I cannot say enough amazing things about Lorrie's Paw Spa! From the moment I walked in with Chloe and Frankie, I knew this was going to be a different experience from any other grooming place I've been to. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Lorrie herself is an absolute gem--professional, kind, and truly passionate about what she does. Chloe and Frankie both received the best grooming services they've ever had. Lorrie took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted due to my french bulldog being very sensitive to many products and made sure to cater to his specific needs. Not only did they come out looking phenomenal, but they were also happy, relaxed, and completely at ease--a huge difference compared to past experiences elsewhere. The quality of service at Lorrie's Paw Spa is simply above and beyond expectations. The attention to detail, the care she provides, and the overall experience make this the only place I will ever take my dogs to from now on. If you are looking for a groomer who truly treats your pets like her own, Lorrie's Paw Spa is the place to go. Highly recommend! Just look how happy they are after their visit today! read more

We decided to try this place out earlier in the year because it is located next to our wonderful vet, Dr. Stiles. We only wanted a nail trim and Lorrie was able to accommodate us without an appointment. We used to go to Scrubby Puppy's but it has been harder and harder to have our dogs seen. I'm so glad we gave Lorrie's a try. Lorrie's is closer to us and I'm trying to support small businesses in my city. Lorrie's has been open for 15 years! Everyone working here is always so friendly and treats our dogs with care. Both Samson and Keiko's nail looks so good now. We had their nails cut, filed and glands expressed. Highly recommend. read more

Found this wonderful place on Yelp and I absolutely love it here and love the owner and the staff. They truly care for your dog. My two French bulldog will no longer allow us to trim their nails. And I found this place and do such an amazing job. My female French bulldog has IVDD spine disease and I will let them know to be extra cautious. And the team took care of her with cautious and was super amazing. Thank you to Lorrie and her team! read more

Excellent customer service. Walked in for a nail clipping and she had us in and out within 5 minutes. Very friendly environment.

I have been going to Lorrie for grooming for over 20 years. I wouldn't have anyone else groom my babies. The whole group is wonderful and very caring people. My dogs love coming here. Kari Boyer read more

I am very careful about my pets, but I finally took these two wild ones in. Both are nervous with two new people iam too. But Lori is an old soul with an easy laugh. Lori seems to sense the little one does not like to be handled, and she worked quickly and gently. I am very impressed. Lorie expires trust and lasting friendship so glad to find a warm patient groomer. - Paris read more

Lorrie is wonderful. They took such good care of our Aussie. Everyone complimented his coat.

Wonderful! Two small dogs were being groomed. I walked in with my cat who needed nails trimmed. Five minutes later Kitty was happily riding home in the car and able to walk on her paws now that her nails had been trimmed. Way less money than I had been giving the vet. Go here! read more

I usually take my dog to Scrubby Puppy in Upland. However, when I needed to groom my dog at the last minute, because my usual spot was closed. I tried Lorrie's paw spa. I dropped my dog off and got charged 48 dollars for grooming. When I got my dog back, he still smelled bad. It gave me the impression that they just sprayed cologne on him and that was it. Won't be coming back here again. Just can't believe the reviews on this one. read more

This business does a good job on cleaning and grooming my dog Jack. However, the owner wasn't too happy my dog marked his spot on the way into the store. My dog is very strong and I can't control his urges. When I picked him up, the owner was displeased that my dog urinated all over and advised that I should walk him. I told her we do what we can and we also have a doggy door. I'm on the fence whether or not my dog will be back. read more

First time using Lorrie's Paw Spa and they did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to show my dogs they cared and to make them feel comfortable. I wanted to give an updated review for Lorrie's paw spa. I have been coming here for about 8 years. I drive 40 minutes to them because they are that amazing. My dog doesn't let anyone hold him other than my immediate family, but when we get close to Lorries he starts his excited whine and literally leaps out of my arms into their arms. He loves it here & that means the world to me!! Lorrie goes above and beyond on my fur ball. Thank you ladies for taking the best care of my baby & making him so handsome!!! read more

To All of my FACEBOOK FAM and FRIENDS, if you own any Furbaby aka Dog. This is the place to take them, Lories Staff are very Kind To your Pet while Getting them Groomed for you. Come here and if you don't mind waiting you can walk over to Brandon's Diner, walking distance from her shop kill 2 Birds with one stone and your Pet will be happy!!! read more

Lorrie did an amazing job with my cat! The inside of the place is clean and adorable and the staff are super friendly. I'm actually happy my previous groomer left or else I would've never found this kitty haven. We did a bath, a belly shave for shedding purposes and she practically brushed half size of my cat out of her coat. With a one year old whose overly obsessed with his "baby", as he calls the cat, I am so happy there's extremely less amounts of fur floating around for him to ingest. She smells super clean (can we make my toddler smell this way please!) and she is bright white again (ahhh she blends in with my rug now! Thank god she has blue eyes). Overall an amazing job and we will definitely be returning! So sad I didn't try you guys the first time around!! read more

I've been using a mobile groomer for years. I have two mini Australian Labradoodles. Both have been getting groomed about every 4 weeks. I wanted to switch to a grooming shop instead of mobile as the reliability of appointments with a mobile groomer is not too great. I initially called just to find out the cost of grooming, I've been paying about $110 per dog. I was quoted $95 per dog but could be a bit higher based on the condition of the dog. A few days later I called to schedule a grooming appointment for the dogs and again asked the cost question. Again, I was quoted $95 per dog, depending on the condition of the dog. I took the dogs in and picked them up several hours later. Their grooming was fine but was then told it was $140 per dog. I asked why when I was quoted $95 per dog. I was given the "it was only an estimate" and then started to list off all the "things" they had to do to groom the dog (which happen to be the actual job of grooming the dog). I paid, walked out the door and will NEVER go back again. It's very sad the way I was given a bait and switch for dog grooming. Had she said originally it was going to be $110, I would have still gone there to try them. Even if at that point I was told $120 or $125, I would have been okay with that. But to increase the price by 47% from the original quote is OUTRAGEOUS. Too bad for Lorrie, I could have been a regular customer with two dogs a month. Instead, they now have made a few bucks extra and lost a long-term customer. read more

I am SO THANKFUL for Lorrie and her incredible team! I have a rescue poodle mix and he is a handful! He has suffered from major anxiety. My original groomer told me NO, I cannot work with this dog. I was heartbroken. Then I found Lorrie! She talked to me and told me she would work with him and it has been wonderful! I leave my GINO in SAFE and LOVING heart and hands! I KNOW that he is going to be groomed to perfection and my fur-baby is well tended to during the process! I don't know what I would have done had not been for Lorrie demonstrating such a kind heart and compassionate nurturing nature. Now he calls her Auntie! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! I took my dogs for their haircuts and they came back with scabs! And also a SHOCK COLLAR! They obviously forgot to take it off before giving me my dog back. Her business is super clean and adorable. You can tell that all of the employees truly care about animals..they are so loving to our dog. I brought my dog here a couple weeks ago to get my dog groomed, and was not happy at all. I asked for them to mainly clip his nails because I have a 2 year old daughter and sometimes he accidentally scratches her. When I went to pick my dog up, the lady said he wouldn't let her cut his nails? I paid for a service and they didn't even cut his nails. When they called me to tell me he was ready to be picked up, I told them I'm at a doctor appointment and I'll be there as soon as I can. The woman on the phone said "okay, well if you can get here as soon as possible, he is a barker." Like isnt being around dogs your job? I paid $50 for a service that wasn't even done. I definitely won't be bringing my dog back here. Not a fan at all. read more

I Came in with my Wheaton Terrier and explained in detail how I would like my dog's hair groomed. He has the worst haircut I have ever seen. Holes of hair gone in his leg area, completely disconnected hair in areas I asked to be tapered. When I went in to discuss my frustration to Lorri, the one who owns the so called "paw spa", she was the most rude "hairdresser" I have ever met. She argued with me, and told me that she had been listening to the conversation earlier and blatantly called me a liar and threw my money down on the table turned her back and walked back to her station. I wouldn't recommend this "Puppy internment camp" to my worst enemy let alone a friendly pooch... read more

I really wanted to love this place. The first time I took my dog he came out perfectly! AND he was done within 3 hours. I brought him for a second time and advised that I wanted him done in the same cut as before. Sadly, his leg trim is a lot shorter than I wanted. As soon as I paid, the girl "helping" me seemed to brush me off and get annoyed when I asked how he behaved during the time. I'm also disappointed that I had to come home and wash his paws because they were wet and smelled like pee. For $70 and 5 hours spent at the groomers, its not ideal to have to bring my dog back home and rewash him. read more
