I just saw a staff member leaving for the day and she made sure to go the extra mile and check to make sure the walk-in waiting was signed in. This is my second time going to this location. I didn't realize last year that it's right across the street from Crunch Fitness. I came here for Know Your Numbers through my company. The morning of my appointment, I received a text letting me know I could check in for my appointment on the phone which was convenient. I shared a picture of part of the waiting area. You can also wait in your car if you prefer and the text you shortly before they are going to call you in. I didn't have to wait for very long. When I went in, Winnie was the person helping me. She was pleasant and kind. She did a great job with my blood pressure and finding my vein for blood work. I received my results within a couple of days. Great experience overall. read more

This is one of the worst lab locations I have ever visited. There is absolutely no effort made to be helpful or accommodate patients. I had an appointment and I had taken a specific medication that was time sensitive for the labs that were scheduled to be drawn in the morning. The lab tech refused to look up my labs. I was not provided with a paper lab slip by my doctor and haven't needed one for years. I prefer LabCorp and only visit Quest for absolute emergencies. No body answers the phones! Nobody is at the desk! The workers that come to call patients in is rude if you ask a question because we are clueless with no help! The machine infront was having a hard time finding appointments not just for me but I stayed and helped you guys do your job! Helping the elderly check in because they have no help from staff!!! Went like clockwork! Made appointment online the day prior for a Thursday 9:30AM draw. A young, nice assistant helped with check-in at the kiosk. I was called promptly by Krysty who was amazing! She was professional, quick, kind, and great with a needle...especially considering i needed 8 vials of blood drawn. One test couldn't be performed because it was after 9AM. Since any appointment before 9AM is hard to schedule in advance on any day, I opted to return the following morning. I arrived at 7AM and self-checked in at the kiosk as a walk-in. I only had to wait 15min before Kyrsty called me in once again for an easy blood draw. I'm happy to be finished with all the "bloodletting" (ha ha!) and grateful to Quest and their great staff for a good experience! read more

Well if you're a mom with no help with your kids during their business hours don't even come. They don't allow your children to just stand in the room. Not even a "per policy". Sounds more like inexperienced incompetent staff. I've had blood draws in the ER with my toddler on my lap. Unfortunate they don't even attempt to help you. LabCorp is wayyyy better. read more

Quest doesn't know how to deal with kids and draw their blood. I was in the lobby and this poor child wS screaming for 5 minutes with 3 staff members On top of that they made individuals 10-15 minutes late due to staff not being able to handle customers. Also got rescheduled twice in one day, and they do it purposely when the staff "CANT KEEP UP." . They surely need to be investigated. read more

Had an appointment at 12:00 checked in at 11:50. There was nobody behind the desk and the checkin was with on the computer. Waited an hour and never got called. I came in to ask what's going on they said they don't always call or text when your appointment is ready. Terrible service. read more

Don't go here if you're a walk in without an appt. I would give zero stars if yelp would allow it! After trying for weeks to get an am appt for fasting labs and my MD appt fast approaching to review those labs, I decided since they advertise walk in services that I would do that. I have broken my back on top of it all and its very difficult/painful to sit or stand or walk for that matter. I was the first one to check in today and I was the only one on the stand by list. After an hour I started asking, letting them know I have back fractures and am in pain. One tech told me I could be next but a half hour later, I was told they're busy today and walk ins have no priority no matter the check in time and that walk ins are taken when there are no appts waiting and sometimes that's not until the end of the day!!! I was offered the supervisors number but was not given it. What kind of crap policy is that? They advertise but actually DO NOT OFFER WALK IN service, plus they don't set aside any morning appts for fasting blood orders. To be forced to leave after causing myself so much pain by waiting, is a terrible thing. I'm a cash pay patient, but this place has lost my business completely! Not one person was sympathetic to my broken back and the pain I was in and the effort it was just to come in to their office, let alone wait and hour and a half and then be told to keep waiting, even all day? I don't often rate blood centers, but when I do... It's Quest Diagnostics. I didn't make it in until 10 min before closing. Front desk was polite and helpful. I was sent to room 3 for the bleeding. I had a great phleb who I will refer to as, "The Mosquito Lady" aka Jenn. She was polite, did not seem put out by the late appointment and stuck a needle in my arm so professionally that I barely felt it. No soreness, no bruising and no regrets. Give this woman a salary bump and a crimson cape. She is the Arm Jab Champion! Thanks for the good time, lady! read more

This place put something against my credit that was paid by the insurance. The last time I was in there they told me to call this phone number because there was an unpaid bill. I spent 1 hour on the phone with them and they couldn't find the bill because it was already paid for by the insurance. A few months later it's on my credit report. read more

Went to get my blood drawn as a walk in, got there at 3:05 and the waiting room was empty. Waited 30 min before someone came out and said they don't take walk-ins after 3pm even though that's not advertised anywhere. Had to come back and waited 3 hours as a walk in since all the appointments were taken, I witnessed the staff being very short and rude to patients, not willing to answer questions and just telling them to wait their turn. They made one woman wait 2 hours just to drop off her blood work and an elderly lady 2 hours for just picking up a stool kit. They have no one working the front desk ever, it's like they want to avoid helping people as much as possible. read more

it takes 5 minutes to do blood work. So, one person can work on 12 people in 1 hour. I was waiting for 2 hours and only 15 people were ahead of me. So I thought I was having an unfortunate opportunity visiting this place of business and I only felt it was unfortunate because I don't like needles. However it became very fortunate when my husband and I were welcomed by a young lady at the front desk who knew exactly what she was doing which definitely made me a little calmer and then to top it off Ms. Winne the phlebotomist who called me back to draw my blood was so proffesional but at the same time very people friendly. She explained every thing that was going to happened and for whatever reason she was so excited that my blood pressure was low and encouraged me to keep up the good work!!!! Wow, something my own Dr. don't do the encouragement was great!!! Why? because I battle with high blood pressure, To top it of Ms. Winnie knew exactly what arm she needed to draw my blood she moved so swiftly kept me engaged and before I knew it she had drew the blood put on the bandage which left me no time to whine about being scared of needles we laughrd and I was on my way!!! I have to get blood drawn every 6 months.. I have had this requirement for the last three years after a health issue. Like most people I hate needles and especially having multiple vials of blood take. BUT this place makes it as easy as possible. First, make an appointment. Don't get in line with the people that are walk in for work requirements. Its a bit "off putting" when you arrive since typically it is crowded (obviously not now with the current CV-19 standards).. I am always taken back either before or within minutes of my appointment. The people working there are super friendly and very professional. In my opinion, the best phlebotomist on the planet. I am grateful to them all for their above and beyond experience. Honestly the CV-19 standards have made it better with less seating.. The last time I went in to have labs done, with an appointment I was passed over and had to ask the worker's at the desk to please bring me back. I then waited for hours to be seen. Then they lost my results and I had to get the labs taken over again. I would not recommend. read more
