2018 Hyundai Tucson
Arelyse E.

I'd been in the market for a new vehicle for over a year, when I finally found the best deal here at Siena's Auto Mall. My brother had just purchased a truck from José Sierra Sr. (after enduring a horrific experience at another NY dealership previously) and recommended Siena's highly to me. I went in the very next day and fell in love with a silver 2018 Hyundai Tucson! 18,000 miles for 18k! It was a STEAL. I say steal, because I almost purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson with 47k from CarMax at the same price point! I'm thankful my brother (and my mother) steered me toward Siena's for the better deal. They even took in my rust-bucket Ford Focus to sell at auction, knocking $500 off the price tag. From start to finish, they made the purchase as smooth as could be. The salesman, I worked with, Erick, was fantastic, courteous and extremely professional during this hectic COVID-19 time-- even their head of financing was a pleasure to work with. I never once felt pressured into buying the vehicle, which is saying something because car salesman are notoriously aggressive. It's only week two with my new baby but I'm looking forward to many roadworthy years with her. Thank you again to the Siena's Automall Team! I will send everyone and anyone I know that's on the hunt for a new car your way! And I'll be back when it's time to shop again.

Don't buy a car from here they screw you they give only A3 month warranty on a $20,000 car.THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

He did not try to hide anything from us and worked well with us in terms of looking for the right car that fit our needs. My husband went back the next day to pick up the car and was really pleased with the Finance department. He said they were not pushy (like most other finance departments at car dealers) and were very kind. I'd definitely get a car from them again

Our USAA insurance was giving us a discount since last year. They inquired if we were going to continue the service (that we didn't know we even had) because our insurance is coming up for renewal. That is only one of the issues. Secondly, we had a Carfax that indicated that the vehicle had a windshield replaced. The salesman told us "Not to worry" about that. There was a small scrape on the driver's side door (at the bottom) Again, it was used, we didn't expect it to be perfect and so we let it go and purchased the car. Currently, the paint is now peeling off of the door, an expense we cannot incur to fix. And, lastly, the car came w/ a Key (not a FOB). I didn't want a 'push-button' start on the vehicle because one of my deficits from my brain surgery is the confusion that comes with something new. We didn't realize at the time that no FOB was available at all - or we were not given a key FOB. It's just one big disappointment. USAA is not going to make us 'refund' the discount that they offered on the vehicle recovery system (that isn't on the car to begin with) I have spent countless hours trying to straighten out the mess that they caused with our insurance carrier. I took it to the local garage we use in New Windsor and they told me, "Nope. No Onstar here" What the heck? I wished I could have kept my 2007 Sentra with 200,000+ miles on it. End of Rant

One of the HID headlights went out recently and they had no problem installing aftermarket bulbs I brought. The Acura full synthetic oil is good stuff and they always show me the bottles of oil they're putting in. They're honest because they've never tried to upsell me on anything. They don't have sales people working in the service department, trying to push unnecessary services, like some other Acura dealers. They've even told me I don't need my oil changed yet. When does a service department ever do that? The service department isn't as luxurious as some other dealers and they've never washed my car. There's some couches, a Keurig coffee maker, and a TV.

When I first purchased my…read morecar, my sales representative, Gary, was wonderful -- genuinely one of the kindest people I've ever worked with. I have nothing but positive things to say about the sales team. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been extremely disappointing. For the past five years, I have consistently brought my Acura RDX in for service -- typically on Saturdays -- and have never had any issues with my vehicle or with prior service visits. This past Saturday, I picked up my vehicle with no indication that anything was wrong. I drove home as usual. The next day, while heading to a family event, my husband noticed a strange noise coming from the passenger side of the vehicle. At first, we assumed it might just be moisture on the brakes. However, as we continued driving, the noise became louder and more persistent -- specifically when braking. I immediately called Acura to arrange bringing the vehicle back in Monday morning. At that visit, I was informed that my brake pads were completely worn down. I was shocked to learn that either the inside brake pads had not been inspected, or only the outer pads were checked during my Saturday service. At no point was this mentioned to me, nor was it documented on any of the paperwork provided at pickup. To make matters worse, I was then quoted an additional $600 to replace the brake pads -- an issue that should have been identified and communicated just days earlier. I was extremely upset knowing I had been driving my daughter around all Sunday and Monday in a vehicle with brake pads worn "down to nothing," without any warning from the service team. I trusted Acura's service department to properly inspect and maintain my vehicle. This experience has completely shaken that trust and has been a major disappointment. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Acura service department in the future!!!!

I showed up and parked in front as I attempted to diagnose the issue to hopefully get the car started to at least get to a parking lot. Ironically, staff from surrounding businesses came over to offer assistance. The car place, nope. I watched as employees came outside to take their breaks, walk the lot and not once did someone stop and ask if we were okay. They did look. I sent my wife off as I waited for the tow. I was able to get the car started and as I let it run, I went to ask an employee if I was able to park in the lot for safety. He ignored me and walked away, looking over his shoulder to see where I was. I sat for an hour before the tow driver arrived. He even laughed that the dealership had a great opportunity to go for the assist and sell a new car. Nope. I wasn't thrilled the last time I visited them to entertain vehicles. I definitely will not consider them moving forward. It's not up to the business to assist a disable vehicle that's not one of their lot, it's not their job. However when the vehicle is right in front of your showroom, human decency would say to check on them. Especially when you have mechanics that might be able to diagnose, assist and make a few dollars in the process.

Chris Hackett is my favorite employee there. He knows what customer service is about, same with Gordy, but he is one of the owners. UPDATE to my comments below: Gordy got back to me to apologize about the mix up with the advertisement and we are working out numbers on the car in question. Unfortunately I couldn't give a 5 on Overall Experience and Price because of a recent incident I had there when I came in to see an advertised vehicle. The vehicle was advertised for $22,676 ,and underneath the price, the "Special" stated that Compass would match 'up to' $5,500 on that specific vehicle. I came in and test drove the car expecting to put down $5,500 and have Compass match but I was told that the $5,500 was already factored in to the price. Being that the Ad said they would match "up to" $5,500 on the price listed this didn't make sense to me. I emailed Gordy and Greg about my disappointment in that and didn't get a response back. I figured Compass would at least come half way as when I was there they admitted that the Ad was presented wrong. I'm assuming this was an honest mistake, and they did change the Ad after I left.

I made him aware that I was coming from a good distance away and he assured me that the vehicle would be detailed and ready for me to see. When I got there I was horrified. I was told the sales person I spoke to on the phone is only "telephone sales" and is at an offsite location. The first words out of the replacement salesman was "We price our cars low and we don't negotiate price" which is a great way to start a relationship. The vehicle I was interested in was full of leaves, had rust everywhere, was obvious that there was recent body work from a poor paint job, and had a new frame. The Prestige representative lied and did not disclose any of this over the phone when I asked him directly. To add insult to injury Mr. replacement salesman tried to put me in a different car, the classic bait and switch. When I asked to speak with the owner he was nowhere to be found. After wasting 5+ hours the best advise I can give is go buy a car anywhere else but Prestige.
