I went right in on time for my appointment (I also got a 6:45 AM appointment.) the staff was very nice to me! When I went in they give you ear plugs, and they offer you something you can put over your eyes. All in all, I would recommend this place. I know there are many negative reviews below, but I did not experience anything bad.

Their work is top-notch and have provided my doctors with exactly what they are looking for. Just a quick note... Don't forget to ask for a copy of your imaging on CD before you leave. I have had to come back or had to have it sent to my doctors later.

I was referred by my primary care provider to get an MRA of my brain because my family has a…read morehistory of brain aneurysms. I had previously made an appointment at a different imaging center and quickly cancelled due to my fear of feeling claustrophobic. I researched open MRI machines and found Medical Insights Diagnostics (Inview Imaging). I scheduled my appointment for a few weeks out and had it today. My appointment was at 10am and I showed up a few minutes prior. I filled out three quick forms and was taken into a changing room where I was able to store my phone, keys, wallet, etc. I was taken into the MRI room and was immediately put at ease with how roomy the open MRI is. I did not have to change into a gown for my scan and I even got to keep my shoes on. I laid down on the table and was given a cushion to go under my legs and two smaller cushions to go next to my head. I was also given ear plugs. I inquired about headphones to listen to music, but because of the scan I was having I was not able to listen to music. Since I was having a brain scan I had to wear a coil over my head, which was comparable to a football helmet. I was handed a "panic ball" that I could squeeze if I needed to be pulled out of the machine and they sent me inside. My scan lasted 20 minutes, but felt much faster. I was able to remain calm the entire time and even opened my eyes a few times. I cannot describe the relief I felt upon finishing my scan and exiting the machine. I grabbed my things, paid, and within 5 minutes I had the CD of the scan. If you have anxiety or claustrophobia I highly recommend coming here for your MRI. The open MRI is spacious and the MRI techs made me feel comfortable. I will be coming back here for any future MRIs.

Some of the rudest most unhelpful staff I have ever experienced…read more First, they call me the day before I'm scheduled for imaging to tell me my insurance has denied the request, making me scramble to understand why and reschedule - which then makes me need to reschedule with my doctor who requested imaging - pushing all of my care and treatment out by months. Second I finally do get it scheduled and they are incredibly rude and reprimand me for not arriving at a certain time - 30 mins early - when I was only told to arrive 15 mins early over the phone - in an incredibly harsh and rude tone like I had killed their cat or something. If you can - go somewhere else.

The front desk staff were friendly. When I was waiting to be seen by the Dr someone gave me a heat pack to put on my back because I was in pain. I parked on the street because I wasn't sure about parking. Once I got there it seems like a business only building but once you look around and look at the virtual information screen you can find where you are looking for. I arrived at my appointment on time and was instructed to drink water one hour before the appointment. I did that of course and they did take a bit long and holding in my pee for that long caused my stomach to hurt. I was so close to just going to pee but luckily they called me in. The ultrasound technician was really nice and walked through everything. Once we were done I asked about my results and she said she's not allowed to discuss that which is understandable. My overall experience was great, I just didn't like holding in my pee for that long but that just my preference.

Dr. Feng probably saved my life. At the end of my hip follow-up appointment, he asked if I had any…read moreother concerns. I had recently undergone back surgery and mentioned that my leg had been hurting. Even though I was there for my hip, Dr. Feng immediately took the concern seriously. He stopped what he was doing, performed a thorough examination of both of my legs, and told me he was concerned I might have blood clots. He sent me directly to the hospital for testing, where it was confirmed that I had blood clots in both legs. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Feng's attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism. His willingness to listen caretully and go beyond the immediate reason for my visit made all the difference. I truly believe his actions may have saved my life, and I will always be thankful to have had him as my doctor.
