Wow, looking at the other reviews, seems like others didn't have a good experience...I don't think…read morepeople understand that they're buying a USED car. It is not supposed to be in PRISTINE condition. If you want Pristine, then buy a NEW vehicle, then watch it depreciate as soon as you drive it off the lot. Used cars dealerships don't make much of a spread as you think. Lets say they buy a vehicle from an auto auction for 1k, put 1k in repairs in & then sell for 3-4k. Do you really get mad? It's a business & businesses need to make some profit. Anyways, bought a used Porsche here and had a very pleasant experience w/ Moh. He was able to show me the car and get it ready for me to test drive quickly. After purchasing it, he even got it detailed for me to take home. Management is super nice & professional as well. Paperwork was a breeze. One minor thing is that there's no parking in the lot, but I'm sure it was just bad timing. When I'm in the market for another used vehicle, I'll take a look @ Lucky Line first.

They kept saying it was sold "minutes before", but if they were just waiting on insurance that is clearly not the case. They didn't bother to call, and every sales person was rude the instant they were aware that they weren't going to sell a car that day. Scummy business practices. The reviews speak for themselves. Not worth your time.

Great first experience with Carmax. We found exactly the car we wanted online (but out of state)…read moreand carmax shipped it here for a test drive with no obligation. The car arrived in a matter of days and we were on our test drive less than 20 minutes after arriving at Carmax. Thank you to our salesman, Russell Killcrece, who had us out the door in our new car that day without any high pressure sales tactics. He made recommendations based on our actual needs and gave good advice, I would certainly send family members to see him. We also did a trade in and had an online quote for the trade in before we arrived at the dealership. Nobody asked for my keys before we did a test drive and decided that we were going to buy. When we made our decision they did a quick inspection and ended up giving us more for our trade in than the online quote.

Paint color on the passenger's side from the front to the quarter panel in the back is a different color from the rest of the car. Furthermore, on closer inspection at a body shop, there is a dent remaining and dirt in the paint scattered throughout the passenger's side. I contacted Carmax sales representative- Scott Snead and he told a service worker to tell me that the passenger's side including the dent and the dirt in the paint were up to CarMax's standards. Apparently, CarMax's "standards" are like having no standards at all. The passenger's rear tire was also leaking from its patch that CarMax had put on there so it's obvious now that damage occurred on the passenger's side that was undisclosed to me during the sale.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. Not only did they misrepresent their advertising,…read morebut they were also condescending in tone and assumed I was the customer instead of the woman who spoke to Dale on the phone. If you want to experience the worst car-buying experience, look no further than Koons Automotive of Fredericksburg. My friend was trying to sell a 2011 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid, and the dealership had offered $4,000 over KBB (Kelley Blue Book) value. When she spoke to Dale earlier that day, he confirmed that the deal was legitimate. After driving over 40 miles during rush hour traffic, we arrived at a location that resembled a backyard auto auction, with a limited supply of vehicles. The salespeople reminded me of vultures, hovering and waiting to swoop in for their next prey. As we entered the building filled with loud music, the open spaces with makeshift folding tables and partitions gave off a shady vibe. Steven greeted us and kept insisting that he liked to "shoot straight," which is a classic red flag indicating the opposite. He claimed he was unaware of the $4,000 over KBB promotion, and after my insistence, he finally called Dale over. Dale instinctively approached me, seeming to imply that I was not the primary customer, and then acknowledged the deal he had mentioned on the phone. The issue was that he changed the terms of the deal, stating that the $4,000 over KBB only applied to cars traded in towards a purchase. This is a classic example of bait and switch, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a quality deal and trustworthy salesperson to beware.

I live in Ohio but had been searching for a specific-option Mercedes GL SUV for a couple months…read more VIP Auto had an ad on eBay and I called with a number of questions. Hamid sent me all details on the vehicle then went out of his way to meet me early one morning in Northern Virginia to show me the truck before I hopped on a flight out of DCA. The SUV was exactly what I was looking for and exactly as it was described. Hamid then spent a week taking it to a local Mercedes dealer for me and having some maintenance and other items taken care of before my family and I flew back two weeks later to pick it up, have it for vacation driving, and then drive back to Ohio. Paying almost $50k for a luxury SUV from out of state was concerning, but VIP Auto was excellent with communication, paperwork, and scheduling. Hamid is very professional and came through on everything, far exceeding our expectations. I would most certainly buy another car from VIP Auto again or recommend them to friends. Even for buying out of state, the description and pics of the vehicle were fully accurate and Hamid answered all questions I had (and I had a lot!).

I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and had a mobile pre-inspection done. I'll get to that later. If I had flown to VA, I would have saved myself the headache and the tens of thousands in negative equity. There were many scratches, dents, and touch-up paint all over the vehicle ($2,000). Cheap aftermarket AMG replica rims with snow tires ($3,500). Lower center chrome trim damaged ($250), driver headlight cracked. The interior was also in terrible shape. Cigarette burn in the headliner, missing rear console door ($185), overly discolored leather seats, rips in the leather, and if there is a clip to hold something together, it was either broken or missing. Two main clips that were broken and missing held the chrome strips on the door handles ($740), a car that is supposed to be quiet was filled with rattling noise when driving. After 3 months with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Hooked it up to the computer; 3 cylinders are misfiring ($1,000 in parts, work done myself). The dealer wanted to charge $4,000. Rear window stopped working ($385). The mobile mechanic stated that the brakes were in excellent condition; however, they were as thin as a sheet of paper and squealed even when the transporter was backing the vehicle from the truck ($1,500). After five months, a significant leak occurred from one of the coolant reservoirs. I didn't know how much that cost because I had to sell the vehicle after having it for 6 months and driving less than 2k miles. My total was $46,560, and I sold it for $27,500 because it was in such poor condition. Almost $20k in negative equity makes me want to vomit! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
