I had some very hard to reach furniture cam locks stuck. I went to Lowes and home depot and spent over 60 bucks. Solutions were not really necessary or good for that matter. Then had some harder to reach one's in even more of a bad angle. Went to harbor freight in frustration and walked out with $20 worth of 5 tools, w of which came in sets. They worked perfect. Returning the home depot and lowes garbage. Lowes is good for like appliances but when it comes to needing 1 tool they only sell $40 sets. Whereas at Harbor Freight, more often than not, you can buy just the 1 tool you need. I can't believe they literally had everything I was looking for here. I will definitely come here first next time. Oh and I also had the same experience last year buying a tool chest. Harbor Freight had nicer sliding drawer mechanisms and better size and it was on some holiday sale so for like $100 less I got what I feel like was a better product. This seems to be the recurring theme in all of my experiences with this store. You pay much less and get what you need. I will be back again and again! read more

I'm very impressed with this Harbor Freight location. The professionalism and care to customers exhibited from the lady who picked up my phone, the store manager, the cashier and the gentleman who helped load the heavy cartons into my car is top-notch and surpasses that in all Bay Area locations. It's totally worth the drive there to get an item not in stock in any Bay Area locations and enjoy the pleasant customer service. We'll definitely frequent this location whenever we're on a roadtrip to the south. read more

Great new location! They finally moved from their dumpy warehouse to a new car smelling storefront on No. Main st. I was a giddy kid in a toy store walking up and down each isle looking for exactly what I might not need but have always wanted. Brand new carts, fresh paint, bright lights, just heaven. My husband Mario was in Harbor Freight today, unfortunately he lost wallet in the store. When he came out he realized he didn't have his wallet so we went back into the store n spoke to a young lady that was stocking merchandise we told her about the walking she took his name n number n said, I'm sure it will show up to which I smirked. She said our customers are really awesome, we left n called back an hour later n YES she found his wallet, it was turned in by a customer. We didn't get her name but she was right about HF customers. From Frank the manager to the helpful folks stocking the shelves and the friendly gals at the registers this store is top tier,neat clean and organized so its fairly easy to find what you came for which is truly amazing with the sheer volume of product ,they have a lot of stuff,and with the price of fuel these days its nice you dont have to chase all over town looking for something to do the job with ,i even found hinges which work pretty good when i was grazing up and down the isles one day trying to remember what i came for in the first place ,with so much cool stuff its easy to get distracted, My wife buys our kids and grandkids xmas presents there ,its not as crowded and just generally more pleasant to shop there. read more

Brand new Harbor freight store. They have more stuff than the other store, which is closed now. Great selection of tools, electrical, tarps and some gardening stuff. Nice displays and very well organized. Nice bathrooms too. All their staff were very friendly and helpful. read more

Walked in, was greeted immediately. Was able to find everything I needed plus a couple extra things. At checkout Maria assisted us and was on top of it. She went over every single warranty available, offered us the membership and explained how it would benefit us on that transaction alone. We purchased the 2 year membership and ended up saving money. As someone that has worked as a cashier I was impressed at how she was still able to greet every single person that walked in thru the door. read more

Harbor Freight has some decent tools now that can compete with the name brands and a lot cheaper. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Came in today and was looking for a trailer sway bar... there weren't any on the shelf so I asked the sales clerks at the cash registers if there were any in the back. They were so happy to help. They really, really looked. And when the first clerk couldn't find my item, a second clerk (Rosemary) went looking. They were radio-ing back and forth and trying their hardest. I also noticed that there was just a good energy among this group of employees. You don't really see that positivity very much in retail anymore, so I was impressed. Long story short, they were all out of the sway bar that I wanted, so the main clerk I was working with (Felicia) called a nearby store and checked stock and had them hold it for me. Awesome customer service! I will definitely come back to this clean store with awesome, helpful staff. read more
