Great efficiency. Good customer services. No hassle in out of my appointment. My appointment was scheduled so I can avoid commute traffic.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but this time I felt I had to. No one looking for medical…read morecare should ever be treated the way I was. I had a CT scan scheduled with BASS Imaging for over a week. When I called, I spoke with a representative named Tanya, and the experience was extremely upsetting. She was impatient, dismissive, and spoke to me with very little patience. Several times while I was trying to explain my situation, she muted me while I was still talking. I have never experienced anything like that before. It made me feel ignored, disrespected, and honestly humiliated. What made the situation even worse was the confusion regarding my insurance. Tanya told me my insurance had not approved the CT scan and that my only options were to cancel my appointment or pay about $1,200 out of pocket. I contacted my insurance company, and they explained that they do work with BASS Imaging. The issue was that they had repeatedly asked BASS for the exact amount needed to approve the scan, but they were unable to get it. When I called BASS again later, another representative gave me completely different information. At that point, I no longer knew who was telling me the truth. I wasn't asking for anything special. I was simply trying to understand the situation and find a solution so I could get an important medical test done. Instead, I felt like I was treated as if I was a burden and that they just wanted to get me off the phone. I truly hope BASS Imaging takes this feedback seriously. Medical situations are stressful enough, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and compassion. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the experience I had. Update: Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify one important point. During my call, I asked to speak with a manager because I felt the conversation was going nowhere. Tanya told me there was no manager available and that she was the highest-ranking person there. My concern was never just the insurance issue. It was the way I was treated. If Tanya is indeed the highest-ranking person available to speak with patients, that is even more concerning because someone in that position should set the standard for professionalism, communication, and compassion. It has now been almost a week since this happened, and despite your response here, no manager has contacted me to discuss my experience. You mentioned that I should contact the imaging center and ask to speak with a manager. I already tried to do exactly that during my original phone call, but I was told there was no manager available. I truly hope you review the recorded phone calls. They will clearly show how the conversation was handled. My goal is not to get anyone in trouble. I simply don't want another patient to go through the same experience I had.

My arrival time was 8:07am my appointment was 8:10 am . After filling out the paperwork the receptionist informed me that they are running a little behind so I will be waiting like 10 min . I value my time so I set a timer for 15 min thinking I will be called . No call at all after the timer was up I asked the receptionist when will I be called because I have waiting for 15 min . She informed me that she will co tact the doctor. I now have to wait another 10 min . She offered to reschedule me however I am already here. So I am waiting. Still haven't been seen. I have now waited 30 minutes. 8:50 am. 8:54am my husband asked if I was going to be called soon because she we have been waiting for a little over half an hour. I was now called 8:55 am. 8:57 am in changing room. Receptionist name is Britney . Her customer service is great . I AM UPSET ABOUT THE WAIT. 9 am getting prepared. Shivaji. Is the imaging tech. The reason that they were so behind is because they need people to usually come 30 minutes early and I guess that didn't happen so there was a triple effect. This is a great place to come to for imaging great staff so that's a little better. Please come to this place, but make sure you have patience because life happens.

I did a body scan here a few months ago and I plan on coming back for a follow up in the next month…read moreor two. The appointment only took about 15 minutes for me, I scheduled it on the same day and then pulled up 5 minutes before the appointment. Staff took care of me and helped me adjust my positioning to get the most accurate scan. I got my results within a few hours online and I saw a full breakdown of my fat percentage, lean mass, bone density, etc... I would say it was a good value for the price and you can find discount codes online if you do some research (or use an LLM). Parking is kind of a pain though.

So, I decided to get a Dexa scan so that I could verify whether or not my Hume Bodypod scale was as…read moreaccurate as Hume Health claimed. I'll cut to the chase and tell you it was surprisingly accurate, and within the margin of error, although Dexa is the "gold standard." I won't bore you with the metrics but I will bore you with the experience. First off, the location for the mobile service has ample parking and was conveniently located. The mobile van was clean, the technician - Suhban Khan was very professional and knowledgeable. Like myself, he was also a fitness coach and had solid knowledge not only with Dexa but also the leading body composition measurement devices on the market and smart scales. We had a good chat and I interviewed him briefly for the YouTube channel. If you want to watch, here's the link: https://youtu.be/eJ9x2bf5QHA?si=sytHprsQ9ydwYn-R The scan took about 10 minutes time, with 6 minutes for the scan. You just wear light, loose clothing and lay back, while the scanner passes from your head to your feet. It moves a fraction every 30 seconds. The van was mostly quiet with ambient music - felt very much like any medical setting. Is this a necessary experience for everyone? No. For most people seeking general health I would recommend getting the good habits of proper nutrition, exercise and proper rest before worrying about getting a Dexa but...it will help keep you accountable to your goals and honestly, the subscription service is pretty affordable. I enjoyed my experience and will check in again in a few months.

I was extremely out of it and struggling to communicate. The security guard at the front began my interaction with this hospital with rolling her eyes at me as I struggled to get my I.D. out and loudly saying things I was having trouble comprehending. I was obviously disoriented and it seemed to take too long for her to gather that and get me into the hospital. I certainly was not in any state to do anyone any harm, I could barely work my hands or walk steady. I was again met with eye rolls inside, asking my name and date of birth when I just gave it at the door. I gave it again to her and then waited, after a few minutes that felt like forever I began to panic making it worse. I was the only one there and feeling like I was dying, I wondered why isn't anyone taking me seriously? I felt like nobody was treating this like it could even possibly be an emergency and began getting frustrated and asking if I am going to be able to see someone quickly. The receptionist just rolled her eyes and didn't answer, she said they will let you know if it's an emergency. I was really taken aback by the lack of empathy. Then the next person asks my name and date of birth again. I give it they say I am giving it too fast and panicking. I said I have given it to two people, I begin crying, struggling to breathe, and give it again. More eye rolls. There was still absolutely no attempt from any one of the staff to be empathetic or reassuring at this point. I do know about panic attacks and had experienced ones before, but this felt different and like a very real medical emergency. This is three people now who were so rude and mean to me on one of the most vulnerable times of my life, that I am ashamed for them. More waiting, and then a few cursory questions and eye rolls and I get asked my last period a few more times, even though I came in on my period. They took a pee sample and then seemed surprised and asked me, are you on your period? Oh we didn't need to take that sample. It seems they don't just communicate with one another there either. They were very nosey about my roommate, an elderly man, who brought me in. It's stupid, and so disgusting, to insinuate that I would have a partner that old. I needed a ride and he was there at home. The ladies there reminded me of the mean girls from my high school. The last person I saw, the doctor, at least did not roll his eyes at me and was not overtly condescending like the other staff I encountered there. He actually talked to me like a human. He did explain that it was a panic attack. I did mention that everyone there has made me feel stupid for coming in. He said, you still did the right thing by coming in. One of the nurses who had been rude to me was there and agreed with him, her tone suddenly seemed to have changed to much warmer with me. They then took a blood test and I did get good info from that to follow up on. I did have some medical things to look out for. That was the main silver lining of my visit. They gave me meds which brought me down quickly and made me fall asleep. I slept well that day. I am thankful for them, and for the medical care I received, but I do think having some bare minimum empathy should be required if you're going to be working in an emergency department. People are coming in some of the worst days of their lives, and at least not going out of your way to be rude and make fun of patients would really go a long way.

Charge nurse Lily Bay is just awful inside and out!…read more I had a very upsetting experience with the charge nurse, Lily Bay, during my mom's hospital stay. My mom was in a very serious condition and was coughing up blood. I had been paging for a nurse for about an hour because I didn't feel comfortable leaving her alone while she was in distress. Instead of a nurse coming to speak with me, hospital security and police officers entered the room and told me the charge nurse had said I had been asked to leave. No one had spoken to me before that, and I had been waiting to talk with a nurse before leaving. The situation could have been handled with a simple conversation. Instead, having security and police come into my mom's room while she was already in a vulnerable condition caused unnecessary stress and upset both of us. My mom became visibly shaken after seeing the officers. This was not the first time I felt uncomfortable during interactions with this charge nurse. Based on my experiences, I felt I was treated differently than I should have been. I found her communication to be dismissive and sarcastic, and I did not feel that my concerns for my mother's well-being were taken seriously. I have already reported this incident to hospital management because I believe patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and clear communication. I hope the hospital reviews this incident so that other families do not have a similar experience. Based on my repeated experiences, I left feeling that I was treated differently and unfairly.
