I was charged $50 because of the size and I used an acrylic powder with a clear gloss instead of gel the width and length of the nails are all choppy The ends of the nails are white but I did not get ombré so that part is missing acrylic powder These will definitely pop off soon My sister and I have been coming here for years but ever since there has been new management the prices have gone up while the quality has gone down Please ask for pricing as you get your nails done if you wait until after there will be a rebuttals for any excuse He said 1 inch is 25$ and these are 1.25 Inches haha double the price for half of the work this took me 2 hours when it should've been sooner since not that many polish repetitions were needed. read more

Haven't been here in a long time. A little different. More expensive of course. Has a sign saying no mask no service or how to wear the mask but lady in front of me without a mask and employees not wearing mask correctly do that sign is null and void. Employee said powder was 2.00 extra then while I was sitting at lamp she changed it to 3.00 extra. Interesting. I understand the price changes but before covid I could get my feet and eyebrows done for about the same price or less iI paid today. They used to wait until you finished drying your nails but the lady asked me to pay while I was sitting. Oh the only other change is Tina wasn't there and the sign says only cash. I came in this past Saturday and the place was pretty busy. I went into get a gel manicure. I expected that I'd have to wait which I was fine with. I had been here before and loved the manicure and decided to come back. I waited for about 30 minutes before I was asked to have a seat in one of chairs. There was only 2 people doing manicures and 3 doing pedicures. One of the ladies finished a pedicure and asked if I could wait for her to have lunch. I wasn't in a rush and didn't mind her taking her lunch. She was gone for about 10 minutes. She came back and started my nails. Someone else came in and said that they wanted a full set. The owner came over and asked me to sit in another chair because there wasn't anyone else that did acrylic other then her at the moment. She said that someone else would be doing my manicure as soon as she finished the pedicure. I was about to walk out. I decided to stay because I really needed a manicure. The new lady doing my nails seemed shaky and nervous. After leaving I realized that the tips of my nails were thicker and had an awkward shape to them. There was also many bubbles in the gel. The wait and quality of nails I thought were not worth my money or time. I'm going have to think twice before coming here again. read more

BY FAR the very worst nail experience I've had. Not only did it take 2 hours to get the ugliest most horrible nails done, they also all spoke across the room in Vietnamese the entire time I was there. Going to the nail "spa" should be a relaxing experience but instead i was sitting in the middle of a 2 hour non stop conversation. The woman in the 2nd desk from the front did my nails and she had to keep re-doing nails because they were so terrible. At one point she seemed very frustrated with me as if I was making her make all of these mistakes. Please avoid this place like the plague. My nails are super thick, uneven and go past my nail beds. I started going here since Tommy started to run it he has been my nail tech for a very long time so for sure I follow him , he is very good at what he does customer friendly makes you feel comfortable and if you have to wait trust me it's worth it .My daughter also goes to him but if we're together and in a hurry Lisa has done a great job also the place is clean and organized if you need water or hot tea they be happy to help I love the warming cream on a cold day not other salons have that so it's a pleasure to have if I need anything they will make you feel like your important so please give tommy and the salon a try you will be happy you did .. read more

I really hate to give one star...I try to only review businesses that I frequent and enjoy. But every now and again-wow. I will start out by saying the positive that they are VERY nice. That's pretty much the only saving grace, though. I walked in for a pedicure. It's right up the street from my house and I wanted a simple green nail polish with a candy cane for Christmas. I got polish changed out on my fingers also. She filed my fingers down so far two of them are sore and bleeding. I tried to tell her to stop but it didn't help! Then, the lady doing my toes-instead of telling me she didn't know how to do a candy cane-offered to do a crystal one. But it was all one color and unrecognizable as a candy cane when finished. (And she got glue all over my toes!!) I asked for a snowflake also to at least try and get some semblance of a holiday landscape here. It came out sloppy and also unrecognizable. At this point I tried to cut my losses and just leave. I didn't want to hurt her feelings and I don't think she was capable of giving me what I asked for, but she was kind and at least tried. I asked for change and gave her a $5 tip. Then, she had the nerve to remind me another lady worked on my hands and deserved a tip too! I work in a service business. Especially this time of year I love to give and get tips. But it is the utmost of tacky and gauche to actually ask for one. Especially after she made me bleed! That absolutely clinched it for me. Just pass on this place! The cheap prices aren't worth it. read more

By far the worst experience ever!!! Made an apt and they told me to wait, 45 minutes after I get there they said another 25 minutes. Seriously?! By this point was already upset and told them I made an apt so wouldn't have to wait, ladies started talking in their language and laughed at me and other customers being upset. Second the worker there short old lady was so moody and my mom requested to clean better a toe she said No its clean and then began to be more tude to my mom just because she didnt like her telling her to do her dam job! I saw that the other reviews were not great so I had to take the time and share my experience. Tommy was my nail tech (who is also the owner) and he did an amazing job. He helped me with fungus a previous nail salon had caused by loose application. He was very friendly, and made sure I loved my nails every step of the way. Please don't go here. I went today and the lady made my toenails look as if I painted them with my right hand (I'm left handed) in the dark. The worst part is that one of my nails literally looked so bad and messy and she was going to just leave it like that! She put all her materials away and I had to actually ask her to fix it and she grudgingly did so. Another thing is their sanitation. They reuse their tools, washing them with nothing more than water and hand soap. FREAKIN HAND SOAP GUYS. Same for the tub you soak your feet in for pedicures. As soon as you leave they drain it and scrub it with HAND SOAP. It's athletes foot waiting to happen! I'm mortified. But yea enter at your own risk! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in last month and got a gel pedicure, service wasn't great but it's across my street so it was decent. I came back today to remove the gel polish and get another pedicure and guess what?! I have a fungus infection under my toenail!!! Mind you I have never had a fungus infection in my whole life and I have been to several nail salons! When I confronted the manager about it he said that if one client gets a fungal infection then all clients do too, trying to say recently nobody has complained about it! Are you kidding me??!!! Clearly they gave me this fungal infection because when I asked if they sterilized their tools, he didn't even know how to answer!! I really like this place....seems like they use good quality products because my pedi is always looking bright & shiny and the nail polish last for a long time. It is truth about the service being slow. I usually go when Im not in a hurry. But its worth the wait...I really really like their work. I also get the gel nail polish I love it also..
