Shortly after buying the vehicle, I had to pay out of pocket for a replacement/programmed key, and diagnostics later identified an engine misfire (P0300), wheel bearing concerns, and brake/rotor issues. Before purchasing, I raised concerns about warning lights and visible damage on the vehicle and was told the issues were minor or cosmetic. I was also told the vehicle was good to drive. After contacting the dealership about the issues, I was initially told in writing that I could bring the vehicle back and unwind the deal. However, the dealership later refused and stated the vehicle was sold as-is. I attempted multiple times to resolve the matter professionally and have since filed complaints with the Virginia DMV and BBB. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership have the vehicle independently inspected before buying.

After Audi of Bethesda Dealership did a $900 diagnostic because it's a Audi hybrid I was told the engine would have to be taken out and the timing chain would need to be replaced which is a $9000 repair. The warranty I bought through my credit union would not repair because I only had the car for a few days and it didn't have at least 500 miles on it. Resultingly the credit union returned my $3000 I paid for the warranty. I reached out to Marcos and wanted to return the car to but he would not take it back. I guess that what I get for paying for the car outright. Marcos owns an electric car which he mentioned to me and that he is saavy with reprogramming computers in cars. Thus, I believe he tinkered with this vehicle computer to get it sold before the engine light came on. Marco referred me to an "Audi Specialist" in Manassas who gave me false information about the car but not before he sqeezed me out of $1200 in repairs. He claimed he fixed the problem and turned off the check engine light so I could drive it the 500 miles for a warranty to fix the problem. BIG FAT LIE!!! Once I got a warranty with Car Shield and the 500 or so miles, I took it to the dealer again and got the same diagnostic. I contacted Car Shield after I put it back in Audi of Arlington and they came in with a forensic engine specialist that put cameras through the engine to prove they were not responsible for the issue. According to the computer it was able to provide a freeze frame of the actual time and date of the original check engine light after I got the car and of course it was before Car Shield warranty was obtained. I was stuck with a car that needed fixing so I took it to another Audi repair shop in Pasadena, Md that offered to fix it for $3600. That did not happen!! He made so many excuses such as my dog died, Covid issues, parts stuck on ships in the ocean from Germany, blah blah blah. The car left his shop worse than it came in. I…read morepurchased a vehicle for my daughter - I was given a VA inspection certificate that passed everything. We then noticed the battery light on and a notification on the vehicle screen that battery power is low. Sean told me it was no big deal and he would send me "a $5 dollar part" (harness) that the mechanic broke when changing the battery. We've never received it and after much back and forth and empty promises of sending the part he told my husband to quit contacting him. The battery is also the wrong size and we're having to replace that as well ourselves. When we brought the vehicle home my husband immediately noticed the tires were dry rotted. Sean and his uncle the owner promised to send us a check to pay for new tires, then rebuffed, and then blamed the inspection site and forced us to deal with them to get proper tires. We ended up getting new tires on our own because we were afraid they would not put decent tires on it after all the issues we've had. Bottom line is the car shouldn't have passed inspection whatsoever. There's some shady relationships with this dealership and the local inspection stations. We have also contacted the VA state police who told us they had this business and others along this highway in Stafford on their radar. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

They lie about the vehicles, print the "car fax" and one rep will tel you everything and after you apply you won't be able to reach him again and the information from there will be completely different.
