Also, I casually joked about his helping my 83-year-old knees! What I thought was a joke resulted in his saying, "Do you want me to take a look?" Needless to say, Ihe gets a 5+++-star review from my granddaughter and from me!

Only down fall is their response time, seems like they are call dodging which makes sense cause it's high risk business and not very many places do diagnosis with medical cannabis so they may have high call volume. Overall I think this is a great place to look into better treatment options for pain. Side note: I believe others use medical cannabis as a legal means to get marijuana. With that being said people that have had multiple drug charges, fails drug tests, run in's with law do to drug use, may not get approved for medical Cannabis and give bad name/review to a place that is looking out for the cannabis community as a whole. Just my opinion.

I went through him to get my medical card and yes, you do have to pay before your appointment and it's $205. I don't know where people are getting these crazy numbers of it costing way more than that, but it doesn't. Everything is done remotely. Everything was super smooth and there weren't any issues at all. I got my medical card the following day, even though it can take up to 30 days. Everything was super short, simple, and to the point. I never had an issue with Rachel, she has always been pleasant to deal with. I actually got my fiancé set up with an appointment, and he had the same great experience as I did. We even called him back and had a chemical eval done for court and they were just as thorough and pleasant as the first time. I've recommended them to several people. Don't go off those old reviews, they are inaccurate. 5/5 stars for me. Thanks Dr. Locketz and Rachel.

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Twin Cities IV…read more I submitted an appointment request online, and the dispatcher texted me within minutes to let me know that she was contacting one of their nurses, and then let me know that the nurse would be able to do the appointment at the requested time - just under three hours from when I scheduled. Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!

I found Twin Cities IV after doing thorough research online. My mom has cancer and her chiropractor…read morerecommended intravenous high dose vitamin C (IHDVC) . I sent them a message and they responded to me right away - literally within 5/10 minutes via text. I submitted the recommended paper work and even had a quick phone consult with the nursing staff. With that said, operationally they are on top of it and do a great job of communicating and filtering questions appropriately. What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. From quality, to price, ease of access and communication I rate Twin Cities IV a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for added health and wellness benefits via IV all from the comfort of their home!

It was never communicated that Dr. Jill's approach is extremely different. Do not like her practice, and I would never have scheduled knowing her approach. She is supposed to be the lead chiropractor....
