Emailed the business and was immediately contacted back. Since it was the day before Thanksgiving I advised the salesman Mac that I would be by to take a look on "Black Friday". Mac greeted me and was hands down the easiest salesperson I've ever dealt with. I do not like being pressured, walked with, make deals on the fly. I like to look, test drive and feel the vehicle to see if I actually like it. I explained this to Mac and he was completely understanding of how I felt. I left Bayside to go to Fredericksburg and looked at about 6 different dealerships. Each one tried a tactic and tried to pressure me into a vehicle before I got feeling if I liked it. Multiple dealerships actually talked negatively of other dealerships. I'm not a fan of that since I know multiple sales people bounce from dealership to dealership. Not only that. The quality of vehicles they had where not up to "resale" standards. Saturday morning I called Mac and advised him I was on my way. Upon arrival and speaking with Mac. I stated I was not happy with the price I was given. He spoke to his supervisor "Chris" and came back with the number I was looking for. Hands down Mac and Chris made this the easiest purchase over all. I am very happy with Bayside and not sure why there's negative reviews on here about them but they will definitely get my business again in the future.

After driving home and pulling into my driveway, I discovered as I was exiting my vehicle that the driver's side door panel was loose and the door locking mechanism had been broken and ripped off. This damage was not present when I dropped off my vehicle for service. I immediately contacted the dealership and reported the issue to Troy at the Service Department front desk, who escalated the matter to the Service Department supervisor, Afton (as I was told). What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth discussion regarding responsibility for the damage. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or working toward a resolution, I was ultimately told that the damage was already present when I brought the vehicle in and that multiple employees had supposedly observed it in that condition. This statement is completely false. The door panel and locking mechanism were not damaged when I delivered my vehicle for service. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that my family and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years purchasing Dodge vehicles and supporting the brand. To be treated this way, have my concerns dismissed, and be accused of misrepresenting the facts is unacceptable. The problem is not only the damage itself but also the lack of accountability and customer service shown by the dealership. When customers trust a service department with their vehicle, they expect honesty, professionalism, and a willingness to make things right when concerns arise. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than being told something was damaged beforehand when it was not. I am deeply disappointed by how this matter was handled and believe Dodge should be ashamed of how a long-time customer was treated.

The dishonesty, excuses, and lack of customer service are absolutely unacceptable! Our son's F-150 has been sitting there for FOUR WEEKS without a single repair completed! It needs a transmission rebuild under warranty, yet we keep getting conflicting stories about whether the parts have even arrived. According to our Ford app, the truck hasn't even moved! The truck has also experienced extreme fuel consumption since Bayside replaced its engine under warranty. They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue, yet I demonstrated it within minutes while driving with their technician. We waited over 3 1/2 weeks just for a rental vehicle! While there, I overheard another customer complaining that he had marked his tires before a scheduled rotation and discovered they hadn't been rotated despite being told otherwise. Meanwhile, Bayside continues shamefully sending us advertisements for new vehicles, apparently hoping we'll buy a new one and simply give up on getting the one we already own repaired under warranty! What happened to this dealership? We no longer trust their service department and are extremely disappointed after years of loyalty. BEWARE! Think twice before taking your vehicle to Bayside Ford, especially for warranty repairs.
