    Broken door handle

My family and I have gone to Ford for many years to buy and service our cars. The last time, however, has made me and my family look at another auto-body shop. I recently went for ONLY an oil change and when I got back in my car my check engine light was on. I went back in and told the worker that I had a check engine light and there was NOT one when I came in. He told me to come back on Monday during the day (it was Saturday at the time) and he can try and take a look. Come to find out I had a buddy look under my hood and in the image that was attached, this was unplugged. Plugging this back in resolved the issue but I also noticed that my door handle was broken off after my visit. It was loose when I brought it in but it was never detached. This was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Nobody should get their oil changed and when they get back in their car, a check engine light comes on and you tell me it is probably "spark plugs" and to come back and waste another day when I was already there for hours. I go to https://www.goshencarwash.com/ and they are extremely transparent and pleasant people. I will not return to this location.

They love to sell you the car but provide no service or care about you after you take the car.

After a bit of early confusion the team at Hensley helped me find the exact car I was looking for and we're very friendly.

Always the same bullshit with this place. They tell you that you can come in anytime for service then they turn you away at the door.

He treated both of us with respect, valued our time, and ultimately got The job done... I went in to see the new lineup of vehicles for Dodge... Suresky has a terrific selection of Chargers and Challengers... that makes shopping easy opposed to have one or two choices... I saw the car of my dreams and worked out the best deal... Matt was great during this process... Then, Richard Brown put the icing on the cake... He got the payments and the best car on the lot to come home with me... My trade met and exceeded my expectations... Overall, The dealership proved once again how much they valued my business... I highly recommend them for the best selection anywhere but more importantly, as a customer, I did my homework, and they met me extremely fairly.. Finance was great too... Carlos I believe truly offered me the best warranty for my needs... A++ experience! And the product far exceeded my expectations!!!

I thought I wrote a review about here years ago, but I don't see it…read more This is a dishonest company. They are much better service side than sales, but the trouble is that it's one company. I would give the sales team a rating below 0 if I could. It's nothing but lies and manipulative sales practices on that end. They are disgusting. I'd give service a three if they weren't a part of the same company as the sales team. I settled on rating Suresky a two. I have had issues with service, but this team isn't remotely as horrendous as Midas, for example. I've never wondered if they were making up issues or maybe even causing them. This dealership's work has never made me feel unsafe to drive. The car has yet to make new noises or feel out of wack before I can even pull out of the parking lot. I don't return within days with a list of new problems. The mechanics themselves seem to know their jobs. But it is a struggle to get even a recall attended to. The comments about them claiming not to have the parts each visit are accurate. If you try to be proactive and call to make sure the part is in before showing up for the appointment, it's as if they get offended. You end up transferred from department to department. Get tired of phone tag and just show up and you'll see they don't have the part again. This is just one example of bad communication. They just don't communicate well as a company. I've noticed that sometimes the mechanics are confused about why the car is there because the issue wasn't communicated to them, and they couldn't find anything upon inspection. They'll get the work done once they call to speak to you, but it might not be that day. Things like that makes life difficult for a one car family with a peculiar schedule. The frustrating part is that simple communication would nix the issue. Actual work is usually fine. Good luck when it isn't, but that's typical for the industry. The rare problem doesn't seem intentional, so I'm okay with here until I can find a shop with equal skill but better communication. I will say Suresky is surprisingly accommodating for emergencies. They are probably the best in the area that I've found in regards to that.

I paid over $1150 for my $800 invoice to have my brakes, rotors & bearings repaired/replaced just so I could get my car out of there. Juan installed used rotors on my vehicle & did not install my brakes properly. He informed me that I needed to replace my brand new battery & when I tried to bring my battery to Wal-Mart for warranty replacement, I was told the battery serial # did not match the battery from my reciept. So Juan stole my battery & put a 4 year old battery of the same brand in it's place. I had to go to a NYS Registered Mechanic to correct the issues with my brakes in order to pass inspection. The registered mechanic also pointed out that parts had been removed from my vehicle. The top review here is the owner using the alias Jey Rodriguez. J.L. After an accident, I had my bike towed here instead of Gold Coast. Huge mistake. I provided upgraded parts for the repair, and they tried to pocket them without crediting me or adjusting my bill--telling me to "take it up with insurance." That was shady from the beginning. They were supposed to replace items like my Barkbusters with the exact parts listed in their quote. Instead, they installed a flimsy knockoff you could literally bend by hand. When I asked them to fix it, they ignored me. I ended up replacing it myself. Their workmanship was careless--partially stripped bolts, loose components, and handlebars still torqued from the accident. After eight months in their shop, there's no excuse. And even then, they pressured me to take the bike back unfinished--missing decals--saying they'd mail them later. I refused because they were already paid to finish the job. When they finally got the decals in stock, they botched the install and had to reorder, delaying things again. It gets worse: they didn't replace parts they were paid to replace, and they caused additional damage--likely when they forced on those cheap Barkbusters. When I pointed it out, they blamed shipping. The explanation didn't make sense: the bike was secured only by the wheels, with no sign of external impact. They also repeatedly assured me that the original damage from the accident had been fixed--but it hadn't. They were 100% sure they'd replaced the part. They were wrong. Eventually, they said they'd send a replacement--even though the part is only sold in sets. Months later, I still haven't received anything. After chasing them with unanswered emails and calls, I finally got the owner on the phone. He was rude, dismissive, and belittling. He told me I was overreacting about a "$15 difference"--even though it was over $50. It's not about the money--it's about accountability. They caused the damage and lied about it. Then he asked me what kind of "compromise" I wanted--as if I was asking for more than the bare minimum. Why should I compromise when they messed up? Classic gaslighting. He claimed he mailed a check. Let's see if it ever shows up--especially after this review. That's the kind of people you're dealing with here. I had a cross-country move to manage and no time to keep chasing them. I gave them every opportunity to make it right. They didn't. BMG Powersports is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and borderline negligent. If you value your bike, your time, or your sanity--go somewhere else.
