I have called them 5 times and they refuse to even come to my house and look at the problem. Lance told me it is my problem, not his! He said my wood is defective!? And he told me that and he has never even come back to look at the problem. He just refuses to come back and even look at it. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.

The first time I showed up with paint pieces that were too small and they told me to go back home and try to get the size of the quarter so they could match it. I liked that they really wanted to help me get the right color of the board, and not just send me on my way with paint that was "close enough". When returning they were able to match my chips to the correct color so I could touch it up at home. Extremely helpful and professional service.
