The team explained that they called multiple times ahead of the appointment to explain the condition, what exactly would be needed and ensure it was an appropriate setting. The doctor scheduled to conduct the procedure had already evaluated the patient in-person and personally referred them to this center for her to complete it. Patient did absolutely nothing wrong, other than needing some assistance from their team, and a full team was present to work with them to ensure the Sutter staff didn't have to worry about anything. The RN immediately complained and was openly talking negatively about the patient in the hallway so the team denied service without even trying or consulting the patients team. Even after the reiteration that the procedure was urgent due to life threatening concerns and having a history of successful procedures with no issues, they refused service based on the fact they had disabilities that they were well aware of ahead of time. Very disheartening to see professionals in a field meant to help others be so discriminatory and hateful.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked-in by the staff at the front desk, who seemed friendly enough. Since we arrived quite early, we had a little wait before being called back to be seen. We are pleased by the overall quality of care that our daughter received here. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner who saw our little one were friendly and excellent with our daughter. The nurse practitioner was knowledgable on the various illnesses currently going around and prescribed the appropriate medication for her. Overall, we are thankful that there are walk-in care options when primary care physicians do not have any availability for that given week. However, walk in care unfortunately does not see all types of patient complaints. If you have a sick child, this is definitely a viable option though.

I purchased a package of three Potenza RF Microneedling treatments for full face/neck. My first treatment was fine, but my second treatment was completely different. I experienced severe pain during the procedure and facial pain, irritation, and numbness afterward. My concern was not just that the treatment was uncomfortable, but that the appointment felt rushed and that the numbing/procedure process was not handled with the level of care I expected for an invasive RF microneedling treatment. What upset me even more was the difference between the sales process and the complaint process. During the sales process, the communication felt warm, reassuring, and focused on getting me to purchase a package. But once I reported a serious concern, the tone felt completely different. Getting a meaningful response became extremely difficult. They would forward you from one to another, but never solve your problem. I asked for a refund for the remaining treatment because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I also asked for documentation of the treatment timeline, including when numbing started and when the procedure began. Instead, I was offered a very small cash refund. Later, I was told all sales were final and that discomfort can vary from treatment to treatment. That may be their position, but as a customer, I do not think it is reasonable to sell expensive treatment packages with a very reassuring attitude and then refuse meaningful accountability when a service experience goes badly.
