This store is very convenient as we live in the area. There was an older man who was very helpful &…read moreknew exactly what merchandise we needed for our projects. Now they only have what looks like kids working there that do not know anything about what they are selling. In addition, they are more interested about what they are going to do after they leave or if there is any donuts . Who is your manager ? ! There is nothing wrong with younger persons working there not at all however if your manager does not train you or expects good customer service then he or she doesn't care about this store. Sad !

I told him you're mistaken because I never stolen anything in my life.. i have not been in this store in months.. I work and pay for everything I get.. he was yelling at me that he saw from upstairs and I told him show me proof.. they should have cameras right.. he told me to get out and don't come back.. I did I was so upset.. so I walk down to the Dollar Tree Store to purchase a few things I needed.. This crazy man followed me in the store and started yelling at me and harassing me in there.. everybody was looking and he yelled to the employees there to watch me I was a rat in Spanish.. I never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life.. I pay for my items and I called 911. I was so upset and shaking I waited there for a hour to see if the police will come all they did was call me and tell there nothing I could do. This man harassed me and verbal abuse me not only at his store he works he also following me into another store.. I know my rights and he was in the wrong.. he needed to show me proof that I was stealing as he assumed or call the cops that I was stealing but neither was done.. I'm the one who called the cops.. I did do a complaint to Ace corporate office..I never never in my life had ever experienced this humiliation and embarrassment. This man needs more training in harassment..what he did was very unprofessional..
