Fried Green Tomatoes Breakfast: excellent tomatoes and sauce, perfect eggs. Hashbrowns 'puck' was bland. Porky Burrito: tasty and generously stuffed, potatoes cooked crispy as I asked and they were perfect too. Breakfast Grapefruit: cut it half on a plate with no special spoon for you to figure out how to eat. Disappointing. They forgot my pancake: oh well, I guess I did not need the calories anyway. Service was good and attentive.

Fiery fig grilled chicken sandwich

We decided to try this breakfast brunch restaurant located conveniently on a local shopping strip, ambience is homey. Service was friendly, and we were seated right away. Coffee was hot and strong, We decided to try the boozy bacon (pork belly) it was delicious. The fiery fig chicken sandwich with house potatoes was ok, wished for some fire. Had an omelette with grilled onions bacon mushrooms, was good, the toast never came, when it did, it was cold, then it was replaced by a lukewarm, not very toasted toast (sourdough toast has to be nicely toasted to be good). I gave up.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! We ordered a Maple Brown Sugar Latte and a White Chocolate Mocha, both were delicious. We ordered the grilled chicken melt with fries, egg omelette with hashbrowns, biscuit, and a side of pancake. It was all delicious!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The vibe that his place gives is great. We went here for brunch, and it was probably the best brunch experience ever. We were seated immediately and our server was great. I can honestly say you won't be disappointed when you come here. -Katelyn Taylor

Ordered the hash, the employees are super sweet and also recommended the white chocolate mint latte which was also a great choice. I really appreciate the generous portions as well.

Still love Hearth Cafe! The consistency of the food and flavor is top tier. The staff is awesome and some have been there for years. I'm excited about the expansion and look forward to the new things they implement. Hate that they no longer have the boozy bacon because it was a fave of mine (I asked about it being discontinued and they said it was a supplier issue). I still get my go-to French toast with a side of chicken sausage and house potatoes. My hubby and good friend go straight to the hash. Never a dull experience at Hearth. It feels like home and you can tell they love what they do. Really glad to have a place like this in Mansfield.

Stopped in for post-thanksgiving breakfast at exactly the right time. At 9:40 am, there was parking and only a 3 minute wait for our table (compared to when we left after 10 am, there was a half hour wait). Our waitress was attentive and had our lattes out quickly. The loaded croissant breakfast sandwich was delicious and soft and warm and exactly what I needed. I barely had room left for the potatoes but those were well salted and not soggy at all!

French Toast

I ordered French toast for my mother for Mother's Day. It's always been her favorite! I order it to go and surprise her with it. In the past, Hearth Cafe's French toast has been served with fresh strawberries and mascarpone icing ... it made a lovely presentation! This time was a different. The French toast was served with a strawberry "sauce" and some type of cinnamon (???) icing. The French toast looked and tasted nothing like it had in the past. My mother was quite disappointed and so was I.

This is why my family and I stopped coming to Hearth! Plain and simple, I'm a coffee guy, and first sip, knew something was off. Good luck if you visit here

Can't say enough great things about this place! It is a gem. There was no wait, customer service was great, and the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed my lunch on the patio today since the weather was nice. I loved that they had shade and sunny table options. The menu is full of great options that I was eager to try! I was recommended the Honey Lavender Latte, but I got coconut milk instead of regular dairy milk. This was a beautiful and refreshing drink and would highly recommend it. I ended up ordering two entrees since my taste buds couldn't decide what they were in the mood for. I ordered the BLT and the original burger since I'm a big burger fan. Both were super delicious and hit the spot! I took bites from both and packed away extras to take home for later. Definitely worth a visit and the prices were decent for the quality and taste of the food.

The best breakfast meal I've ever had. You must try this place so much flavor it was incredible.

The place is small, so there is limited seating. The food portions are huge. Definitely will be taking to go each time. I got the hash, and I got chorizo with it. The dish was a bit bland, but a little salt did the trick. The pancakes was big too.

Ask the Community - Hearth Cafe

Do they have mimosas?

No but you can bring a split to add to their juice. That's the official answer I got 2 weeks ago.

Is it breakfast all day? If not, when does it end?

Yes! My family loves the Hearth Cafe!

Is this place nut allergy friendly?

I would say they are thoughtful of allergies. They have on their menu to let them know if there are any allergies. And that their gluten free items are cooked in a kitchen where gluten is prepared, in case the sensitivity is severe.

It's open earlier than everything else along this stretch of Main and is easily one of the most popular spots frequented by locals (#1). The irony is that the interior vibe doesn't scream Mansfield, but reminiscent of the Pacific Northwest (#2) with its eclectic and colorful decor. There is just enough seating for solos and small groups, along with an outdoor area in the back for folks looking to enjoy nature while sipping on a brew. The WiFi is also on point and while tiny, the bathrooms are clean. Many of their signature drinks skew sweet, such as the grasshopper, which has peppermint and white chocolate. The squirrel is a nice mix of macadamia and white chocolate, which is a popular choice. Their smoothies, frappés, and brewed drinks such as their nitro and cafe au lait, are refreshing and reasonably priced. There are also monthly specials that are seasonal and feature unique combinations, such as the galub jamun (aka a chai latte with cardamom and rose syrup) or the baklava (pistachio, honey, brown sugar latte). It's a bit of a deviation from their regular menu, but a nice payoff. Lastly, I can't say good enough things about their customer service. The ladies working at the counter are always friendly, and the owner is very welcoming and accommodating. While I don't foresee myself in Mansfield often, I know this is definitely going to be a spot that I would return to constantly. ___________ (#1) And tourists. Like me. There's bright turquoise and old plane seating set up like an outdoor bench. The interior is cozy. There's a bunch of decor, fixtures and furniture that were repurposed from old aircraft. It's a really neat concept The menu offers coffee, espresso drinks, teas, cold brew, smoothies, lemonade, etc. There are classic drinks as well as signatures and seasonal drinks. There was a line and I couldn't see the menu too well, and they were so efficient that by the time I got to the front there were people behind me and I felt slightly rushed to make a decision. The good news is I tried a couple different drinks and it seems like you can't pick a bad one Some tips: Apparently there is also another location in Crowley (if that's more convenient for you) Explore the historical downtown while you're there. There's boutiques, local art, local brews, etc. Parking is somewhat limited, but you should be able to find free parking off the main drag Cheers!!

There is a back entrance with ramp near those spaces. Cute wrap around porch with tables to be enjoyed during nice weather. It was a little cold inside with the fans blowing but we found ledge seating in what I'd describe as more of the coffee lounge area so we could not be blown away. Order at the counter and they give you a # on a stand to take to your table for food delivery. Digital menu behind the registers and a posted seasonal coffee menu in a stand by the register. There was a case with some muffins & scones that looked good. I got the 1/2 Panini combo with soup - VIP (turkey, bacon, tomato, cheddar & mayo) & broccoli cheese soup. My Mom got the VIP and a bag of chips. We got our food quickly despite them being quite busy. The bread on the panini was perfect in my opinion- thin and not greasy - unlike any other panini I've had before. My personal preference would have been a little less cheese and a thin layer of mayo vs a couple glops but they didn't stop me - I easily scooped it out. I was so excited to indulge in broccoli cheese soup. Portion size was great however it had an unexpected spicy heat that hit you on the back end of the bite and was a little watery. I tolerated a few bites trying to like it but couldn't eat it unfortunately. It totally misses the mark on the creamy cheesy indulgence that broccoli cheese soup is.

Then I asked about the small donuts balls , she said 6 for $1. When I got the the register, it was $1.70 (why not just say almost $2 ???) and my dozen donuts was $16! When I asked why , she said it's because you got many different ones. I said I was interested in the $11 box, and you waited for me to point out what I wanted. I didn't get any bear claws, cinnamon rolls, nothing special that normally costs more. I basically got long Johns and chocolate covered donuts , some glazed and some with sprinkles. Those are very basic.. I truly believed they rip people off. I won't be coming here anymore. Make things clear for people, at least put on the board $11-16 for dozen.
