The person I spoke with was disrespectful and gave me an attitude and told me my dog was barely being bathed after 4 hrs of being there!!!! My poor senior dog was sitting inside a small kennel for HOURS without water and NEGLECTED. They never even bothered to give us any updates and they don't bother to make sure my dog was okay. I really appreciated the time Dawn took to explain how they do things at Heavenly Paws and especially the best day to bring in my anxious puppy. It was my puppy's first time there, and she was in desperate need of nail trimming. My puppy was welcomed enthusiastically by the entire staff. I have been having my two dogs groomed at Heavenly Paws for almost a year now and I have been happy with the care they take of my babies however, I question the free grooming card? I was given 1 card for 2 dogs and only get 1 stamp when we come in? When I questioned the girl out front with an attitude she said "Nice try?!" If I bring the dogs in separately I get credit for 2! I have a difficult cat who always comes in very nervous but they take care of her so well. Britney, the owner, is wonderful and is so good with all the animals. I brought my dog in this morning. I received a wonderful and warm welcome from Olive. Before they took care of my dig, they checked to makesure they knew what I was looking for, told me prices first, gave me a time frame ( which was spot on- no pun intended) and let me know about specials. What really impressed me though was how wonderful and loving they were to my dog. They actually talked to her, called her by name, and treated her like she was apart of their family. My poor poodle bijon has been ignored since COVID in March. She was not her 100% because shebwas uncomfortable. She looked like a Hungarian Sheepdog. I seriously thought we were going to get her back looking like a rat. These amazing ladies were able to save her ears and tail. All she got was a short summer cut. I definitely recommend this place!! My long-haired kitty was an absolute mess when I brought her in. And when I picked her up she was shiny and soft and lovely! They even trimmed up her paws which a lot groomers miss on cats. Her little mittens are perfectly round now! They put two little bows on her which was precious. Thank you Sabrina for giving our sweet little girl her lion cut. She's all ready for summer and she's gonna be perfectly comfortable, instead of suffering under all that fluff. Sabrina has groomed our very fluffy cat two summers in a row, and she's done such a great job. No nicks or cuts, just a nice, clean lion cut. The second time around, we asked for her mane to be a little shorter to increase her comfort,and of course, it was delivered. Our little girl is so adorable, and she'll be able to get through anther summer feeling nice and cool. Came here twice for grooming and deshedding. I like the bandana they give your pet after being cleaned but I was honestly disappointed at how the deshedding and nail cutting went. Both times my dog was not deshedded, I ended up having to do it all at home myself .. and both times my pups nails were still long and it hurt when my pup jumped on me or other people. Maybe it was just the groomer , idk. But I tried this place twice and both times I was disappointed. read more

I Called to make an appointment on Monday for deshedding and grooming for my Pug and two frenchies and they gave me an appointment the day after! My fur babies were so excited to go in! After three visits here I will absolutely never go back! Visit 1: perfectly acceptable experience. Dog went in happy and came out happy and clean. Cost: $28. Visit 2: different groomer this time. Not as satisfied as the first time but still everything seemed fine. Cost: $28. Visit 3: not sure if this was the same groomer as visit 2. I think it was but she changed her hair color. Anyway, Dodger didn't want to go in and was fussy when I got him back. Cost: $38. When I asked when the cost went up $10 the groomer insisted that I had always paid that much. She looked on her computer and claimed that was what it said. She had my dog so I essentially paid to get him back. Dodger remained fussy for a while and eventually we figured out why. This terrible groomer had left a cotton ball down his ear canal! Take my advice - go elsewhere!!! read more

We took our new dog here for the 1st time and Heavenly Paws exceeded all of our expectation. They were so friendly, informative, and made sure our dog was comfortable while he was in their hands. I have taken my dog here several times and although it's not the best, it was ok. Kept bringing him mainly because it's convenient since it is close to home. The last couple of times have totally been a miss. I have an established groomer but due to them being extremely busy I had to find an alternative for dates our other groomer is not available. The cost is a little much for my small shitzu. This last visit was a couple dollars short of 80 dollars which is a little ridiculous for a semi good grooming.. we did the wash, cut and nail trim. My dog has several uneven hairs on the top part of his body that I had to fix and they totally butchered his head hair which I specifically said to leave alone, I told them to only clean the area around his mouth. Now he looks pretty ridiculous. Anyways, they also gave me a bogus charge for matting which I can guarantee is nonsense since my dog is brushed daily 2 times a day. The other visits were also nothing exciting as he had uneven cuts then too. This will be our last time visiting this grooming location and I feel I have provided more than enough visits to obtain stellar service and unfortunately have received mediocre service. I'm glad others have received good service, but unfortunately that was not the case for us. read more

It's taken me a bit to be able to post this, but in July I had to say good bye to my baby of almost 17 years. The love of my life. Her kidneys were failing and I knew I could not let her suffer. I can not say enough about Tyler, Heavenly Paws and Dr. Greg! They were compassionate, truly caring and very supportive. I knew after meeting with them that I would never take my baby anywhere else. The experience was peaceful and calm. They gave me as much time as I needed throughout the whole process. It takes special people to do what they do and I really can never thank them enough. AMAZING! I posted a picture of my fur-baby, and you can see from the picture that she looks SO CUTE! She's never gotten such a great cut. So they cut hair with scissors, which I guess is hard to find... but I think it's great because then my baby doesn't get so scared from the buzzer. They also use shampoo that smells good, and she doesn't come back smelling like dog. They have a day care and short stay care for dogs and cats. They walk the dogs, let them play with other dogs, and have one on one play time. The people there are really nice and friendly - and I could tell my baby was loved when she was there cause I got her back without a single tear stain - and she's a whiner. read more
