Be prepared to wait when you come here. My Mom's Doctor requested we take her in to have her blood drawn and faxed work order ahead to their office, therefore, we could/did not make an appointment beforehand and walked-in instead. About forty-five minutes have elapsed since signing her name on the clipboard and waiting to be called only for insurance information and to be told to sit back down to be called once again. There is only one person working at the front desk entering billing and taking in walk-ins and appointments altogether and a dozen of people in the waiting room. This is not the only time we had to wait for over an hour to be seen. Sadly, this is the only location near our home. But, I'm beginning to think driving to another city for the next work order wouldn't be a bad idea. The majority of the people who come here probably already have serious health problems to deal with and should not have to deal with poor service and inconsiderate staff. The place could really use additional help and act-right training all around. So disappointing.

Let me start with a warning: signing up and scheduling through the website does not ensure an appointment will be honored. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and SCHEDULE AN APPT OVER THE PHONE OR ON THE WEBSITE. THEN, CALL THE LAB TO CONFIRM THEY HAVE RECEIVED BEFORE MAKING YOUR WAY OVER. Unless, of course, you're feeling lucky. Now, my experience: Accepted a new job offer and was super stoked to start, but have to say, the experience with Quest labs (and especially this location) has taken a bit of joy out of the celebration. Went online and made an appointment for a drug screen (as required) at a lab near my zip code. Arrived at the specified time and was told they do perform drug screens, but not the type requested by my new employer. I was then given a list of labs and asked to travel to a nearby town for the test. At 2 in the afternoon and a five hour window, could not make the other lab. Arranged for an appointment the next day during specified hours and arrived a bit early, only to find out the hours listed were incorrect; drug screens were performed from 12-3, no longer 10-3. Asked for an appointment at 12-12:30 and was told they could not accommodate, no appointments available until 2pm at the earliest. Policy is that you must call number on card to schedule or classify as a walk-in. With The only appointments 4-6 hours out, I waited. Two hours later I watched as a man walked in at 12Noon, claimed his employer arranged an appointment, though it did not show up, and the same woman who shared the strict policy with me quietly told him she understood and would arrange an appointment for 12Noon, since there were no appointments scheduled until 2pm. This man then walked out ten minutes later. SCORE!!! All in all - Website was poor with glitches, customer service horrid at both locations and just a huge cluster @&$)!! The staff could not look any of us in the eye, there were no kind words or smiles and a lot of confusion on many levels. I will not ever be returning to this site and would recommend a lab a little farther, even if it's a time sensitive appointment like mine. It would be worth a whole tank of gas and then some, promise ;)

I was the fifth one waiting in the hallway and could hear the phlebotomist being pretty blunt with the four people ahead of me.

Honestly once you are actually able to get in and have the tech work on you, the experience is…read moregreat. However, in my most recent visit, I was scheduled for a mammogram and an ultrasound. Both of which I was paying cash for. I showed up to my appointment 15 mins prior, as they request you to do. They refused to see me because their card reader was not working. It supposedly had not been working for that whole week. I asked if they'd send me a bill in the mail like *almost all* medical facilities because I blocked out the entire day to be able to make this appointment. The receptionist (as sweet as she was) tried speaking to her supervisor who told her that they'd only accept cash or a check of the exact amount. Otherwise I'd have to reschedule. Before I left, the receptionist (again, she's sweet and I know she meant well) would not stop telling me how expensive paying cash for the services was. Another patient showed up and she continued to tell me to look into state programs or nonprofits or planned parenthood so I wouldn't have to pay so much. I'm sorry but, I'm not a child or charity case. I'm fully capable of paying the price that I signed up for, for the quality of service I seek. The price of the services in cash is how much I make in a day. I don't need to be coddled or belittled in front of other patients. As soon as I left the office, I called their call center to request another appointment I had to wait two weeks for (again) and block time out for. When I told the rep what had happened, she was surprised because they hadn't been informed that their card readers were down all week. She apologized and assured me she'd let her supervisor know what happened. These people are all kind. They just need a better system.

My Auto Guardian Angels!!! Been coming here for well over…read more15+ years for fantastic service for my older 2003 Acura before selling it, and now my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on everything from simple oil changes & windshield wipers to breaks, struts, alternator, timing belts, water pump, transmission issues, etc. What really locked me in is when talking to the owner Khoi he made a point on telling me they have a special point of looking out for women, single mom's etc. because he knows in this industry, they're often easy targets for mechanics who prey on women. Totally admired him for that. I know the whole team Gene, Khoi, Andy, & TJ (has changed a bit over the years), but still same great service. I should have posted about them well over a decade ago, but after having my car serviced yesterday (12/29/25), TJ & I talked about an issue he specifically helped me with last year when I was in a battle with Hyundai Dealership staying compliant on fixing a "Rod Bearing Failure" recall issue that requires an entire replacement engine install due to my car was experiencing serious stalling, slowing down in the freeway, and drastic oil burning out to the tune of needing oil fills every 2-weeks!!! One of the Hyundai Service Specialist advised I NOT refill the oil and just let it burn out until the engine locked or a specific service light switched on. I told her that sound awfully drastic and dangerous, but she said that would be the fastest way for them to get the proper engine "Rod Bearing Failure" code reading they needed to warrant the engine replacement. Needless to say, no oil caused the catalytic converter to blow out. Now, the Hyundai Specialist comes to me singing a new tune that it's now MY responsibility to pay $4500 for the Catalytic Converter to be replaced NOT addressing the new engine at all. I immediately hopped on the phone and followed up with TJ at Factory Specific, not only did he fully consult & educate me on the EXACT steps to take to make them address and fix ALL issues including the Catalytic Converter but that I could take it up with Hyundai Corporate office as well if necessary, bottom line do NOT let them off the hook. TJ's ADVICE WAS AWESOME; I GOT NEW ENGINE & CATALYC CONVERTER REPLACMENTMENT AT $0 COST, PLUS A NEW 2025 HYUNDAI SANTA FE LOANER CAR FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS!! My Auto-Guardian Angels! ;-) Sorry this review so long, but I had to put this story out that might help someone else facing a similar recall issue and having difficult time in getting the dealership to keep their word! FACTORY SPECIFIC - Always fair pricing, awesome friendly fast customer service with a smile- good group of guys. I will refer them ALWAYS!
