was backing the vehicle from the truck ($1,500). After five months, a significant leak occurred from one of the coolant reservoirs. I didn't know how much that cost because I had to sell the vehicle after having it for 6 months and driving less than 2k miles. My total was $46,560, and I sold it for $27,500 because it was in such poor condition. Almost $20k in negative equity makes me want to vomit! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Mr. Mallie had answered my email in a timely manner and scheduled my test drive within the same week. The staff their was so nice offering to valet my car or if I wanted something to drink like water or Gatorade. The lot had so many amazing brand cares with low mileage I was in disbelief. The 2009 BMW 335i I test drove was in great shape with only 72k miles on there. I loved my experience so much I bought the car the same day. Mr. Mallie made the process very smooth and I even had them do my tag and title! 10 out of 10 would recommend this dealership! Reasonable price and great service!!
