Their prices look decent at first, but once you sit down, they hit you with ridiculously high processing fees that make the deal way worse than advertised. They don't negotiate, they don't try to work with you, they hide behind "policy" instead of offering real customer service. A car that's been sitting on their lot for over a month is somehow considered "new inventory" to them, and they refuse to adjust the price. The whole place feels like they care more about squeezing every dollar out of you than actually selling cars. Suppose you're looking for fair pricing and transparency. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Prior experience buying a car was a nightmare at a different dealer, had low expectations going in ,but I was pleasantly surprised. Paperwork took 15 minutes, smooth for the most part.Thanks Austin So far very happy with the decision to go here. Fees were a little high but we were able to close the deal. Will was very accommodating in closing the deal, I appreciate everything. Fam is super stoked on the new addition . Glad I didnt read the reviews before I came not sure I would have but this was a positive experience.

    Conartist, Criminals and Theives | Sold A Lemon | Champs Auto Sales located at 125 Falls Run Dr…read more Fredericksburg, VA My wife and I purchased a Lemon (vehicle) at Champs Auto located at 125 Falls Run Dr. Fredericksburg, VA. With shroud and unprofessional business practices this dealership takes advantage of unsuspecting customers and misleads financial institutions with falsified applications and documentation. On Saturday night on September 24, 2016, I visited Champs Auto located at 125 Falls Run Dr. Fredericksburg, VA.  Owner and sales person, Mike presented me with a 2004 Chevy Suburban and informed me that the vehicle was Car Fax certified and mechanically flawless and in perfect driving condition. I trusted the sales men, and put down a $1000 payment, and signed the application. My wife and I was informed by Mike, Gino (Owner) and Yasine (Finance) assured us that if my wife and I incurred any problems with the vehicle that we could bring the vehicle back. The sales men walked us out to the vehicle, and my wife and I drove the vehicle home. On Sunday September 25, 2016, Upon starting the vehicle, I heard at humping coming initially from the glove compartment box. I exited the vehicle and heard thumping from under the hood of the vehicle. I could not located the origin of the noise.  My wife and I decided to thoroughly inspect the vehicle since we initially purchased this vehicle late at night. Upon inspection, we noticed the interior dashboard lights flickering and speedometer was malfunctioning. We also noted the air-conditioning and heating unit did not work accordingly.  The other major discovery, was the discoloration of the front grill and bumper. We further discovered a broken third row seat, and ceiling interior headlining falling apart. From past experience with vehicles , the totality of these issues led us to believe that we were lied too, taken advantage of and in fact sold a lemon, more specifically a vehicle with electrical problems, engine failure, and possibly in a collusion.  We documented our findings, and called Yasine and Gino to inform them of the issues, and that we will be returning the vehicle and that we wanted our money back. On Monday September 26, 2016, My wife and I delivered the Suburban to Champs Auto Sales and I was met by Yassin and Gino. Yassin and Gino again, reassured my wife and I that we made a good decision and the issues regarding the truck where minor, and they would fix the issues. Gino instructed a Champs auto mechanic to accompany my wife and I to the vehicle so that the mechanic can document all of the issues and all of the issues will be mitigated. The Champs mechanic documented all of the mechanical issues we pointed out, and issues that he discovered. My wife and I left the vehicle with Champs Auto and we were informed that the vehicle would be ready to be picked up on Friday. On Saturday October 1, 2016 My wife and visited Champs Auto Sales to verify if the mechanical issues where mitigated. I asked to speak with Yassin and Gino. I was informed by Gino that Yasine was fired for theft.  I asked Britany was this true, and she said yes. This information concerned my wife and I.  I asked Britany, can you please give my wife and I a copy of our paperwork because Yassin did not provide us with paperwork. We spoke with Brittany (Administrative) and Cody (Mechanic), and we were informed by Cody, that he did not receive the list to fix the vehicle from the initial mechanic who documented the issues, however he fixed issues that he discovered doing his inspection. After this conversation with Cody the mechanic, and receiving a copy of our paperwork and noticing falsified documents, I notified Gino of these issues. Gino informed me that he was going to cancel the deal. I asked Gino do I need to sign any documentation, he informed me that I do not, and that he was going to shred the contract. I asked Gino, when should I expect my refund on my deposit. Gino informed me that he needed to calculated the cancelation fees and that I would be mailed the remaining balance. I noted, the posted cancelation fees were posted $99, and that I should receive the balance. Gino, informed me that he will mail my check as soon as he calculates those fees. I informed Gino, that he canceled the vehicle, and that I was entitled to my entire $1000. On October 4, 2016, I received text messages from Tee (Text Messages are in Blue) of Champs Auto Sales, informing me that Champs Auto was already paid for the deal, and that the owner was willing to pay my first month car note, plus give me $300 dollars towards mechanical repairs. I declined the offer, and inquired about the return of my down payment, and indicated the deal was canceled. I was sent a text message picture indicating Champ Auto Sales Policy. I stated, my refund was noted by Gino, and if not honored I was going to notify Lake View as well as my Lawyers.

I was able to get done with the help of my mom but for the price and as well as the deal on this vehicle and great warranty and as well as shipping and all to me! =). If you do get a car through them please do go to chis and diana as they will go hard to bat for you to get into a car and do their best for you! i promise you wont regret it at all! =) thank you guys!
