How would that all work? And, what would be their level of Service after the sale, I.e. Tags & Title? In a Nutshell: You Should Definitely Visit SRT Auto Sales if You're in the market for a pre-owned car. They have a wide variety of cars and trucks to choose from, all VA Inspected, and come with a Free Carfax report, which goes a long way toward answering questions about how well the car was maintained in its previous life. And, be sure to seek out Sales Representative George Fallin! Here are just a couple of reasons why, based on my journey in finding a well-maintained pre-owned Van to fulfill my specific needs. SRT Auto Sales offers a Free Third Party Warranty for Ninety (90) Days or Three Thousand (3,000) miles, whichever comes first, just a little more peace of mind. Lastly, their service after the sale, 21days after purchasing the van I received a call from SRT Auto Sales, tag and title department, letting me know that my MD tags had arrived and that they were mailing them out that day, with overnight delivery. We probably could've been in and out of there in 15 to 20 minutes, But we were there for about 45 minutes because we enjoyed talking and hanging out. In May of this year…read more(2022) , I witnessed them sell a car they claimed to be in good operating condition to a older woman with disabilities knowing full well it had major engine issues. Within less than 2 weeks, the car completely stopped running. Even though I heard them with my own ears tell her to bring it back if something happened in the first month and they would make it right. They are refusing to help her and denying any responsibility. They reported cosmetic damage due to a previous wreck. What they did not share or disclose on the auto check report was the unibody damage or the bad vehicle timing cam actuator. They had their mechanic look at it but that was not in the auto check report. We found the parts in the truck from their attempt to get the car running. Run away from these guys unless you Have money for a lawyer. There is not an honest one in the bunch. What kind of person cheats a person with disabilities?

And Barry at the front desk was really helpful. He made sure I was happy with the product before I left and both he and the installer reminded me to register the seat leather for warranty.
