Kalli has been my therapist for several years. She is undeniably one of the very best I have ever…read moreworked with. She has never judged me and has always treated me with respect and dignity. Originally I talked to her for recurrent depression and relationship problems. It was exceptionally helpful. She listened and empathized with how I was feeling, and then very gently and respectfully helped me challenge some of the beliefs I had about myself and other people. She never told me what to do with my relationship. I never felt like she had an agenda. Instead she helped me figure out for myself what I wanted, allowing me to own the process and the results. She patiently listened to endless internal debates, and when I ultimately decided not to continue the relationship she was supportive. My depression improved drastically and I was able to reduce the sessions to every six weeks or so. Kalli has never pressured me to schedule more sessions than I need, but she has always been willing to make more time for me when I do need it. I recently had a very traumatic event and Kalli has been unbelievably helpful. She's kept me from going completely crazy. She's been willing to schedule extra sessions as I've needed them. She's patiently listened to my story over and over. She has offered guidance and advice when I ask, but is never pushy. Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. It takes a good match between the personality of the therapist and the client. Kalli has been perfect for me. She is calm, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. She is very empathetic and non-judgemental. I'm very grateful that I get to work with her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

We found the constant reframing throughout the process to be deeply frustrating and, at times,…read moreemotionally harmful. Concerns about unequal treatment, broken trust, and unresolved hurt were repeatedly redirected toward reconciliation, acceptance, and our willingness to move forward relationally. Over time, this created a dynamic where it felt like the burden increasingly shifted onto us to "get past" issues that we did not believe had actually been repaired. Instead of feeling supported in working through the underlying problems, we often left conversations feeling misunderstood, minimized, or blamed for not being ready to normalize relationships that still felt fundamentally unresolved. Looking back, we wish we had understood earlier that the process was less neutral mediation and more relationally oriented advising. That distinction materially affected the experience and outcome for us. For people navigating deep family-business conflict, favoritism, exclusion, or longstanding trust issues, I would strongly encourage getting very clear upfront about whether the goal is accountability and structural repair first, or reconciliation and acceptance first. Those are very different approaches, and in our case that difference mattered a great deal.

I have two children that have been going here since 2020 and I have been very excited to see my…read morechildren grow through the ABA program. Navigating telehealth during the pandemic definitely proved to be difficult but Fraser staff always were prepared and available. Both children have been attending speech and OT services then and now. We have had a consistent therapist for speech who we absolutely love. OT we had a consistent therapist for over a year until they left for an out of state move. Although we were heartbroken by this, we have found success with our newest therapist. One of my children has recently started PT and we are so very thankful for how involved and communicative they are. The ABA program has made clear goals for in clinic and in home under the individualized treatment plan. They work closely with other therapist such as Speech, OT and PT to ensure they incorporate needed goals. Overall we love our experience! The only con that I can think of would be the influx of new faces. Bloomington location has opened new rooms which means more available spots and more technicians needed. Since ABA is 1:1. However, the rotation schedule of technicians in my children's room has been fairly consistent. I would say about 95% of the time I recognize the person as someone who has previously worked with my kids or other kids. If they are new, typically they are shadowing at first and I meet them this way before handing my kids off to unfamiliar faces. Aside from this there has been change with people due to internal promotions and people leaving for different opportunities. I can't speak about the worker side of things but I can say from the outside looking in they try to help with burnout by having the rotating schedule and they do encourage internal promotions. Overall, I feel confident with the team we have and grateful to those working with my kiddos!
