I ask the young man at cashier where can I find this at he direct me to the correct row.. as I was looking another employees he was short dark older man with glasses standing right behind me. I ask him what I was looking for and if this is all they had he said yes real rude.. I ask are you sure he yes.. I say ok so I stated walking out and said let me check your pockets i said are serious I was had on sweatshirt so the pocket had my keys and phone.. he accuse me that I stole there before he said he saw me.. I told him you're mistaken because I never stolen anything in my life.. i have not been in this store in months.. I work and pay for everything I get.. he was yelling at me that he saw from upstairs and I told him show me proof.. they should have cameras right.. he told me to get out and don't come back.. I did I was so upset.. so I walk down to the Dollar Tree Store to purchase a few things I needed.. This crazy man followed me in the store and started yelling at me and harassing me in there.. everybody was looking and he yelled to the employees there to watch me I was a rat in Spanish.. I never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life.. I pay for my items and I called 911. I was so upset and shaking I waited there for a hour to see if the police will come all they did was call me and tell there nothing I could do. This man harassed me and verbal abuse me not only at his store he works he also following me into another store.. I know my rights and he was in the wrong.. he needed to show me proof that I was stealing as he assumed or call the cops that I was stealing but neither was done.. I'm the one who called the cops.. I did do a complaint to Ace corporate office..I never never in my life had ever experienced this humiliation and embarrassment. This man needs more training in harassment..what he did was very unprofessional..

He lead us to the display but beyond that couldn't help. I figured it out, but it was kinda annoying. They didn't have 3 combo smoke detector: CO2 detectors on the floor of the kind I needed. I asked if they had more in the back and be immediately said no. Now maybe they don't, but I am skeptical. I ended up buying 2 of 1 and 1 of the other because I needed them today. When I was rung up he exclaimed "Dayum!" Not exactly the reaction I was hoping. Prices are fair for some things. I didn't have time to price compare.

Then had some harder to reach one's in even more of a bad angle. Went to harbor freight in frustration and walked out with $20 worth of 5 tools, w of which came in sets. They worked perfect. Returning the home depot and lowes garbage. Lowes is good for like appliances but when it comes to needing 1 tool they only sell $40 sets. Whereas at Harbor Freight, more often than not, you can buy just the 1 tool you need. I can't believe they literally had everything I was looking for here. I will definitely come here first next time. Oh and I also had the same experience last year buying a tool chest. Harbor Freight had nicer sliding drawer mechanisms and better size and it was on some holiday sale so for like $100 less I got what I feel like was a better product. This seems to be the recurring theme in all of my experiences with this store. You pay much less and get what you need. I will be back again and again!

Unfortunately, the quality of the delivery itself was extremely disappointing. Several bags were ripped open, mulch and debris were scattered across my driveway, and multiple products arrived damaged. For the amount charged for delivery, I expected much better care in handling both the products and my property. Based on this experience, I would encourage anyone considering a Lowe's delivery to keep this in mind. Fast delivery is appreciated, but the condition in which the products arrive and the care taken during the delivery process are equally important.
