The issues I've had have been with the medication management, many times the prescriptions are sent to the wrong pharmacy or not complete (aka only one month vs 3) one time a totally different medication was sent. In more than one occasion another provider that I didn't see, send the refill on behalf on my provider. I feel bad for the nurses that have to deal with all the medication issues. The other thing that really bothers me is that the clinic does not have a patient portal, so I never get an after visit summary or an immediate confirmation via text or email of the appointment I made so I can added to my calendar.

Matthew was unable to even give us an estimate of how much the sessions would cost through our insurance until after we had completed 3 sessions and missed our FSA deadlines, and he has no way of notifying you of appointments. No call, no email, no text reminder, not even a paper card. In my experience it felt like he was happy saying we had something on the books and charging for it without any notification and that was super disappointing. He also did not return my call about this issue. I would warn folks to steer clear of this "practice."
