When I told her I did not want to continue sessions, she tried to make me feel guilty and then charged my credit card for an additional $170.....which according to her would be due in seven days. I cancelled the credit card to avoid any additional charges I didn't agree too. For the actual sessions, Sandy didn't do her "homework" and read up (or thoroughly read) on my situation and used some of my zoom time to look up information and ask me questions that I had explained in my written information. I did not gain much (if any) help from these sessions ..... certainly not $540 worth. To be fair to Sandy, I know nothing about her other areas of practice, such as Rolfing, etc.

Ihotu came as soon as I called and was beyond helpful, supportive, and encouraging throughout my birthing process. I wanted a natural birth with no pitocin and no epidural and she encouraged me the whole way. She helped me breath through my contractions and supported my pain with massages and calming oils. She coached me threw 24 hours of labor, and never did I feel that she was tired or impatient. She involved my family and was so pleasant with my nurses. I really trusted her advices and loved that she encouraged me to stick with my birthing plan. Even weeks after my daughters birth, Ihotu coached me on postpartum mental and physical health. She also showed me how to give my newborn a massage. I have such warm, happy, and, fond feelings when I think about my birthing experience, which is largely due to Ihotu's amazing support, useful techniques and calming presence.

She trained my husband before the birth in counter pressure and labor position helps so he felt empowered to be there for me. We ended up giving birth at home (unplanned) and Grace not only provided pain relief with massage and position coaching, but also captured some perfect family moments on camera for us after delivery, then ran out to get us some supplies we needed. If you ask her to do something, she's quick and efficient. I rarely had to ask for anything because she has a knack for knowing what's needed without being asked.
