Good luck finding that at a large box store. Plus, their selection for a store its size, is pretty amazing. The specialty items they have are very impressive. I mean they have a whole aisle for just nuts, bolts, and fasteners. I also find it nice, but this isn't most stores fault they're just protecting their inventory, it's pleasant to not have to ask someone to open up cabinets to buy things because it's all under lock and key. I realize that I could probably get a lot of the things that Ace sells for less online or some place like Home Depot. I don't mind paying more when you get good service and can accomplish your project today to pay a bit more. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.

Delivery people were on time, super nice, and efficient. My only complaint is that I was interested in the stain-resistant treatment but wanted to know if it was made of toxic chemicals. They weren't able to provide any details so I didn't get it.
