Brittany is an amazing groomer. She's been grooming Daisy for 5 plus years, and she always does an amazing job. She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Always paying attention to details! Bring your cat or dog here you will not be disappointed.

I've been bringing my dogs to Heavenly Paws for years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with them. The groomers here are incredibly kind, attentive, and just genuinely cool people who clearly love what they do. Every visit, my dogs come back looking amazing and, more importantly, happy and comfortable. The team really takes the time to get to know each pet's personality and needs, which makes a huge difference--especially if you have a nervous or picky pup. I also appreciate how consistent they are. After so many visits, it's clear they take pride in their work and treat every dog like their own. It's not just a quick in-and-out grooming--it feels like they actually care. If you're looking for a place you can trust long-term, this is it. I highly recommend them!

Brittany did an amazing job as always. She is very good at handling Khloes minor nipping attitude. My dog is always excited walking in. The groomers are very professional and lay back. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a good groomer. Oooh, and don't forget to treat your dog to one of those green mud baths. It makes my Aussie's fur feel super soft. I love it.

Last year in October 2024, I desperately needed to find a groomer for my 10 year old white cat with blue eyes, pink nose & ears, but who is also deaf. Her hair was out of control shedding & the weather was insanely hot up to 113° so getting her bathed & shaved was not just for comfort but a necessity. Her regular groomer retired years ago & it's a BIG challenge to find a groomer who is not just good with cats, but who can handle grouchy older aggressive ones. Took her to Petco but that was a complete bust! They attempted to groom her but managed to only shave her partially, which left my cat looking utterly embarrassing. Thank God for Brittany @ Heavenly Paws!!! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND to do her absolute best to not just try but do what she can to groom a cat. Her patience & kindness is exemplary so that's why I decided to take my fur baby back to her again!

I have a crazy schedule so to find a place that fit my schedule is hard. the original place got my puppy's schedule wrong day and I couldn't make to that schedule. My puppy's nail is really long and I couldn't do it myself and couldn't wait for another week. I called them last minute to check if they could take him. They was able to squeeze him in for a time slot. They seem to know what they need to do to a puppy. The puppy package is totally what I need for my baby. Clean and smell good after the session. Not just that, I'm glad I went to them because their price is definitely cheaper compared to other place I shop around. Will comeback. read more

I recently took my husky pup in because she was losing her winter coat and was dirty! She came from a home where she would run and play on dirt, so she needed the TLC. I am SO GLAD I came here! Paulina did an amazingly great job at getting Lulu groomed, deshedding and making her pretty. She even added cute little gems to make her look like the Husky Princess that she is! You can tell that everyone who works there really has a soft spot for animals and they take great care of them. They give them some love while grooming. This place is amazing! I sent my kitty here for the first time, on my sister's referral. She promised me that they would be gentle with my cat and make sure she is comfortable. Wow! I have a regular groomer for my lovely poodle, but at the time I visited Heavenly Paws she was unable to take care of my baby. I decided to try out a new groomer and it was a huge mistake. They were nice enough when booking, but when I picked up my baby, I asked to see her, customary, or so I've understood over the past 6-years of taking her to be dolled up. I was told that I had to PAY FIRST, and then I'd be able to see my pup. Nevertheless we paid and she was brought out by the groomer looking a mess. Ears uneven, paws red and matted fur. I've never gotten such a horrible groom job and poor customer service, I mean, did they think I would grab my dog and run out?! Either way, it was far too expensive and much more expensive than what was quoted ($65) for a lackluster job, and in a racial climate such as ours today, a word of advice, be careful profiling your customers...they may have a Yelp account. Won't be back. read more

This facility is my go to for my poodle cut!!! I have tried different salons and for some reason they could not seem to cut my standard poodle's hair just right. Heavenly Paws has never failed me. I would highly recommend this facility for all your pets needs. read more

I've been coming to this groomers for about three years now and they always do a great job with my senior dog, I can tell they care about the pets and it shows! They took their time with him and handled his needs which is something I'm always worried about when dropping my dog off at the groomers but these women treat your dogs like their own. I called and was given an appointment the same week I called. During COVID that's been difficult todo. Great customer service, They are just as pleasant in person as they are on the phone! Brittany groomed Popcorn and she came out perfect. I'm not great at knowing the types of cuts to give, but this is the first time that when I said trim her face short, I did not come back to a dog with a complete bald face. Thank you for listening and helping me figure out a good cut. If you look on the website they have different deals each day of the week! They even support or Veterans and law enforcement which although it doesn't apply to me is very important to me! I asked to schedule my next appointment while there and they scheduled me for a Tuesday so I could get that deal. Like I said great customer service! When exiting we were given a thank you card with a discount for my next visit, A puppy goodie bag with treats, and a loyalty card that after 10 visits you get another 10% off of your next visit with them! Absolutely loved the service here! I didn't get the name of the young lady who did such a wonderful job on Lola, but I am so impressed. My dog is 8 months old and very nervous around new people. The groomer was so patient and kind to her. When I picked Lola up, the groomer explained everything that she did and how Lola responded to each service. Customer service was impeccable and the salon was extremely clean. Definitely recommended coming here, the prices were amazing and (as you can see) so is the quality! Went in asked if they did cats. Seen dogs roaming freely. Told them Kody was used to being groomed, but was an indoor cat not good with dogs. They promised me his appointment at 9 a.m. would assure no dogs. Day of appointment at 11a.m. they called me to pick him up dogs everywhere and this is the cut he got. This is such a great groomer! I had trouble with one of my little dogs, Benji. He hated getting his nails trimmed & they were so good with him. He's much better now. They were patient & kind to him & my other little dog, Harry is not as afraid now either. They always have a little area decorated for the season so you can take a photo of them as well. This is the only place I trust to go. My dog has a bit of anxiety and it is hard to find a good place for her, but everyone at this establishment is wonderful to her. I have had many bad experiences in the past, so I thank god I found this place. Never had any kind of issue upon picking her up, and they always let me know she was a pleasure. Let's see.... What can I say about Heavenly Paws? I LOVE THEM!!! I have taken my daughter's dogs to different groomers because I just don't get a 100% good feeling after picking them up. Other places do a good job, but her dogs always seems scared. Especially when it's drop off time. That concerned me. Also, one of her dogs actually bit the groomer, which was a concern to us. Our little Penny had knots all over. (Poodle/Bichon) I seriously expected her to be shaved down all over like other groomers have done. But No, not Brittany. Brittany (groomer) didn't just give up. She saved her head area and made her look adorable. What was very surprising, was that Penny didn't bite, nor did she need a muzzle. She wasn't afraid when I dropped her off, and she was happy and friendly to staff when I picked her up. Then there is Franklin. A terrier we rescued from the animal shelter. He too was happy and friendly when we arrived. I pointed out that he is very skidding and is afraid of everything. Nope, not Franklin. He loved their staff, remained still for his cool Mohawk haircut and was so happy when I picked him up. Thanks again Brittany!! You made him look so adorable. Let's not forget Paloma. Paloma greets you and your pet, bathes our babies and gives them love before the groomer tales over. Perfect person to have at the front. She informs you of everything and goes over forms for first timers. Oh yeah.....prices are incredible!! LOVE YOU GIRLS! You make our babies happy. read more

Sorry but I have to give them a one star my dog had an appointment today at 11AM and they barley called me at 2:30 PM to pick her up all for them to say they couldn't cut her hair because she was not letting them.... I 100% recommend you take your fur babies to this dog salon! They did such a great job on my little loki. He got the works done, with a #7 cut all around. I wanted to share this before and after picture of how long his hair gets. I can't remember the groomers name but they made him look just darling. Also, they gave me a 10% discount for being a student. (I believe only on Fridays for student discount) Finally found the best salon for my fur baby! Thanks so much heavenly paws! They were pretty fast took maybe about an hour and had one same day open spot. But just noticed my fur baby face is irritated and check on why he was scratching his face on the wall and saw this. My boy looked so cute when I picked him up. All over summer cut for a terrier mix. Price was fair. They finished in a shorter amount of time than I'm used to so that was nice. Clean facility. This is just based off who answered the phone she seemed confused I couldn't understand her I could barely hear she quoted me 45-75 for a bath on a short hair dog I said no anal glads I take her to the vet just a bath and nails but she wouldn't give me a answer the other place I go has set prices 40 for a bath large dog and the extras are there I wanted to give this place a try the guy spinning the sign on the corner was definitely doing his job to get attention for the place it's why I called I guess they just need someone who knows what there doing or have people leave a message and call them back read more

5 Stars - Above and Beyond in Every Way…read more After almost two years of not being able to take my cat to a groomer, I was honestly starting to lose hope. I searched everywhere and no one would take her -- she's extremely difficult to work with, and most places wouldn't even consider it. I was finally referred to Upland Pet Grooming, and let me just say... this was hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made. Rebecca, the owner, was incredible from the very first call. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding. She let me fully explain my situation and my cat's behavior without cutting me off or rushing me. She actually listened, explained my options clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my cat in her care. The results? They delivered 150% better than I ever anticipated. On top of that, there was a mix-up on my end with pickup time -- completely my mistake -- and instead of making it an issue, they went above and beyond and personally dropped my cat off at my house at 6:30 PM. Who does that nowadays? I am beyond grateful for Rebecca and her team. If you have a difficult pet, have been turned away elsewhere, or just want a groomer who truly cares -- this is the place. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. Because of them, grooming has become a much more positive experience for him and for us. I've also brought my other pets here, and every visit has been just as great. The second time I took her big mistake it was for a nail trim. They did not soak her paws. I could hear her crying out side the door. I walked in and said it's ok just leave her. They didn't even work with her. They just wanted her out so disappointed. She will never go back to a groomer. I cut it myself here and there and she lets me.

You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I used to go to PetSmart but their pricing is so high, I wanted to try something locally owned. I'm glad I tried this place out! I'll be bringing Nala back.

I am not the one who you've talked to before, i am her daugther someone who has picked Carol up and dropped her off before. And after hearing what happened i was upset but didnt resort to posting a review until your reply to my moms review was blaming carol and how she has "always been a problem" but it was never mentioned to my mom about her being a problem or me who has picked her up before. But the thing that makes me upset is you dont apologies and say let me try and fix it by doing this or that, instead you say Carol was the problem and has been for a while, and natural to that reply we are gonna get upset because you try and justify what happened, instead of saying accidents happen and we dont want them to happen but it did so let me offer this to try and make it better. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially when a mistake is made. Also trying to downgrade what happened to Carol is gonna make us more upset, you replied saying she had a scratch, but it was a cut that resulted in her bleeding. And to me that shows that you really didnt care about Carol or your customers when youre playing it off like it wasnt anything it was just a little scratch. read more

I have been going to Heavenly Paws for around 8 years. I've tried other groomers with my first dog and didn't like the way they treated her. She was put in a kennel before and after her grooming and they didn't seem to care much for my little one. Then I got lucky. I took my baby to Heavenly Paws and they really treated her like she was their dog. Then my little one passed away. I got a new baby dog and took her to Heavenly Paws. I have had wonderful service from My groomer there. Her name is Sabrina and she loves all the dogs like her own. I want to believe she loves my dog the most but she really loves all the dogs. I recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone who wants to find a good groomer. I am so Blessed to have found them! read more

HORRIBLE!!! Sabrina who is the manager is rude and unprofessional. Not sure any of them are actually licensed. When I first started using them there was one groomer I specifically used and she was great. Since then I have had nothing but bad experiences with each going from bad to worse. I'm done! I will never go back or recommend this business to anyone. They should be reported and Sabrina should be FIRED!! In addition Brittney (one of the other groomers) simply doesn't know what she's doing. When my sister picked up her Maltese my brother-in-law suspected they must have picked someone up off the street, handed them clippers and said "stop when you see skin" JUST SIMPLY DON'T GO HERE!!!!! read more

i used to work here and the things i saw will shock you. Steph one of the groomers there, she is so out of it all the time, that this poor older dog fell out of the cage due to her not closing the cage! the little pom was on the floor just lying there for awhile with his air knocked out and couldnt get up by himself. when the owner got there she did not tell the owner what had happen to the poor pom. i was not the only groomer that left that week. the owners did not even flinch when they heard of this and thats because they are used to her being to careless with all the animals. read more

Heavenly Paws in Upland is hands-down one of the best grooming experiences I've had for my dog. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Brittany took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and treated my pup, Winter, with so much care and patience. I just love taking my shih tzu here. He is 1 year old and I have been taking him here since he could go to a groomers. He always sees Nikki and she is fabulous. She is patient with him as he gets a little scared riding in the car even. It is very affordable and there no extra charges. He usually gets shaved because he gets a few mats from the long hair. But they are wonderful, he always is clean and never ever been cut. Every hair cut has been a success, thank you Nikki for taking good care of my boy when he is in your care. read more

I am beyond pissed right now!! I just went to Heavenly Paws Grooming to pick up my doggy london and we are driving home and i feel something warm dripping on my leg, come to find out my dog is in a pool of blood!! they cut her nail to short to the nerve and on top of that they burned her chest and all of her neck with the clippers!! this is so ridiculous i'm so UPSET. i'm going to call tomorrow and file a complaint & i will not do business with them ever again!! This is our first visit. I felt safe going to get her groomed during this time. They came out to get her with masks and gloves on and brought her back the same way. The staff and Brittney are very nice and friendly. Brittney did such a beautiful job on her. They groomed her they way I wanted. This will be Pixie's home groomer. I highly recommend them. Fabulous!! We've been taking our two shnauzers, Maltese and Yorke to Heavenly Paws for 5 years now. It came highly recommended from our vet. They are very professional and the staff is top knotch! I will never ever come back here first of all she cut my puppys hair crooked, I mentioned it & she jus cut it shorter ugh then I get home & he starts itching I check him & I see FLEAS ewww I'm so furious my poor baby .
