He never appeared frustrated or inconvenienced by my multiple trips into the store to find the right colors. Kevin was very personable. While he worked to support my quest, he felt like a friend that I was happy to see. It made the challenges of finding colors much more pleasant. Kevin's knowledge and skill with color and presentation was the biggest asset in my paint purchase. He understood my style and preferences, then was able to guide me to beautifully successful colors. I love how my house turned out! Though the supply may not be as large at this location as others, the customer service shines far above. Every time I walked in, I was promptly greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff who wanted to help. I did not have the same experience in the Seaside location. I spotted a comfortable pair of pajamas for my toddler but they did not have his size. The lady even checked the back stock and made pleasant conversation w me, never pushing the sale. That was so nice of her. I asked her to call me when her next shipment came in and she was true to her word and DID! I have called them 5 times and they refuse to even come to my house and look at the problem. Lance told me it is my problem, not his! He said my wood is defective!? And he told me that and he has never even come back to look at the problem. He just refuses to come back and even look at it. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.
