Came in for MRI for 1st time. Facility was clean and the staff was polite. The procedure went just fine. It was over a hour Rosario was so kind, I am castrophbic. With her help I was able to withstand the procedure without any problems. Thank you for job well done & quality care. read more

My 85 year old mom had a MRI Brain scan on Thursday January 13 at 8:00am. I really appreciate the entire staff this day for their knowledge, patience and understanding during this difficult process. I could not sleep the night before thinking how are they going to get my mom on the bed to go into the MRI scan. She really can't walk or get up without extreme help! I had my 20 week anatomy scan scheduled on 7/12/23. I had the worst experience with Heather the ultrasound tech. From the very beginning she was rude.( Earlier in the morning I went to ED due to severe upper back and abdominal pain. I was told an US would be performed- I asked the ED doc and Tech if this would interfere with my anatomy scan later in the day I was told no) As soon the tech takes me back she says there is no need to do a scan because I had one done.I explained her I was unaware of the full scan being done. My husband and I did not see our baby in the ED and was not told anything about it. She grabs the radiologist who informs her that she is able to do a limited US that way my husband and I can have the experience. From this point she seemed even more bothered that she was having to do my US. The radiologist told me I was able to take a picture and video for the experience. There is a sign on the wall that says we are not allowed to photograph or a video people. Understood. I told my husband he can record/picture only the baby not the tech. He takes his phone to do so and the tech turns around and starts to SHOUT at him. We were able to catch her voice in the end before ending the video. I asked her to grab the doctor, at this point I start to cry from how upset I am with the experience from the beginning- noticing she did not want to do anything. She grabs the doctor- and starts to smirk/laugh when I'm talking to the doctor. The doctor seemed like she was afraid of talking to the tech. I told the doctor I did not want the tech to continue my ultrasound and told the doctor we are simply doing what we were told what was ok by HER. She then changes her story saying recording taking a picture is not the same as printing out. Does not make sense. Then tells me I would have to reschedule for another day and/or I can go somewhere else and pay where they do US. Completely unprofessional. As someone who works in the medical field- I would never treat a patient like this. This is my first pregnancy and we were robbed from an experience we will not get again. I come to Sutter trusting them putting my care and my baby's care in there hands. This tech needs to have better bedside manners and work ethics. Sutter please do better. read more

Sutter Health Plus uses this imaging facility for most of Solano County. One would think it's better than losing half a day of work, to drive to Vallejo, risk your personal safety (and that of your vehicle), but I think the odds of horrible treatment are equal in Fairfield and Vallejo. Jill called to schedule my CT scan. This is not the first time I've had the displeasure of dealing with the Low Court location. I think their street address is determined by their customer service effort. They insist on asking all these questions that are clearly answered in your file. They claim it's a HIPAA violation for them to get the information there, but they need the information before scheduling the test. Hmm...seems the doctor's office could provide the necessary answers then. Add to it, their antiquated system can't save patient's information; so there is no way to track a patient's responses. Seems...that might come in handy. So Jill goes about asking her "few" questions (more like 20 questions) and has the nerve to refuse to be proactive in addressing a response because it wasn't phrased in the form of a question. Gee...didn't realize I was on Jeopardy. Considering, I have to pay $350 as my copay, the technician could be a little more proactive in her job. Sadly, she works Monday through Friday and I don't know if I can schedule my procedure without dealing with her unprofessional, holier-than-thou attitude. I shouldn't have to wait weeks and do pointless driving when they should have later appointments. Ending the last appointment at 3:00 p.m. is asinine. The radiologist doesn't even get their until 8:45 and they are done by 3:00 p.m. Bankers' hours anyone? If I have to lose this much time from work for a lousy 30 minute procedure, I might as well go to Davis. At least there's a real hospital there. Decisions...decisions....try to see if I have any tumors left? Or be surprised if/when the cancer kills me? Either way...Sutter is partly to blame for it's unprofessionalism, lack of caring, no support system and a sub-par imagining center who prefers to miss rush-hour because after all, their time is what truly matters. read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Blair. He was great however the nurse was not. I was there on 8/30/21 at 11:30. The nurse was super rude and snotty and I hope she isn't like that with all the patients. She is the worst nurse I have ever had. I forgot her name and my paper work that I was given doesn't show her name unfortunately. She tried to refuse my support system coming in and got a foot away from me just acting rude. Being a female and having a male nurse and it's my first pregnancy and I'm not used to make Drs I really didn't feel comfortable being back there alone even though the Dr is very nice and knows what he is doing I didn't feel 100% comfortable. She acted very different with the Dr in the room. read more

Abysmal. My doctor scheduled me for a 6 week ultrasound, the first woman I spoke to said they had nothing until Friday. I called back about 20m later to see if they could schedule me for the Davis or Sacramento locations, they could not, but that lady found me a same day appointment at the Fairfield location. I had Heather for a tech, she told me to use the restroom & undress. I did & when she came in she wanted to put folded up towels under me to elevate my hips, not very comfortable, then she pulled the monitor past me & my husband to where only she could view it. When I asked if we could see too, she said not until she was done. I thought she meant done with the measurements but she meant done, as in finished. She handed me the probe & told me to insert it. I have two other children & I have never been asked to do that. I complied & she just sat there looking at the screen while I looked at the ceiling. When she was done she said she would take a snapshot & then let us see, we couldn't see the baby live. She blamed it on not being able to hold the wand & push the monitor back, so I offered to turn it; she said no. She gave us one photo print out that I had to ask for. I left there in tears. I would rather drive to Davis then go back there. read more

I was there on 10/18/19 for my 20 week ultrasound and to find out the gender of our baby. Unfortunately I was thrilled to find out we were having a baby girl but no too happy with Heather our ultrasound technician she had no bedside manner, she didn't introduce herself, she never explained what she was going to do and she wouldn't let me see the baby until she was done with the whole ultrasound I even asked if I could see and she told me no that she needs to make sure she gets everything who denies someone of seeing their own baby and doesn't included them in their experience of our first baby and then to top it off at the end she gave us two photos of our babies feet and two blurry photos of a side profile of our babies face and one saying girl. I'm in healthcare myself and I would never treat one of my patients like that. Going into that appointment we're so excited and couldn't wait to find out what our first baby was and we both left feeling like she made for an underwhelming experience. Regardless we're so happy to say we're having our first daughter in March2020. Just really sad that there are healthcare professionals that behave this way! No compassion or consideration for their patients!! read more

I was scheduled for PET scan on 4/13/18. Upon arrival at the reception area all of my information was complete. I just had to verify my DOB and address. My appointment was for 10 am. A few minutes before one of the technicians, Jeff, gave me a brief form to complete prior to the exam. Melissa came to get me in a wheelchair since I was using a walker it was so much easier to get to the machine. The scanner is in a trailer outside the facility. The PET scanner is similar to a CT scanner. It's open on both ends. Melissa then placed me in a comfortable recliner chair and inserted a needle into my vein in order to give me the radio isotope injection. After that I was to stay quiet and let that roam around for 60 minutes. Then she wheeled me back inside the clinic area to use the bathroom. Finally, on to the test. I put on an eye mask, Jeff made me comfortable on the table and the test took 35 minutes. No anxiety on my part. Following the test they gave me post instructions that were clearly written. Melissa wheeled me back to where my husband was waiting and all was good. Even more outstanding was my doctor had the report in her hand when I saw her just 3 hours later.
